The location of the Budget Hotel is a major plus. It's in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It's near a metro line. The bathroom was comparable to that of a cruise ship. The view of the Eiffel tower was great, it's better to be on the upper floors. Check-In was easy and the hotel staff was friendly. The room itself was comfortable for the price paid. If you are looking for LUXURY, this option may not suit you. The budget-friendly stay is for the traveler who is looking for location and accessibility. The bed was comfortable but this accommodation is not for the traveler who wants to stay in the room most of the visit. Breakfast was decent. I would recommend staying here and would book again on my future visit.

This hotel has a pretty good location and the price was good which is what made us go for it. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable, very helpful all the time. The room was very tiny and the bathroom even worse, I had the feeling I was in a cruise. There was no safe in the room. The AC barely worked, we had to leave the window open to cool down the room at night. For and extra charge you can have breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was very convenient, they serve lots of breads and pastries buffet style. There are a lot of other restaurants around the hotel which is very convenient.

There are many reasons. Here are only a few. 1: The hotel staff at reception is unable to communicate properly. 2: The baggage storing system is faulty. The machines which receive payment (5 or 3 Euros) collected the payment but did not open the boxes. We thus wasted our money. 3: The air-conditioning in the room DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. On complaining about the same, the persons at the reception gave some childish explanations (and advices - as if we do not have common sense, etc) which were basically EXCUSES. I can't believe such illogical explanations. I think the hotel is trying to cut costs by NOT operating the chiller unit of the AC, to the extent required to achieving cooling as per setting. 4: The hotel does not even provide normal drinking water ( at least one bottle a day) in the room. (May be you find it too expensive) 5: I am completely disappointed with this hotel.

A very nice hotel that sits in a very convenient area of Paris. I will say, the rooms are smaller than I am used to, but apparently this is not uncommon in Paris. So I won't knock them, because our check in was easy, staff were very friendly, and spoke very good English. The room was very clean which is always appreciated. We did not get a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower as some photos suggest. This seems to be a busy area, so expect noise all hours of the day, especially if you keep your window open. The location is ideal, the #6 metro station is just across the street, very convenient for getting around Paris. The hotel is about a 20-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are also plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The hotel has a restaurant that does a daily breakfast and dinner buffet. My wife and I ate there twice during our stay, and both nights, the food was excellent. In closing, I would recommend this hotel if staying in Paris. Thank you Ibis for a pleasant stay!!!

We had a great stay in the ibis Paris tour Eiffel. Having only a day in Paris we wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower and that is exactly what this hotel offers. The room was clean and perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful with very good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will probably stay here in the future.

Great base. Metro on doorstep but super quiet hotel. Rooms are small but was only base to sleep. Beds comfy pillow too soft for my liking were like clouds. Staff all friendly. Bar makes a good sex on the beach

We asked for a room at the last floor, we got one at the fourth floor. The cleaners didn't replenish the soap dispenser, leaving us to buy something on our own. The cleaning in itself was nonexistent, nobody vacuumed the floors during our stay (we stayed for 6 nights). There is no bath rug, the cleaners left towels on the bathroom floors to be used instead of bath rugs. The cleaning staff were noisy on the hallways, they wore their masks below the nose. The room amenities are non existent. There is no cutlery, no minibar, no garbage can for the room (only a small garbage can in the bathroom), no water heater. The phone in the room doesn't work. If you want to store your luggage before checking in or after checking out you have to pay for it. The rooms are so small. The bathroom is incredibly small so if you are tall you won't fit in the shower or have leg room for the toilet.

Hotel is clean and tidy, great location really close to the Eiffel Tower and a good little base for exploring Paris. Room was nice and tidy, modern with a decent bed and pillows and a nice bathroom. Would recommend it but only to those expecting fairly basic from a hotel. No drawers, wardrobe, cups/mugs/kettle, safe, and a bathroom you have to reverse into to get on the toilet. However, it is a city centre hotel. Staff friendly, however upon arrival were told our room was being cleaned, and to sit and they'll grab us. 30 minutes later the same chap goes past surprised we are still there and tells us to find someone else at the desk who then promptly gives us the key. Not sure what happened there. Our special request got ignored too.

I was in Paris in 2015, 2018, 2022 and 2023. In the last two years I was with a group at this hotel and we had great experiences there. The breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner, the food is wonderful. The room and hotel service in general are pleasant. The location is very good, as we were able to reach the Eifel Tower on foot. It is also close to great cafes and restaurants, as well as incredible bakeries. I had a great gastronomic experience in Paris and around the Hotel. I crossed the city from the Luvre to the hotel by bike, it was incredible. I really recommend this hotel and we will return next summer 2024 to it.

