Really intimate place. The concept with trusting the chef, not knowing the meals coming in, was really exciting. The food is of course incredible, with textures and tastes mixing for a combined sublime. 7 courses was just perfect for us. Service is very good, our water glasses weren't empty for more than a minute before being filled again. We got to meet all the chefs, when they presented the food. All humble and very kind. Very well done Aspic, we would love to visit again next time we are in Paris.

Just wonderful and no other word to say. It was the first michelin star restaurant we did in Paris and it did not disappoint us. We went there for the birthday of my father in law and we received an excellent service. The food is truly amazing so it the wine and the champagne accompanied. The dishes might look simple but it is an art behind. I truly highly recommended it!!!

ASPIC is a tiny, 1 star restaurant in the Montmarte, serving amazing food from a kitchen less than half the size of my kitchen at home. They serve up to 20 people each night at their 10 tables. There 7 course tasting menu and wine pairing is the best value for a 1 star I’ve found in Paris. They book 30 days ahead on their website, so planning ahead is a good idea. They change 1 item of their tasting menu each week, so in theory, the menu is completely new every 2 months.

This is an excellent restaurant! Best food I ate in my life! Don't be fooled by the simple looks of the place, you will soon be amazed by the service and by far by the food! Different ingredient combinations give new taste to carefully prepared dishes! The chef is talented and passionate! 7 platter unique menu for 75€ which changes quite often (once per month) and accompanied by matching wine for another 43€.

#89 in my Michelin Stars Marathon in Paris. Follow me to discover the rest of my challenge. What’s interesting here? Well it’s all about Bistronomy. So you might be surprised if you’re expecting a classical one star Michelin. Here it’s all about small tables (relatively), few of them, cosy atmosphere. The design does fit, and set, the atmosphere. Note that it’s a set menu that will let you discover the chef universe. The notable point is how graphic are each plate (have a look at the pictures). It does worth its star.

Fantastic experience! As soon as you walk in you can sense the passion for what they do. They care about your experience, comfort and providing you with the best service they possibly can. The food was incredible: Attention to detail and excellent execution. Great flavors throughout! The seafood dishes were some of the best I've had. You get the feeling that they want to impress (which they obviously did) and that this is only the beginning for them. 100% would recommend.

Recommended restaurant in Paris for a surprise menu in the price range of 110.- Euro (+ 65 Euro for wine pairing) Food: They offer a surprise menu for a fixed price (no à la carte option is given), the only adjustment you can make is concerning your dietary restrictions. The different courses were all very well done, good combination of different taste (combining salty, fatty, acidic, etc.) in one plate on the different ingredients. Allowing you to "mix" your bites to your liking. The only "negative" feedback I can give is that some of the dished that were advertised as a full course to me seemed more like a in between course palate cleanser. But in the end it does not matter if it is advertised as a 7-course dinner or a 5-course dinner with 2 palate cleansers. Also I really appreciate the idea of the wine pairing. For every dish a new wine is presented but the amount will depend on your speed (they will refill your glass depending on your speed of drinking). The negative part, wine pairings can't be shared. Service: Great service, very friendly, courteous and helpful. The service and knowledge of the personnel fit the restaurant. Atmosphere: Very cute and small nicely furnished restaurant that can seat around 20 people.

Overall a great experience, and our first Michelin. The dishes were complex, flavorful, and creative. You will be stuffed by the end. Don’t want to ruin the full surprise, but ended up being more like 10 courses with the little extras. The servers were warm and kind. We felt very welcome. The value is incredible. My only small complaint is about the wine pairing- the actual taste of the pairing was great, but the pours were small and far and few between. As the length of the dinner is part of the experience, a lot of the time you’re sitting in front of an empty wine glass. Only four very small glasses (~2 oz) over the courses. Recommend going with a bottle instead. It’s a very intimate experience, they only seat 10 tables per night. A unique concept, and you can tell they care a lot about the experience they’re creating.

Spoiler alert for dishes! I took a photo of them all they were beautiful! Timely entrance. Excellent service. Unique pairings with great surprising flavor until the very last bite. Sourced from France or nearby countries. Highlights were perfect scallops and cockles, tender pork filet, flavorful leeks. Also the chef served our plates as well. Everyone was kind and nice enough to speak English to us. A meal to be remembered forever. Merci beaucoup chef and staff!

It's my 3rd experience for michelin in Paris and eventually I understood what is the french course and what is delicious food. Very nice. And they have wines that have unique tastes.

Wir haben über die Warteliste noch kurzfristig einen Tisch bekommen und es hat sich sehr gelohnt. Top Service, sehr gute Küche, sehr persönlich alles gestaltet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

We came here for our 20 year anniversary and had such an amazing time! Each dish imaginative and so so delicious, all seasoned to perfection! The service was extremely kind and attentive, making the experience even better. We are looking forward to eat here again when we return to Paris!

