Stayed 2 nights in the Senior Suite at this hotel. I have a titanium membership and got an upgrade using a suite upgrade voucher. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. I have stayed several suite in different countries, but this is the worst room ever. Upon check-in, the front desk staff said that they would provide a room with a very good view. But I couldn't see the view from any window in the room. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to expect a view from this hotel. This is a suite room only in its name that is used to connect 2 regular rooms. Therefore, the space cannot be used properly and the door connecting the rooms does not open wide, making the space even smaller. The sofa is skinned, reminiscent of a cheap motel. The drawer on the desk went all the way out and smashed my foot. The security latch on the door was broken and could not be used. As it is a convention hotel, there are a lot of group guests, and as a result, the breakfast was a mess like a food court in the market. Coffee had to be pulled in line and the food ran out quickly. I tried different time zones for two days to avoid the crowds, but it is no use. After 2 nights, I requested late check-out, which was guaranteed to Titanium members. As the hotel is a convention hotel, he said that it was not applicable and that he would provide a room for a short stay as an alternative. The more outrageous experience starts here. The temporary room I was given was a more modernly renovated room than the suite. Even this room is quite big. This hotel gave me a very unpleasant experience.

Advise stay at caution. I got upgraded to a senior suite and it was awful. The 1st one was dirty with stuff on wall , hair (black) on bathroom floor, bed is like a rollaway… moved to 2nd room & it wasn’t much better. If I hadn’t been so tired & it was late. I wouldn’t of stayed. Overall the rooms need to be revamped & a deep cleaning needs to be done. They have removed all microwave’s for guest to use. The rooms were also very dusty & obviously not cleaned. The city view is just of a building so don’t get excited when it says city view. It’s a joke. There is a ton of construction also so the road is a mess. Let’s say this is not Le Meridian standard at all. Courtyards are nicest. The only positive is the lobby & bar/restaurant plus staff there. That is it.

I visited the hotel recently. To be honest it is not as great as it sounds. I thought it was a four star or something but was shocked to see the condition. The rooms were small. The room service was not working (could not even order coffee in the house. The hotel was dirty. Even the coffee mugs in the room were cheap stuff. Highly disappointing even though it is in Paris. See pictures attached.

expensive hotel versus what is offered i.e. not very good value of money. however location is great, lass than 1 minute to Palais Des Congres and around 10 minutes to Arc de Triomph.

This location has many mixed reviews. I just spent two nights at the hotel on business. Here is my take: This is not a small, intimate Parisian hotel. This is a very large and almost always active hotel. The check in lines can be long and elevators can be slow at certain times of the day. The M club is nice, but only continental breakfast. It is very quiet. The bar is busy all day but service and selection are good. Breakfast is overcrowded - staff does their best to keep things filled but the sheer number of people make that difficult. I would suggest a local cafe for a more relaxed breakfast ( around the corner walking are many with great options under $15). My room was small but very nice. They had a nice gift to thank me for being a lifetime Titanium member. They made me feel appreciated which not all hotels do. If you have the right expectations, this hotel is exactly what it is and does it well. This is a very large, high volume and busy hotel in a major city - not unlike something in New York or Chicago. This is not a small, relaxed boutique hotel in Paris. There are plenty of those if you prefer. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room is clean. Breakfast well done. Very busy hotel. If you need taxi to airport is fix @54 Euro set by government. Just go lobby to request to save 7 Euro reservation fee. The coffee machine in room was not cleaned and still have previous guests coffee pad in the machine. This Meridian location only has a gym, no swimming pool, no spa. Looks like it was built for some other business and then renovated to be this hotel. Outside the hotel is chaotic, not very nice scenery.

Something needs to give & quickly from this location as it is damaging the Marriott brand. My Dad is lifetime titanium for Marriott - we have traveled extensively & love the brand. We were placed at this hotel prior to a Viking River Cruise in June. I checked the reviews for months prior to our arrival & we ultimately ended up booking other Marriott hotel & paying out of pocket for it just so we wouldn’t need to stay here. We were on site for our group activities for our Viking trip & the hotel is simply awful. I wandered up to our room just to check it out and found a dirty room, sheets had stains on them, a light in the bathroom was out, room was dusty, carpets dirty, it just wasn’t good. We had breakfast on site one day which was very much like a school cafeteria style meal with tons of people, tables that get scooped up quickly, food was poor, cold & out in many cases…I mean even the coffee was bad. The bar & the bar staff are the shining star of this hotel. Chic vibe, great people & great menu. Highly recommend stopping in for a drink or snack but I would never, ever stay here. Hotel needs some serious overhaul in rooms, service & hospitality.