Absolutely not recommended. Room is way smaller than you expected! Trust me! It’s too small and nothing inside the room. Not even kettle or drinking water. If you want to hot water, go down to the lobby for it. If you want to store your expensive items, go down the reception. And the staff not very friendly compare to my other stays in other European countries. And the location isnt close to the Eiffel Tower, you still have to take the train to attractions. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS, a cleaner opened our room door without knocking one day and we were changing clothes inside the room. This is absolutely unsafe for us to stay inside the room (i didnt hang the room tag outside the door). Also, I feel like it is a must to have kettle and safety vault inside the room, especially guests who carry expensive items that don’t wanna bring their items downstairs, I mean everyone will know I have expensive stuff with me if I bring downstairs and ask the staff to put at the safety box for me, which hotel does that🤡🤡 Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Excellent location. Rooms are nice, just as you'd expect really. Bathrooms in the rooms are a little small. Corridors have views overlooking the city on higher levels which are a nice touch. Check in was easy. Didn't use the bar or buffet services, but there are some here. It's exactly what you'd expect from an Ibis, just in a really excellent location. Definitely check out Cambronne.

Rooms were clean, staff were really helpful. Rooms are quite small (as with most Paris rooms), no safes in the room. Location was good as it was within a quick metro or walk of most museums and the Seine, with lots of cafes right at the roundabout and beyond. Good value for the price.

I have been a frequent visitor of Ibis tour Eiffel Cambronne for years. It was always my first choice. However, this visit showed that the hotel has taken quite a dip in standards. Two main issues, service and hygiene. Service: 1. Our rooms were unavailable even 1 hour after the check-in time. 2. There is always some sort of issue at the front desk. Service is really slow, checking people in and out takes a lot of time and there is almost always a queue. Annoyingly there is always one check in counter working and the others are empty. 3. Staff is really loud in their corridor conversations. They talk to each other in the hallways quite loudly while cleaning rooms. Likely to wake you up if you are sleeping. 4. Air conditioning in more than one room just did not work at all. In a Parisian summer this can feel like an oven. That was quite disappointing. Hygeine: 1. You’d expect that during a pandemic things would be much tighter than this. The staff (housekeeping) roams the corridors without masks. They also clean the rooms without masks. This means breathing all over the pillows, sheets and towels. That’s not good during a pandemic at all. They only pull up their face masks (sometimes) when they see a guest walking which is not okay at all. 2. No disinfectant or even a wet wipe was provided in the rooms. 3. The hand gel bottles at the hotel door just ran out and were not replaced for between half a day and a day. All in all, I am quite disappointed in this visit and especially that the metro line 6 is undergoing repairs the location advantage of the hotel is quite minimal now.

The ibis Tour Eiffel offers stunning views of the tower and a comfortable, clean room to sleep in. The breakfast is fantastic and all the staff were very friendly. Whilst the rooms are on the smaller side, they serve their function as an ideal base to go and explore the city. The Cambronne metro station is also ideally located just a few minutes walk away.

Way too expensive for what it was. Felt more like a hostel rather than a hotel. Very small rooms and the pictures on the website were misleading, making them appear larger. The room itself was not very cosy or inviting at all. It felt cold at night. The room lacked the most basic amenities such as slippers/ soap/shampoo/ toothpaste and there was not even a kettle or tea bags in the room unlike other hotels. The premier inn/ holiday inn in the UK is much much better for much less money! The walls were paper thin, the towels were thin. The pillows were not comfy. Overall felt like the hotel's website was very misleading. The view of the Eiffel tower was partially blocked. However the staff were incredibly warm and kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also good withe plenty of variety. The location of the hotel was also good, easy access to the centre and public transport. Just way too overpriced!!!

The AC in the room did not work properly even after a visit from an engineer. Multiple other guests I spoke to had the same issue. This was during a heatwave and meant the stay was less than comfortable. Would not recommend for a summer stay if the AC remains this way. I understand it was exceptionally hot but if the hotel claims to offer AC, I will expect it! Perhaps the issue should've been communicated prior to arrival so that I could have stayed elsewhere. Hotel staff did try to help but seemed to not be on the same page as I was told at one point I could claim a refund for the disrupted night. To then be told by someone else the next morning that this was impossible. Otherwise it was a well priced hotel and great location. Rooms were on the smaller side but still clean and the lobby was nice and spacious. Most staff were friendly.

