Two
months
ago
I
was
in
Barcelona
and
bought
two
books
from
this
store.
There
was
an
offer,
which
said
that
the
second
book
would
be
half
priced
but
the
cashier
didn’t
remember
to
put
the
discount.
I
payed
but
realized
that
is
it
the
wrong
price
and
told
her
immediately.
She
wanted
to
correct
it
and
asked
for
my
Card
again,
a
colleague
even
came
to
help
her
cause
she
didn’t
know
how
to
do
it.
I
thought
I
would
be
reimbursed,
instead
I
was
double
charged.
When
I
s
my
app
that
I
wasn’t
reimbursed
but
double
charged
I
went
back
to
the
store
to
show
one
of
the
cashier,
who
had
helped
the
other
girl,
that
forgot
to
put
the
discount.
She
told
me
that
I
would
be
reimbursed
for
sure
but
it
would
take
up
to
3
days.
She
also
told
me,
that
in
case
I
don’t
get
reimbursed
I
could
ask
in
a
German
store
to
be
reimbursed.
It’s
been
over
a
month
now
and
I’ve
still
not
gotten
my
money
back.
I’ve
called
numerous
times,
the
number
doesn’t
go
through
and
nobody
ever
picks
up.
I
sent
a
dm
on
Instagram,
no
reply.
I
ended
up
calling
a
store
here
in
Germany
to
ask
for
help.
They
fowarded
my
mail
but
nobody
got
back
me.
I
contacted
customer
service
to
ask
for
help,
they
said
they
couldn’t
help
me
and
even
refuse
to
provide
an
E-Mail
or
number
from
store.
They
said
I
should
go
back
to
store
in
Barcelona.
I’ll
gladly
do
that,
if
they
pay
my
flight
ticket.
I’m
really
tired
of
running
after
my
money.
I’m
never
buying
at
that
store
again,
this
is
just
beyond
disrespectful.
They
give
out
false
information,
they
are
not
reachable
and
incompetent
as
well.