This is the first time for me to write a review for the hotel I didn’t actually stay. But the level of customer service is upsetting. My husband went to Paris for a business trip and stayed at this hotel for a week. He had his birthday and I really wanted to prepare for him something special as long as he already had to celebrate his birthday away from family. I contacted the hotel and they reassured me that for additional cost they would be able to provide a small cake and some decorations. I paid in advance. On the day of his birthday my husband had to work and he was out of the hotel from noon till midnight. And then he came back and found NOTHING! I immediately contacted the hotel and they told me that he had “no disturb sign” so they didn’t enter. No one bothered to check if my husband was actually in his room and they had plenty of time to do so (they could contact me). The hotel representative told me that they would refund money immediately but again NOTHING!

This is what you get in this hotel. Everything broken and dirty, specially the bathroom with pee stains on the wall and WC. One layer paper toilet even worse than the ones in gas stations. Mattress in a U shape. The TV has a blue LED clock that is brighter than the Eiffel Tower at night. WIFI is ridiculously slow and the breakfast so poor considering it costs 28 euros. Oh! And I got stuck in the elevator. Staff is super nice and helpful though. Avoid this hotel. I liked they had an iron and board in the room. The best thing is that they don’t even reply the reviews so they are showing they don’t care about customers.

Decent hotel with newly refurbished rooms (we stayed on the 8th floor). Breakfast offers a big variety, however, there are no eggs made to order. No coffee service at the table. The atmosphere is quite busy (lots of airline staff and tour groups). The room was clean and I received a nice welcome note as a status member. The fitness room provides a couple of cardio machines and free weights, but feels cramped. Overall, a solid hotel for a good night sleep if you plan to visit Paris and spend most of the time outside/elsewhere.

Lovely hotel with AC! Rooms are average compared to US standards and you can tell they tried to renovate. What is really dumb about the renovation is the bathroom. There is a glass shower where the glass covers only half of the shower. So water is constantly splashing out of the shower and pooling on the bathroom floor. You have to put a towel there each time you shower. Silly. But the staff said that’s the way they designed it. I wouldn’t pay more for a city view or view of the tower because the city is flat and you can travel to the Tower to see it. If you want to pay to see the tower from your room, watch it on the TV - it’s cheaper. Location is really great! A block from transit and on the “main” road. Tons of places within walking distance and safe. There’s a nice little gym on the upper floors too. You have to get breakfast included! Everything tasted great! I have never seen a breakfast buffet with so many pastries and bread. There is even a honey comb! Not honey from a jar but honey from a real bee hive tray.

I stayed here for 8 nights in their "suite" in Sep 2023. The AC did not work or cool the space at all!! The "suite" was a makeshift created by joining the adjacent room and was so outdated/ugly. You could hear everything from the neighboring room. The free breakfast for Marriott Gold and above in their club was trash compared to the 10 euro buffet in their regular breakfast area. The hotel was BAD VALUE FOR MONEY / POINTS. I then stayed at the Hyatt Regency just across the street for 2 days which was exceptional in all aspects compared to the Le Meridien. The Hyatt had great rooms, a fantastic lounge with good food and a view of the whole city! AND THEIR AC ACTUALLY WORKED.

I travel globally for work a lot and have stayed in many hotels. I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel was absolutely amazing. My first time in Paris and I got severely ill for the first three days and was relegated to my hotel room. The staff went through so much trouble to make sure I was comfortable and received medical attention. After finally feeling better, the concierge desk went out of their way to make sure I was booked for the required trains needed to get to my organization and made sure I had the best reservations and plans for the weekend to make up for all of the lonely and sickly time I spent in my hotel room. Besides the AMAZING service, the kindness that poured from the staff on a regular basis was unlike anywhere else. The hotel was spotless, brimming with life, and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Thank you Le Meridien for taking what could have been a miserable first visit to Paris an unforgettable one.

When you have to pay 300 a night you do expect a clean and tidy room. Well it was not really clean. The bathroom had mold and stains on the ceiling. The big meeting rooms down stairs were very warm and hot and also very noisy. Would not recommend staying here if you do not have to. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. But not value for money

We stayed there in Sept. It is a hotel for tour group!. The lobby and elevators can be chaos when they arrive. It is a very inexpensive hotel for Paris. The receptionist and concierge were fantastic. We were fortunate to get an upgrade even though on a tour because of our Marriott points and contacting hotel before our arrival. We never were able to enjoy breakfast as it was too crowded and lines for the hot items were too long. We did try though!