We were unpleasantly surprised by the other hotel we booked, so we spontaneously went up and searched for a different one. And when I tell you that I was SO relieved finding this hotel. The atmosphere and rooms is clean and simple. Everything basic necessity you need. The double room we book is plenty spacious for a couple and even young kids. Everything smelled nice and fresh and compared to the hotel before this one, it couldn't have been better. Beds are nicely made and just the right amount of firmness, so are the pillows. Since my first good experience here, I always look out for ibis hotels in different cities! :)

Staffs went extra mile for us and were friendly, helpful and polite. Excellent service and good size clean room. However, I would love if the bathrooms were a little bigger and improved. Moreover, we really enjoyed our stay here as its close to shops, restaurants and trains - Everything is in walking distance. Great place to stay!

I'll give 5 stars to this hotel. We received an offer for 2 nights plus a flight at 150€ per person. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are equipped with almost everything you'll need: a comfortable bed, a good TV for evening entertainment, and although the bathroom is a bit small, it suits me perfectly for the price. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a well-located place to rest at night.

It’s a 3 stars hotel but it did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly, hotel is kept clean at all times. It’s about 20 minutes walking from Eiffel Tower and only 2 minutes from Canbronne Station which make it very easy to travel around the city. They don’t have conditioner or body cream so you need to make sure you bring that with you. Room was cleaned every day and breakfast has quite a few options to choose from. It’s great for the price.

The hotel is in a decent location. The staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Not welcoming at all. The room was extremely small, especially the bathroom. No basic toiletries are supplied. The bed is extremely thin, firm and uncomfortable and the pillows are rubbish, also very thin and just awful. The room has no ventilation unless you open the window, the room is very stuffy and gets very hot, even in winter. There was an air conditioning control pad but it didn’t work. A lady from housekeeping opened my door and barged into my room without knocking while I was changing. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a lovely few days in Paris. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very helpful. The lifts need to be updated as they are very slow and we had a 5/10 minute wait for a lift on one occasion. The room is clean and tidy and the daily refresh clean was done well. We couldn't connect to the TV as the setting wasn't working. It would of been nice to have some water in the room. We were warmed of a power outage the next day from 12-4pm via a sign in the lift. If the hotel is without power for four hours, then they should of emailed beforehand to make aware of the situation. Additionally if there is no power, the hotel should really of out-booked us to another property, or offered the option.

The location is perfect, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The room was pretty clean and sufficient for a short stay. Unfortunately the staff barely speaks any English so in case of any questions/issues there’s no way to have any conversation. The room lacks tea/coffee set, or even simple glasses. The hair dryer is overheating after 10 seconds of using it, so let’s just assume there’s no hairdryer in the room. All in all, good price-quality ratio, but I’m not sure I would recommend staying in this hotel to someone who pays attention to details.

Terrible experience. No AC in rooms. Power went out couple times. They don’t have iron in the rooms and you share an iron with the entire hotel which is broken and ruined 2 of my shirts. It’s a hostel not a hotel. Spend your money somewhere else

Very poor experience when it comes to the Customer care and reservation management. We had problems before the stay and also during the check-in at the Hotel: 1) Hotel forced us to pay in advance despite we had a flexible option which costed more and they didn't provide us the refund. If we didn't provide the guarantee in an equivalent price of a full stay then they would cancel our reservation... 2) At the hotel desk during the check-in a man from the Customer staff informed us that one of our reservations in cancelled because they did the overbooking and that's our problem. We had to almost BEG THE STAFF for doing some efforts to provide us the room at least for one night so that later we can find a solution. Fortunately, after around 1 hours of digging in system the guy from the hotel staff have managed to re-organize the rooms and fix our reservation. 3) We received one room different than we booked - with two separate beds instead of one twin bed, and we didn't got the price adjusted. In overall our stay was fine, however our positive attitude was totally broken due to the stress we had during the check-in situation. Edit: the Hotel claimed that something is wrong with my credit card so that I need to pay in advance, however I have verified that with my bank and the isuue was on hotel's side because their system is insecure and not aligned with mandatory 3DS security standards so the transaction couldn't go through.

The service is absolutely slow. I am still staying at the hotel and no proper response from the service team. The ac in my room wasn’t working. Even after complaining about it we got no help. At night after complaining again we were asked to change the room which is smaller that the before one with the ac again not working. After informing the reception about the same we haven’t received any help again. It is really annoying as they don’t value their customers.