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. The balance of flavors and textures was simply amazing. Each course had its own moment, not outshined by another. I loved the surprise of courses, never knowing what to expect next. The restaurant is away from much other things, but worth the time away from some of the more vibrant neighborhoods around Paris.

We had a fantastic night at Aspic. A very informal atmosphere and the team that make you feel right at home. Inspiring dishes with great combinations and well paired with wines. Everything is considered (even the weather) to pick the best wine. Special thanks to lady that served us and the very well explained wines by the director. We hope to be back as we both agreed that we didn’t want the evening to end. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere! The 7 course meal for 95 Euro is an excellent value. Plus, we were given some small appetizers and desserts that were not included as one of the main 7 courses, so in reality we had about 12 courses of food and unlimited delicious bread! The drink and wine list was very nice and also very reasonably priced. My favorite courses were the vegetarian dish and the desserts. There wasn't a single thing I didn't like and, although creative and unique, none of the food was too mysterious or "out there". Highly recommended dining experience!!

Completely blown away by our experience at Aspic! We enjoyed every moment of our dinner here. The food was impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They did a good job of explaining each dish since there is no menu. They even had an N/A beverage pairing to go with the coursed meal if you are someone who doesn’t drink alcohol (like me). The restaurant is very small and cozy and had a great ambiance as well. Overall I would highly recommend making a reservation and having dinner here!

I had a relaxed dinner at Restaurant ASPIC, but I ate some sands in a fish dish with cockles. It happened at a one Michelin star restaurant, I’m little bit disappointed. 95€ for 7 cours is reasonable, but wines are little bit more extensive than other one star restaurants.

ASPIC absolutely lived up to all the fantastic reviews. Exquisite, unusual food in a degustation menu, beautiful wine pairings and such a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. High value.

We went to ASPIC for my husband's birthday and it was phenomenal. The very professional staff subtly picked up that it was his birthday (I hadn't mentioned it to them directly) and they surprised him with a candle and discreet birthday wishes. So sweet! The food was truly remarkable. Each course was unique and very creative. We opted for the wine pairing, which added to the overall wonderful experience. We left perfectly full with a very, very special memory of a great night. Thank you ASPIC team!

We went to the restaurant on a Friday evening. We did not know what to expect but it turned out to be a beautiful culinary experience! The space, the people (including the chef who was supporting the staff during the night) the wine pairing and of course the food itself resulted in a special memorable evening. Only suggestion- changing the cutlery between courses would be appreciated 🙂 Highly recommended!

Excellent food and excellent service is how I would describe this small restaurant. They staff are extremely friendly and the food is delicious and presented well. It is a small restaurant so not a lot of other people eating with you at the same time which is really nice. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough it is excellent for a special occasion or a very nice night out.

Everything about the meal last night was fantastic! Excellent flavors in each dish. And the service was incredible! We will be coming back here when we return. We can’t thank the staff enough for making a memorable night for us!

Vast variety of flavor combinations and fantastic staff let us have a wonderful night in Paris. I can recommend the wine pairing, that delicately “accompagné” les course.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about ASPIC. We went here for our wedding anniversary meal last night and can't fault a single thing. Delicious food served as a 7 course tasting menu (with a few surprises) and paired wines. Perfect sized plates, well made and a true experience. Unpretentious service, and delicious food and wine. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. It is expensive BUT worth the money as a treat, and for the overall experience. We would definitely recommend.

Nice personnel in front and in back of house. Pretty dishes w a couple of standouts being the salsify and the veal. Intimate spacing spawns conviviality.

One of my best dining experiences. Food was delicious, the service was beyond impeccable, wine pairing on point. The best meal I've had in Paris and definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic little restaurant. Fixed menu which was lovely, but what I was most impressed by was their attitude. It felt like all employees really wanted you to have a great evening. For example we wanted some changes in the wine pairing which was no problem at all for them to come up with some new pairing ideas. And all this for a very reasonable price. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Paris!

I have attended some unique restaurant experiences, but this opportunity to attend a Michelin Star Restaurant was truly an experience that if you can participate, please do! The food was outstanding! Dish after dish we were simply amazed at how they connected and excited the palate!

I am so happy I found this restaurant. Paris can be a big tourist trap and you can't trust the reviews you read, but this place is wonderful. There are only 2 time slots you can book and the restaurant seats no more than 10 tables. Only 5 tables booked at 7pm and 5 at 9pm, so the dining experience is very intimate and the place is completely full during the overlap for a short period of time. The food was exceptional. I like that there is no menu and you have to put all your trust in the chefs, who deliver dish after dish of pure joy. We expected 7 dishes, but received 10 in total whish was a lovely surprise. I never wanted this experience to end. We also shared the best bottle of wine I've ever had and it was one of their cheaper offerings. The staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and very well trained. We were even invited back to the kitchen, whish is tiny beyond comprehension! I can't believe there are 2 people working back there turning out meals of such standard. We paid a total of around £280 for 2 people, which I thought was very reasonable for everything we had and for the experience. It's worth every penny. I can't wait to come back.