Good location ... 400 meters from Metro station... Can be better at cleaning rooms and bathrooms... Breakfast is good with many options... Crowded with a lot of meetings and teams... The rooms are small... The rooms contain iron, water boilers, safe, enough towels... The staff is friendly especially the Arabic guys from Morocco and Algeria... An observed problem was the lack of sound proof in the rooms. Also the design of the toilet without a water sink is not hygienic at all

As a long term member of Marriott and a standing Gold member, I was quite disappointed by my experience. at the check in, I mentioned to the front desk person that I and my partner are both Gold members and requested if an upgrade was possible, but she said no and gave us an accessible room (which i was OK with the offer) but on the second floor facing the shipyard. this was just the beginning of a four day bad experience. The shower didn't have any barrier to stop the water from flooding the bathroom and each shower followed by me and my partner spending time to dry the floor using multiple towels. I don't understand how a person with disability was supposed to use that shower. Then the hair dryer wasn't working and then to end the unpleasant stay, even we informed the front desk of our late departure, after coming back from lunch at 1:30 PM, we noticed that our access cards were not working and we were locked out of our room. Worst ever experience in any Marriott chain hotel. Very disappointing.

The location of this hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. A lot of great places are at a walking distance, if not you can catch the metro from the station across the road. The staff is very helpful I have always enjoyed my stay at this property.

We stayed here for the first part of a Viking river cruise. Our room was clean and well appointed. Hotel staff (and the Viking concierge) were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that one day the cleaning staff removed our bar soap and didn't replace it. The staff at the front desk quickly took care of it. Overall a great stay.

Check in was a breeze. Stayed for 6 nights on first trip to Paris. Great location, close to the metro and RER. Room was nice, a little small but it is Paris. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices. Wonderful caramel sauce for the crepes and the best butter from Normandy. The cleaning staff was good, came daily no problem and even folded our clothes and straightened up our mess. The concierge helped with transfer to the airport and the bellman checked our bags all day as our flight was in the late afternoon nothing to complain about that we saw.

Paris, France Hotel Marriott owned property Several things - when I checked in I told them I was a lifetime titanium elite. I was traveling with Viking river cruises and they paid for the room. I have traveled around the world but thisn as the first time that I was told that I would not receive any benefits. I did not mind not receiving my points but to not get the concierge club or an upgrade was an insult vs all the money I have spent with Marriott. Other Marriott owned properties always treated me as a titanium elite member with the perks on this trip even though I was not paying the bill. Am I only a titanium elite if I pay the bill???? After arguing with the supervisor, she said she would give me double upgrade. I went to the room and it was not an upgrade. There was a belt in the closet from the previous guest and no soaps, shampoo, toiletries or towels. I asked the bellmen who brought my luggage to me to get me all. He did it immediately and I tipped him for doing so. The room was definitely dirty. On the day before my departure, the maids did not show up to clean my room until 5:15pm. Mind you, I left the room at 9am and expected to unwind and use the facilities before dinner. I went downstairs to the front desk and ask that a maid come up and clean our room. The manager apologized and said it would be done immediately. My wife and I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and went back to the room. I saw the maid walking towards me. She was speaking French of course which I did not understand. I asked her to please come up at 6:25pm. She brushed me off, turned her back and left down the hallway. I went down and complained again. It was still not made up. Of course another apology. I rushed off to dinner and when I went back, it was cleaned up though not like it had been done the day before. This Paris supposedly 5 star is not even close. 1.5 star at best. You will be disappointed with this hotel. Just got back to Houston and I am tired. Please excuse all typos. I had to get this out tonight. They did not treat me like I felt I should have been treated.

Where do I start? The shower head in my FIRST room was broken. The power went out TWICE in my FIRST room, leaving me completely in the dark and without the ability to charge any of my devices. There were water stains / mold / something nasty on the ceilings. All of the furnishings were heavily scratched / damaged. In my SECOND room, the toilet was not flushed, I could visibly see someone’s excrements in the toilet, leading me to wipe them down myself. I would not touch this hotel with a ten-foot pole. Marriott needs to shut it down.