Well, that was an experience I will try to avoid in future. The rooms were very basic and small, but clean. No iron, water boiler or fridge. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen 80x45cm. I am wheelchair bound and unsurprisingly they had not accessibile room for me. After constant nagging for 3 days, eventually on the fourth day, we managed to get a room, where I could get in without trouble. My collegue's luggage and brief case were stolen behind his back at reception while checking in. He lost literally everything and was only left with the clothes on his back he had worn during a long haul flight. This included his clothing, cash, cards, passport and the business laptop. The recption staff was relatively unconcerned about the incident. I have heard from several former guests that the security situation in this hotel is not very good. But that is true for all of Paris. Breakfast is ok. French breakfast, English breakfast but without any taste. Good Coffee and Juices. In the evening the restaurant only serves buffet without any a la carte. We saw the buffet and decided to get a takeaway. Some of the breakfast staff was very helpful, which I appreciated. Internet WLAN service was satisfactory, no issues there. We could not rent or borrow an iron, but they have an ironing station on the fifth floor, which is a bit of a bother if several people are queuing up in the morning or evening before the start of an exhibition. We will definitely not come back to this hotel.

This Ibis hotel was in a great location (10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower). Also very close to a metro station. Super clean, friendly front desk staff who were very accommodating in English. They have a good locker system for storing luggage before check-on or after check-out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very good cost benefit. Very well located, less than 50m from the Cambronne metro station, on line 6 that takes us to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and Gare Montparnasse. Quiet neighborhood, several supermarkets nearby. Negative points that I highlight: bathroom too small, there is no minibar.

  • 5/5 Michelle A. 2 years ago on Google
Very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff including front desk, bar and housekeeping. We had two rooms and both were clean and adequately stocked. If you are lucky like we were you might get a room with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Parking garage was clean and well lit. Excellent location near metro, all kinds of shops and restaurants. Will stay here again.

  • 3/5 Nick W. 5 months ago on Google
Great location to visit all of Paris, the Metro is a 2 minute walk. Rooms are basic and very small, but clean. We tried the breakfast buffet but it was atrocious- most items were gone, no cutlery and a half hour wait, then nowhere to sit, after the first day we didn't bother. The rats running around the bar windows in the passage way were fun to watch. 🐀 🐁 🐭

After my experience with this Ibis property, I am ashamed I used to work with Accor. 1. Check-in was disappointing, the front desk staff barely spoke a full sentence and our entire exchange was “name, room no XXX”. Where’s the pleasantries? Absolutely none. Not even a “enjoy your stay”. Staff did not direct us to the direction of the lift as well. 2. We booked and paid for the Eiffel tower view and all we saw from the room was the top tip of the Eiffel, not even half of it. Definitely not worth the extra money. Called the front desk to ask about the view and they said “it is the view, if you can’t see maybe light is off. I come up and show you”. He never appeared. 3. Paid parking (€27/day). It is hard to find a parking space even though you are a guest. You aren’t guaranteed a spot. 4. Rooms are fairly small and the bathroom is even smaller. I believe there are a lot more hotels or Airbnb elsewhere that costs the same or slightly more for something way better. It’s just disappointing our trip to Paris started this way.

If you’re looking for a budget hotel in the centre of Paris then this is a great choice. Friendly, helpful staff and perfect location. Only a 5 minute walk to the nearest Met stop, and around 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of bars/restaurants, shops and bakeries surround this hotel too, making it ideal. Rooms were clean and beds were okay. Only issues with the room was the lack of air con, no ventilation in the bathrooms (which are very small and cramped), and broken shower head. Our room was noisy as we were next to the stairs, which wasn’t great. For the price and location, definitely worth a stay.

Pleasant hotel located near Cambronne sub station. Room was quite small but manageable for small made people like us. Room was clean and tidy. Had a pleasant stay except the fact that we couldn't find any place to get drinking water. No kettle was provided in the room. Had to go all the way to bar in downstairs and get some hot water or purchased from a grocery which was hard to locate.

  • 2/5 Jonathon H. 5 months ago on Google
Terrible experience with this hotel. The room itself was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small. The wait to check in was long and the staff member seemed more occupied by her phone then helping us and there was a terrible smell in the lobby area. She also forgot my drink voucher which I had to return to ask for. The location says Effiel Tower but this is not within walking distance however transport options are available. Limited towels in the room not even a floor towel on our first night and when I asked for one I was told it would be sent and never was. On checkout wanted to store my bags (3 of them) and was charged 5 Euro a bag! This is the first hotel I've ever been charged to store a bag especially paying a premium price to stay here. Overall, would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was awful don’t even think about spending that extra money on the breakfast. Instead go to a little cafe near by that will be so much better. The selection was practically nothing. It just was very disappointing. The rooms were very small but it works, as you don’t stay in the hotel much when you come here. It was cute inside and employees were kind and helpful.

