It's been over four years, and the memories still haunt us. Dirty bedsheets, paid, poor quality wi-fi, disgusting bathroom. The whole building looked like it could fall down any minute. When we asked for our bedhseets to be replaced –they were dirty when we checked in–, the staffer came to the room and asked «you think this is dirty?!», it felt like he was about to snap any second and hit me. They finally switched our room, but the new one's bed sheets were smelly and had multiple hair strands on them, not to mention the bathroom was even worse than the first room's.

Late review. Even 5 years later i still remember how unpleasant it was, i stayed in 2017 and judging by other reviews not much has changed, i strongly advise you do not stay here unless you are broke and have no other choice. I stayed there to save bit of money and that was a mistake, it almost ruined my trip of Paris. That saying "you get what you pay for" It must have originated at this hotel.

Well, you get what you pay... We thought we had a good offer (bad mistake not checking the reviews before paying, but... Damage was already done). The hotel website is misleading, it does not have a lift, no TV in the rooms or free wi-fi (they charge 3€ per day). The building is really old and noisy. Can't pay with card if below 20€. We had to chase a cleaner to get an extra towel (2 people in the room and they only left 1). They don't clean the rooms, not even vacuum it... The only thing they did was leaving extra soap sachets in the toilet... The room wasn't cleaned for our whole stay (4 nights). Lighting was poor, we either left the toilet light on (didn't make much difference) or kept the windows opened (neighbors watching...) We didn't bother to try the breakfast there, just in case. Wouldn't go back. It was ok to sleep and that's it.

If you like terrible service and dirty bathrooms, this is the place for you. There is a lot of dirt under the bed along with wrapping papers, and the bed itself lacks basic pillows. What is this, a bathroom for ants? When you open the door to the bathroom you will be welcomed by the smell of urine, which you will find originates from the floor and toilet seat. The staff we dealt with during check-in did not respond properly and appeared to be preoccupied with other things.

This hotel is a five star piece of art. The rooms were the cleanest things I’ve ever stayed in and the bathroom was exceptional. The bed sheets were extravagant and clean and super comfortable I loved sleeping in them. Make sure to stay here if you travel to Paris as this hotel should be priced at around 2000 a night!

I'd rate this less then one star if I could. Rude staff who don't care. WiFi u need to pay for which has really bad connection, kept disconnecting or didn't connect at all. Ended up getting my money back. Floors and walls were all dirty plus entire building was under construction. Looks like they haven't cleaned anything especially the shower in forever. Sure it's cheap but that's it. Nothing else good about it. Whole building smells of paint. DO NOT STAY HERE. I got so frustrated while staying here. Worst part of my trip. Ten out of ten would NEVER stay here AGAIN.

Cringiest place ever: 6 floors with no lift. Room with no bathroom. That means not even shared in the walkway. There was just a sink in my bedroom but it was stuck. The smell was horrendous in the room. You can hear everything from the other rooms.

Worst hotel I've been in ever. Two receptionists together can't say a whole sentence in English. Free internet and basically everything that they say they have , you can forget it. Rooms are horrible , we booked a room with a double bed, and a shower / toilet. The photos they have on the internet is only one room that is family apartment and it's supposed to be better. The room where we stayed and a lot of other rooms are horrible , dusty and they are dirty. Horrible. One star here is one too many. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is that is so close to main station and the centre of the city. Everything else is just unacceptable.

We stayed there in 2017 and I will never forget how horrible the room we got was! The window - ON GROUND LEVEL- did not close. There was so much dirt everywhere and the bathroom was the cherry on top. Mold, dirt, smelly. After taking a shower you felt dirtier than before. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth the money you save.

This is the worst place I have been in my entire life. The room was dirty and full of mold. You could smell the mold and humidity everytime you entered the room, we stayed there only because it was for a couple of days. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned and we didn't use the shower because it was disgusting. The covers and the pillows we're dirty and smelled bad. I don't think they should keep this place open in these conditions.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star for this hotel. I planned to stay about a week there but even 1 night was tough for me. First, Room is very small and cold. You will be able to see a lot of mold and dirt in your room. Of course some bugs. Shower and toilet are outside of the building. And if you go to the shower, you can smell the hell and feel badly slippery thing on the floor. Of course the bed was small. I think the manager of this hotel tried hard to clean the hotel but the building seems too old to be cleaned enough. (I think he tried to be nice) Funny thing was that the price was not even good. Please do not go to this hotel. There are a lot of ones with better price, better location and better quality.

I stayed here for 9 nights in February 2020 in one of the rooms with en suite bathroom. Everything was better than expected, room cleaned everyday except Sunday (not a problem with me). Multiple power outlets in a room that was on the 6th floor, no elevator... if this is an issue for you maybe let them know you have mobility challenges etc and prefer 1st floor... for me it was great and even provided a bit of a view of the Eiffel Tower. The bedding and towels all smelled sanitary and sterile. The radiator worked very well, I’d wake up sweaty if I forgot it too high before bed. The staff were very patient with my clumsy French and knew enough English that we made it work well. Aside from enjoying the stay at the hotel the area is decent as well... amazing Asian restaurants close by as well as pizza, sushi, vegan, etc. There is also a Lidl about 3 mins walk away so if you want to skip the restaurants you can pick up some non perishables, etc. Close to the metros and by Bellevue there was a great market to wander around in. Overall I have no complaints and will definitely stay here the next time in Paris.... not just for how great a deal it is but also because of its location to the known attractions. I would highly recommend this for any traveler on a budget who wants the privacy a hostel doesn’t afford.

I've see prison cells better than this place. We booked a double room with private bathroom, the room was tiny, bathroom even smaller with no towels, bed was uncomfortable and pillow was flat. The shower was broken on the day we checked in and wasn't fixed until the day we checked out after asking 3 times. The room constantly smelt of marijuana and the walls were paper thin so you could here everything that was happening in the rooms around you. The staff didn't seem interested in anyone's complaints and were in no rush to help anyone, they just brushed it off. Do not stay here!

If you are looking to just sleep for a night and not fussy - do it. Otherwise it really is very dirty - under the bed was concerning. The toilets were very poor - I wouldn't dare shower. It was warm which was cool. Missing that comfortable touch - even a glass in the bathroom would have been nice to have a drink. I would never consider staying here for more than one night or ever again to be fair. Upon arrival we were also told to wait as the man was eating - awesome.