Huge hotel. Walk miles to your room. Rooms are nice. They forgot to clean our room. They came to clean friend's room at 4:15 pm when they were getting ready for dinner. Huge lobby. Excellent, varied breakfast. Several coffee makers plus coffee in carafes. Opens 6:30, hot food choices begin at 7am. Congee, egg rolls, white fish, lox, several meats and cheeses, very nice brie. Hard-boiled eggs, crepes, eggs, potatoes, sausages, plain yogurt, fruit, many kinds of brioche and croissants. And more.

This is a high end, luxury hotel. The location is great, it's quiet, the staff is attentive, the rooms are spacious, the AC is great and the water is always hot. I do love this hotel but improvements can always be made. That said, my bed mattress dipped down in the middle before I ever go in. I like a good fitness room to work out in and to some people, that is important. There is a cable machine that has been broken for months. There are only 2 treadmills and one of them is inoperable and the TV is broken. I really like this hotel but old mattresses and poor maintenance in the fitness room is frustrating.

Classic business hotel used for conventions and congresses. Located close to the city. The rooms are small but have a desk and all required necessities. The gym is very small for such a hotel and the lifting machine did not function fully. The service can be improved. Check-in took very long. The concierge desk is very transactional and staff without intent to help in my few interactions. My suit I handed in for cleaning came back dirty. Complaints were not handled professionally. Also, in front of the hotel is a huge construction going on for the upcoming Olympics in 2024. This creates a lot of noise and traffic chaos. Nothing the hotel can do about but very inconvenient for guests as the hotel unable to get reliable taxi reservations.

Large, modern hotel with an inner courtyard that most rooms look out to. Close to the Arc de Triomphe but further out for anything more central. Food was absolutely excellent, and they catered for dietary requirements well too. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Only negatives really were no USB plugs in the room, thankfully I remembered an adaptor! Rooms not huge but as expected for a city centre location.

Location is good, gym is great, and the views are ok. It has a great restaurant down bottom and nice amenities. They take great care of their guests! And some of their staff are football fans, which makes for great conversation. Even if he did hate the packers.

Stayed there in November 2023 for a conference. The room was spacious and clean (no bedbug). Location was great as within walking distance to metro, restaurants, opposite convention hall for food/shopping and to various attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Good advise for pre-booking a taxi to avoid last minute panic (note: additional 3 euro of the standard rate of 62 euro to CDG airport). Room provided 2 nice reuseable black water bottles for sparkling water at the same level. My only complaints were the room needs better sound insulation, temp control could be better for adjusting warmer and lifts to be more efficient during the peak hours.

1, there has no services, didn’t feel so much. From the breakfast to the room service. 2, there has very few choices in the breakfast, not even have the mushroom. And it is super crowded. 3, the club lounge was sucks, no hot food, cold dishes are finishing very quick and no refill, Pepsi max was finished and no refill in 5 days. 4, bath towel is not clean enough as shown in the picture!

Everything was good, but I had a bad experience with a taxi reserved by Marriott concierge. The concierge ASSURED me a flat rate, but the taxi driver demanded 20 euros more than the quoted by the concierge when we arrived at the airport. I threatened the driver that I would report to Marriott hotel, but he kept demanding his price. So funny that he was talking English fine until I challenged his high price. He stopped talking English at all and kept demanding his price.. This was a third world experience, not expected in Paris, especially arranged by Marriott hotel..

Unfortunately, my room was tired in need of a refreshed mattress (collapsed springs), and the bath had peeling paint and stains (thankfully a shower nozzle was provided to use standing up). Hotel is excellently positioned and service is superb.

I was pretty disappointed in my stay here. I visit a lot of Marriott as a silver elite and this is possibly the worst one I’ve stayed at. The housekeeping service was inconsistent - I had towels removed and not replaced, the body wash ran out and they diluted it with water! The breakfast was poor, it was too busy, nowhere to sit and things were messy. The service in the restaurant was slow (I was waiting 20 minutes to get served) and the food over priced and average. I had fondant potatoes with my meal and one was basically raw. I had booked to stay here again for my next Paris trip but changed hotel.

Great location. Just 3 min from M1 metro line. 7 min walk to the Arc-de-Triumph. The club lounge is bad. It is under construction so they have a temp one setting up on 1st floor. They only offer the elite member access to the restaurant for breakfast. No companion allowed. Very odd policy. Encountered some very nice staff but also “french rude” staff. Room is clean but bathroom needs clean a bit more thoroughly.

