Never again Goods - Bed 8/10, Staff - 7/10(Not the friendliest, I’ve worked at Wyndham Hotels as a receptionist) Housekeepers were very kind and did a great job. Cleanliness 9/10. Bad- Breakfast was not good 3/10 max. Room was getting too hot but the AC wasn’t working. I guess they’ve turned it off since it was February. Room - 5/10. Can be little noisy as there is a Harley Davidson dealership right next to it. Worst part- the last day, after I have checked out, while I was strapping my backpack to my luggage (to roll easily) at the lobby before leaving, the manger came and started staring at me like I was a criminal. That told me a lot about the staff behavior (bad manager ). This hotel is cheap for a reason.. overall score 4/10 Would I ever stay here again? No.

I have never such a bad experience in a 4-star hotel. I lived here for 9 days and the cleaning service came directly in my room twice in the morning while I and my wife were still sleeping on the bed. The bathroom has no bathtub and the kitchen has no kettle. The big bed is from two small beds put together. The cleaning service even didn't clean the dishes in the sink. When we checked-in at 2 pm, the reception let us wait till 3 pm, although they have already prepared room. And at 3 pm they unexpectedly let other customers check-in first. When we checked-out we wanted to let the reception help us to send two postcards with our prepared stamps. They said NO!!! I don't understand how this kind of service deserved 100+ Euro per night and a 4-star level. Really NOT recommended!

The rooms were spacious, we had a sofa bed which was quite big, the kitchen had plats and pans but it did not have a kettle or any tea bags which for 4* hotel is very poor. One of my main issues were that the staff were not very welcoming, we had issues with the breakfast and I felt they were very dismissive and unhelpful and unpleasant. The breakfast is not worth €12 a day for very little hot breakfast range or scrambled eggs, some sausages, some Bread, pastries and hot beverages. There were no halal options (though we knew this prior) there was very limited vegetarian options- just not worth it at all. The view is not great it’s not really suited for tourist vibe, but the metro was located close by to allow us to get to the old town everyday. Room service is quite slow when we wanted to ask for more amenities and replacement of tissue. The kitchen was never cleaned up by staff. I wouldn’t stay here again if I come barcelona.

This was the worst hotel reception experience ever! Horrible horrible horrible front desk staff, very argumentative, discourteous and their attitude was disgusting. Our vacation wasn't a success because of how uncomfortable our stay at this hotel was and how unwelcomed the staff made us feel. We, and our entourage will never come back.

Its not very often i rave about a place but here i think i do, i found it very quiet considering there was going to be a party downstairs(we were on the 3rd floor outside the lifts). But never heard a thing. The staff were very friendly, housemaids were also very nice given the chance to communicate, the hotel might be out of the way but if you take the metro L3 green it will take you to the lively places if thats what your looking for. But for me i like the peace and quiet at night and i can go to the hubbub in less than 10mins on the metro. Well worth your thoughts when booking. Also the harley-davidson bar nextdoor is worth a visit please dont let seeing that nextdoor change your mind as they were brilliant too.

Clean, quiet,well organised and comfortable. Everything works including the lift (albeit slowly). Ideal if this is the part of town you need to be in, notably to watch Barcelona FC or to attend the ATP tournament.

Extremely noisy hotel with very bad sound proofing in the rooms. You could hear everything from the rooms above as well as next door. Not to mention the garbage truck at 12AM in the night as well as the room cleaning service at 8AM in the morning. The rooms are also pretty outdated with chips on the walls and some mold stains in the bathroom. We also encountered a cockroach in the bathroom during one night. On the bright side, the room is pretty big, with a large shower. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of coffee shops and metro station nearby. The breakfast is also pretty good for the price (9€). Overall the stay is pretty expensive for what it offers. If the sound insulation wouldn't have been so bad and we wouldn't have encountered the cockroach, then our stay would've been pretty good.

Hotel is OK. Floors are thin so you can hear everything from upstairs. Location is close to train but in a residential area with no bars or food past 11PM. Good to stay for business but not good for tourist looking to eperince the food and nightlife of Barcelona.

Pathetic service and staff..no way they know to talk to customer. Accomdation is poor. On arrival they waited us for 2 hours to ready the room and then there was no electricity coming for next 1 hour. God knows the kind of service they are giving and people here are expecting so low. Poor than poorest

An average hotel in an average location in Barcelona, rooms are basic, the view from window is nothing special. The room is clean and has a small kitchen. Bathroom clean, but it should have more bathroom racks for towels than just one. Service so far nothing special, okey. bathroom door does not close since lock is broken, i asked it to be repaired, someone came once and took the broken lock mechanism and that's it, did not fix anything. The bathroom door which does not close is 70cm from my head when i am sleeping, nice.

Great central location, parking, easy walk to metro. Room unfortunately smelt of stale tobacco which as an born again non smoker was very annoying, otherwise clean and well appointed. Dont take a van type car into the underground car park, too tight!

This was a fabulous hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Ours had a patio deck. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Clean as well. The hotel was walking distance to a nice, but rocky, beach. The hotel was a 20 sec walk to 20 or so restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We were very pleased with our stay there.

The rooms are cozy and clean. We were a family of 3 members. The beds are separated. I honestly didn't like that. Breakfast excellent, perfect. Dinner was delicious. The first day we had a little problem as we only got a menu in spanish. The staff is friendly, especially towards children

We wanted hotel with breakfasr <5 km from city center. This was the cheapest option with good reviews and we liked it. Good breakfast, nice spacious clean rooms, a bit older equipment, but no problem. Bathroom new, clean. I would return to the same hotel in the future

Absolutely disgusting place staff speak very little are ignorant and the cleaners just help themselves to your belongings with no action from the hotel

Very good clean Aparthotel well priced close to the Diagonal with its huge range of shops. The metro is a 5 minute walk and El Corte Inglés faces the hotel. Breakfast at 12 euros is good value. Lunch and dinner also served.Recommended.

Meat & Fish centric menu, however extremely keen to offer veggie options when I asked, and created a beautiful dish as a result. Incredible chocolate pudding with mango sauce too. Would certainly go back! Thanks guys!

It is a hotel located in a very elegant neighborhood, it is convenient as it is close to metro line 3. You reach the center and places to visit in Barcelona in a few minutes. The structure is very nice and the rooms are comfortable and well made. Very nice is the restaurant. We got a beautiful welcome from Milena at the reception. Very good, available to solve any problem and give advice, a real strength of the hotel.
