My masseuse just rubbed oil on my skin - my 10 year old niece could have done that. When I told her that I wanted her to add some pressure with her thumbs to relieve muscle tension, she told me that it wasn't that type of spa and I should go find a Thai Massage spa. I dont want Thai massage, I just wanted a massage that relieves muscle tension. In the end I paid 133 euros for a woman to moisturize my skin and I left even more tense than when i arrived. I'll take her advise and go to a Thai place next time.

My best place forever relaxation calm clean and lovable to relax with magic hands really it’s fantastic ladies . Worth the prices. Wish if they could count the visits by points so we can all get discount because it’s quite expensive .

PLEASE AVOID !!! I went there I thought it will be nice spa/massage. It was not confortable at all!! They gave me 30minutes massage instead of 45 minutes- I told them but they did not want to continue. It was not a real massage only putting oil into my skin… This is just a shame for NUxe…please review your spa it’s not correct for the client

Pretty bad experience here. Asked for a deep massage with intense pressure and it felt like caressing. To be fair to the masseuse she asked and I asked for harder but I don’t think she was capable of it. The form asked which areas I wanted to focus on and they didn’t touch a single muscle I listed as being painful. It was also 40 mins instead of the 50 I paid. Two stars for it being a nice and comfortable place but that’s it. And finally no I will not fill out your form. If you care about your customers, copy the text yourselves. What a joke.

What a great spa experience! The massage was excellent, just the right amount of pressure , the ambience was very welcoming and the team was so friendly and polite. I am definitely going back!

Overall great experience at this luxury spa, the spot itself is pretty amazing, all this old architecture and overall very relaxing. It’s an expensive experience but you do get your moneys worth, though I didn’t expect them to be pushing their products on me after the massage

Pas un vrai spa. Pas de shampoo ni sèche-cheveux à la douche. Pas possibilité de se détendre après le traitement car il faut mettre les vêtements pour prendre un thé (une seule option: à la menthe).

Sans aucun doute la pire expérience de spa que j’ai eue! Le massage était parfaitement conforme à mes attentes mais malheureusement tout le reste n’était pas au rendez-vous. Le personnel était désagréable et hautain, nous avons eu l’impression d’être mis à la porte à la fin de notre massage. Impossible de prendre une douche suite à un massage à l’huile malgré plusieurs demandes qui ont d’ailleurs fait l’objet de réflexions agacées du personnel. Pour le prix d’une telle prestation, vous pourriez avoir un minimum de considération à l’égard de vos clients. C’est l’un des premiers avis négatifs que je laisse, je ne recommande absolument pas.

At first you enter a completely ordinary cosmetics shop then you move on to the spa side, a sumptuous vaulted cellar made of mazes where you circulate between the cabins and the baths, soothing dim lights, the staff is calm and discreet, we are transported into the atmosphere with the Nuxe perfumes so characteristic of the brand. I was received by Nathalie who masterfully took care of my muscles, I recommend her gentleness as much as her grip which relieves any tension with precise and deep gestures. An intensely relaxing moment that allows you to reconnect with your body. Thanks again !

Oil used for the massages is amazing! But the massage itself is more like getting warm oil rubbed on your body, not a real massage. Tried it twice and they were both the same. Also the beds are very uncomfortable.

I was asked to fill out a questionnaire! Thinking it was to give me advice, no! They follow a choice so no eye contour massage because not asked for on the questionnaire! No suggestion to take a shower after a body oil massage! No heating mattress, and yet very humid room. Nuxe product proposal but no samples to offer me! I left disappointed.

Je rejoins les derniers avis publiés: je me faisais une joie de ce moment de plaisir et je suis assez déçue par mon dernier soin, et par le rapport qualité prix. Et pourtant je suis assez fan de ce spa Nuxe dans lequel je suis venue plusieurs fois: peut être sont ils victimes de leur succès. Accueil expédié, soin bâclé, cabines bruyantes où on entend plusieurs musiques en même temps (peu propice à la détente). Je crois qu’il est temps d’aller voir ailleurs d’autres marques moins installées. Dommage ..

Tatiana is very gentle, very professional and knows how to put you at ease. You can trust him with your eyes closed, especially for his valuable skincare advice.