My family had a great stay there for five nights at the end of October. The rooms were well-appointed and very clean. Nice modern, elegant design. The beds weren't that big, but this is standard for European rooms. They were very comfortable. I am usually very picky with cleanliness and was happy with the standard of our rooms. Not a single bed bug or anything weird in sight. The hotel is quite sizable, so we were lucky to secure two connecting rooms. I really appreciate they were able to allocate these to us after I emailed in advance requesting adjoining rooms. The service was very friendly and helpful in English. The Bonvoy lounge was a decent size with lots of beverages available the whole day. Breakfast and snack items were standard. They had a very yummy chocolat chaud in the mornings! I hear people complain that the location isn't great, but it's a very short 3-min walk to the nearest metro (Porte Maillot) and RER. That provided a lot of convenience. And on the walk to the metro, you pass by a lot of restaurants, a McDonald's even. Within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel are a lot of excellent French restaurants that are for real locals and not tourist traps. So even if people say this is far away from the attractions, it's quiet yet convenient since the metro is so close. Plus, the Arc de Triomphe is a 15 min walk away, so hardly remote. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

Room is well presented and has everything you probably need. It was clean and looked very nice…. the issues: - the windows / curtains are not very thick and building work outside, woke us up at 8:30am both days when we wanted to sleep 😕 It’s not the hotels fault, but bare this in mind if you like a lie-in. Thicker windows are available in other similar hotels. - the air con (for heat, because it is -2°) wasn’t really up to it. I was cold both days. I really think you could look at this because apart from the lack of temperature, you can see millions of particles floating in the air - time for a filter change perhaps! 😳 - the lifts are far too slow…waiting 5 minutes to go two flights when you have FIVE lifts is CRAZY. the good points: check in was v quick 🙏 the staff were lovely: helpful and very polite. The cleaning team, were very respectful and looked after us. the breakfast (whilst very busy) was super! With small changes to the windows/air con/lifts this really could be a magical hotel, but as it stands at the moment it’s just “ok”.

Nicely located business and group tour focused hotel. Cleanliness of room should be improved, since we found some used stuff in bathroom. Furniture already aged, too. As a Bonvoy member, we got an upgrade to club floor, but the room was basically the same as guest room. Lounge currently closed, drinks are flowing at bar as an alternative.

I don’t know from where to start but let’s start with some positive points the room space are very good considering the hotel location is not too far from arc de triomphe, fair amount of restaurants around , close to tube station as well which makes it easy if you want to commute by tube. Staff are friendly. Moving to the negative points left the room in the morning around 10:00 and came back by 12:00 and found the room as I left it , I gave them the benefit of the doubt, left 12:30 and came back after 4 hours at 16:30 and the room still at the same status. I left the room at 18:30 but this time I made sure I will communicate the issue with the receptionist, gave the lady room number and told her please send someone to change towels , bins, etc. She was like no did it in the morning I said no , she said maybe you had don’t disturb sign at the door , I said I didn’t even have this sign in my room :) anyway came back around 22:00 on my way up she said everything is done please check and let me know if you need anything. Went up the room was still the same as I left it early in the morning, called back and said I just need towels. 10 mins later the duty manager knocked my door . Coming with a plastic bag filled with two towels, toilet roll, two cups and inside of them coffee and shower gel, shampoo, moisturiser and hair conditioner all in one cup. Toothpaste and toothbrush. Apologised for couldn’t find anyone to come and clean the room or even change bins . Attached pictures , this is my second time here within two weeks , I’m not sure what are the standards for the hotel but sometimes things go wrong unfortunately. Or it might be me just unlucky this time. Update: an hour later the receptionist came with extra towels and water which is appreciated. However this is not personal it’s for the managers to sort the problems out.

Le Meridien Etoile Paris is located with in walking distance to Champs Elysees and about 30 minutes ride from the airport Charles de Gaulle, CDG. It is across from the Hyatt Regency and within a short walk to the metro station. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants around the hotel as well as a street market on weekends. The hotel has a nice jazz club as well as restaurants and bars onsite. The lobby area is big and airy with plenty of seating. There is a good size gym on the mezzanine level and a executive lounge on 8th floor with food and drinks in the evening. The rooms are small but well planned and there is plenty of storage and working space in the room. WiFi works well and fast throughout the hotel. Overall a great hotel to explore Paris from.

A nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy to walk up to l'Arc de Triomph from there. Rooms just ok: not too big, but enough for staying. Varied breakfast choice.

This place can be dangerous. No sidewalk with all the construction. Took a bad fall right outside the door. Busted up my knee & wrist. Not happy

It's hard to miss this place as it towers above everything else in the neighborhood. This is great for the views from the rooms and for finding it when walking around Paris. (Only 15 mins walk from the Arc de Triomphe) The hotel was spotless as you'd expect if a little soulless in the foyer. They were very courteous and efficient and the rooms were equally spotless. The bed looked amazing but proved to be rather hard and uncomfortable for my aching bones. The breakfast in the Mayo restaurant was lovely, and the range of foods was impressive as it was occasionally weird. The scrabbled eggs were divine but the rest of the hot platters were disappointing and the bacon looked incredibly unappetising (american style). The pinnacle of breakfast overall was the coffee. It's probably not a good idea to drink alcohol at the hotel unless you have very deep pockets, and I never made it to the cocktail bar on the top floor because of covid restrictions on capacity and eye watering prices. Overall I enjoyed my brief stay very much.

Security guard at entry was very aggressive for no reason and only asked me and my wife for documentation to be able to enter the hotel. We already provided all our documentation when checking in at the front desk a few days ago. Also, I have already met him and tried talking with him on a previous night (very limited french). The room needed cleaning, and the sink wasn't draining. A lot of construction around the hotel. 7€ for a small soda (to go) at the bar, which seems unreasonable...

My favorite hotel in Paris. If you want have a pre-flight/train Covid Test of any sorts, just ask the concierge and they will take care of it.

To be honest this hotel should be 3 stars Everything is not good. Room services not working after 11 pm Receptionist are the slower people I have ever seen. Housekeeping is beyond bad, if u don't ask they will not clean ur room . And if they clean it they don't refill the water, nor coffee, nor the shampoo. Only one Receptionist after 10 om. Only two Receptionist in the morning. Check in, check out, change key room will take you from 20 to 80 minutes to get a service. The place is big and nice. The hotel has a nice garden. If u have a small budget the hotel is good, but don't expect a lot. My suggestion to the hotel: To motivate employee. Hire a very good manager. Or Just make it three stars or less

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and would absolutely love to give them 5 stars but was incredibly disappointed in the breakfast selections and lack of working espresso machine. There is a fantastic outdoor courtyard where you can relax and have a nice meal/snack. They let me check in very early and my room was a good size and really clean.

Pros: The location is fantastic - so many fabulous restaurants nearby and convenient access to public transport. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Cons: The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the windows plus the courtyard style configuration means you probably want to be mindful of closing the curtains. Housekeeping was a bit iffy - they touched and moved around a lot of our stuff, and weren't very careful. We had a shoe get crushed under the bed when they lifted up the bottom of the bed to vacuum. The shower in our room also let out a ton of water into the bathroom. Overall, this isn't the best Le Meridien I've stayed at, but for the location and affordability within this class of hotel, I would still recommend it, especially for solo or couple travelers who won't spend a ton of time in the room itself.

Superb value for money at this great location. The hotel was well appointed, nice and clean, great service from desk to room. The rooms were newly renovated and again well appointed. There was a convenient double USB station for phone charging, a three pin for your laptop and plenty of other type Es that you may need an adapter if you're not from here. There's a nice fridge and safe, coffee station, and lovely bath sets. Take note that disposable toothbrush and shaver only on request. Overall a very nice hotel.

We had a truly TERRIBLE experience at the MERIDIEN ETOILE hotel. During our stay, someone entered our room and stole my travel documents, leaving us feeling unsafe and vulnerable. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. We requested to review the security camera footage to identify the person which I STRONGLY believe it is a STAFF MEMBER, but was told that there was no director of security available on a Sunday. What????!?! The front office Francois was not concerned about the situation and dismissive towards my concerns. Frustrated and feeling unsafe,we decided to check out one night earlier than planned, we were STILL charged for the night. A joke!!!! NO compensation, NO apologies. Despite sending an email to the general manager detailing my experience, I received NO Response. Our weekend in Paris was ruined as we spent most of my time at the police station reporting the theft and locating my travel documents. Numerous attempts to contact the hotel for updates were met with silence and avoidance. Overall, we were deeply disappointed by the lack of security, poor customer service, disregard for my safety at this hotel. We STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST staying the value your peace of mind and personal.