Dirty toilet and extremely small shower. Could barely move inside the shower and I’m a petite person. The toilet was dirty. The staff didn’t help me change my two bed room to a one bed room. The only good thing about the hotel was the hotel was that it’s 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower (You can’t see the tower from your window)

  • 4/5 Aadil K. 2 years ago on Google
Location is the best thing about the hotel. Close to tram line, cafes and bakeries. About a half hour walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only downside is the very small bathroom which has no extractor fan or window which is not ideal. If found for a decent price, would definitely recommend

We stayed here whilst attending the Rugby World Cup. The room we had was adequate for 2 - could have done with more storage and hooks but fine for 2 in central Paris. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The hotel is also very well located close to a number of metro stations and close to lots of great brasseries. Would stay here again

Exactly what you expect for this price point. Great location, many fun terrasses around, metro right across the street. Super safe, many cameras. Rooms were clean. Only comment is that walls are a bit thin, the next door guests were talking and laughing pretty loudly, it felt like I was in the room with them.

Location was really good. If you come from the airport or from the train station with a lot of luggage, then I recommend to take an Uber but else the metro is right beside the hotel. The neighborhood has many options of restaurants. The room we stayed in was really small. From level 5 you start to see the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast and service was great.

Was a really good experience!. The hotel is nice. The room are small but confortable and super clean , bathroom was small but you have all what you need. So that wasn’t a big deal! The breakfast was a classic one but with a lot of options. The location amazing. And the girls in the reception was really nice and lovely!

Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is a budget hotel in a major city so expectations were in line. Beds are hard but OK, rooms are small and bathrooms are very small. Nowhere to put your luggage, so you have to rent a locker at €5 each, as were a family it was €20 on arrival and another €20 on departure. All the hotels we have stayed in have a luggage storage room but not this. If you require snacks for your room shop in the streets around the hotel as it is a third of the price of the vending machines in the hotel. Breakfast was OK, a reasonable choice and something for everyone. However, the best thing about the hotel is location as it is a 10-minute brisk walk to the tower and other attractions. I have tried to be as balanced as possible in this review but in essence if all you require is a place to lay your head and somewhere to freshen up etc it is a good choice and the staff make it better.

Very nice hotel with excellent location near Eiffel Tower and with an easy metro access. The room is not big but as a couple who wanted to explore Paris we didn't need a bigger one. It was also very clean. A very very good experience totally and we will definitely come back again in our next trip!

A very nice hotel in great location , a walking distance from tour Eiffel and many other attractions. Many restaurants around. Metro station around the corner. The inside of the building is very stylish, clean and spacious. The staff are very nice, professional and very helpful. The rooms i was a disappointed. Very Small room, Bed old and badly done and so uncomfortable didn't sleep well at all. No fridge. Shower is extremely small but very nice clean. I was by myself in the room and still it feels so tiny.

On our 1st night we have fire alarm in the midnight 2am, everyone come out from their room and gather outside of the hotel. But there are no representatives from the hotel coming out to explain what is going on and guide us. The fire alarm stopped and everyone still standing outside asking whether we can go back to our room. Don't feel safe to stay at this hotel. My room air-conditioning is not functioning well. I requested the hotel to do checking on the air-conditioning but they told me maybe I turn on the wrong switch. I told them I'm turning on the air-conditioning as per what he had teach. Then he send 2 guy to my room for checking. Upon checking, the technician said they will come back again later but end up no show up. We end up wake up with sweating. On the second day, We requested the reception to send technician for checking our air-conditioning before we go out. But when we come back the air-conditioning still the same!! We called the reception and they give us excuses that the weather is hot. We end up sweating every night!! The sound proof is very bad! During midnight we can heard noise from other room and level. I can heard someone talking, closing the door, pulling their chair and walking here and there!! The staff is not friendly. They won't greet you.

It's a hotel with a great common interior (rooms are ok) with a mix of true France and, how I saw it, an ecological message, which is great. It would have been 5 stars but the rooms are a bit different than I used to. So the 4 stars review is purely my personal opinion, you should check their web site for more photos and to get the feeling of space they offer.
