We have to start with THE positive point, it is close to the Parc de la Villette. For the rest...I don't know where to start.... View? A wall, a squat. Soundproofing? Non-existent we took advantage of the neighbor's orgasm and the shouting match in the courtyard at midnight. Breakfast? Take away. Bathroom ventilation? It only turns on when the light is on, so the bathroom is moldy. Note....it's good that the ventilation doesn't work all the time given the diesel engine noise of it 😬 No TV The clogged shower tray The sounds of....pigeons.....rodents... The linoleum placed over the holes in the floor The plastic bag on the smoke detector On this last point, they should finally generalize it because the fire alarm that goes off at 11:50 p.m. wakes you up!!!! Untalented hotel....they weren't lying

I wonder how it is rated 4 star hotel, anyway room was too small and small beds, now view, and the bathroom was the smallest I saw ever after, i think for this price you can get better accommodation, no phone or mini bar in the room, the building is old but couldn't get any information what it was designed for first place. The lady at the reception was very helpful. There is no lobby and the area for breakfast is small and only two option for breakfast . Maybe this is considered a budget place in Paris, but for me I stayed in real 4 star hotels for same rate .

We flew to France on our own and were looking for cheap housing. The room is a little different than what is shown in the photos, but it is fine for an overnight stay. Nice staff at the reception and everything with the reception went smoothly. Possibility to buy towels, toilet paper and breakfast. The room was clean and you could see that it was cleaned often. They cleaned for us every day. You will not receive a key but a card. You could hear a little when people were walking down the hall. Although there was only a small heating, it was still quite warm. The bathroom was more of a bathroom. The shower is small, but it was manageable. We felt safe here. 1 hour walk to the center and there was a metro station right in front of the hotel.

If you donʼt mind something basic and wonʼt be wanting to spend much time in your hotel this is a fairly good choice, especially if your budget is fairly tight. However, there are no rooms on the ground floor and since thereʼs no lift either youʼll have to carry your bags up the stairs (possibly up several flights). Whilst all the rooms have TVs and ensuuite facilities the walls are fairly thin so some earplugs might come in useful, especially if guests in adjacent rooms are engaged in nocturnal activities. The general standard of cleanliness is fairly good, although for some bizzare reason toilet paper was not supplied. Note that the hotel is accessed through a small alley and none of the rooms look out over the main street (which does at least mean itʼs relatively quiet). There are a few seats in the reception and a small windowless breakfast area but alas no lounge. The nearby bars (popular with music students from the Conservative opposite ) and restaurants are fairly cheap and a dimuninutive supermarket a few minutes walk down the street that has a decent enough choice of food and drink at reasonable prices. Getting into cental Paris from Porte de Pantin Metro station is a relatively straightforward exercise and if you fancy a stroll try heading down to the Bassin de la Villette, which is a very pleasant walk in warm weather.

The staff were lovely, but the positives of this establishment stop there! Can do the trick for one night, and then again. Cleanliness to be desired, hairs on the sheets (horrible), and the worst: bed fleas. Supporting photo. I do not recommend x1000.

Look for Hotel Agorno instead. Small lane near exit 4 of Porte de Pantin metro. It is convenient, near the metro station line 5. Other than that, there are no other good things about the hotel. No proper drainage in the toilet. No proper place to hang the clothing. No lift either, so be prepared to lug your luggage up and down the stairs.

We arrived slightly before 3pm and the receptionist waved us away and told us check in was at 3pm....so around 3pm we came back and of course there was a line if people for checking in. It took forever to get checked in as it seemed to all be done manually. The reception area was filthy with dirty dishes in the sink....not the greatest first impression. The room itself was fine for how cheap the hotel is but the shower curtain was pure mold and you could see the plumbing in the bathroom which is nasty considering it's miniature. The sheets had stains and it was obvious they didn't get changed all the time. You did receive a clean towel....only good thing about this hotel is you do have free wifi, decent location with the metro literally right outside your door .

The hotel is small, old and dirty. The power went out in my room almost every day. The service is hardly there, you are treated very badly and have to wait for everything. The worst thing is that they kept my ID. I only noticed this at the airport, immediately called and wrote emails and made contact through the booking service, but they just lied and I never got my ID back. I can really advise against booking this hotel, it is the worst hotel I have ever seen and I would never go anywhere near it again.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Very intense smell of cheap room spray even if you leave the window open. Perhaps, it’s used in order to conceal the smell of very old matresses. The pipe in our room was leaking too. In the bathroom everything was covered in mold and the process of taking a shower was just disgusting. We had to move to a different hotel after several itching bites all over our bodies appeared after sleeping in this hotel. We consulted with the manager, but they told us that the bites were due to “bad weather”, even thought we were coming from a country with colder climate.

Really nice people that work there. The hotel has quite the minimalistic style but its enough to stay there for a couple of nights. Our room was very clean and had a little bathroom in it too. The mattresses were a little hard and there were some cracks inthe wall, but other than that the room didnt even look bad at all. It was quite at night too and my friend and i both slept really well.

It's more of a hostel than hotel. You can't expect much from it, but considering the low price, you shouldn't. It's probably perfect if you're staying in Paris for couple of days and all you're gonna do is stay outside till late night and only go to your room to sleep. It's right in front of the metro station, so going to the Eiffel Tower isn't a hassle. Hotel didn't give that kind of a good vibe tbh, but rooms in which you'll be sleeping were really clean. Staff was friendly as well. In short, if you're not planning to have fun inside your room but on the roads or bars, and just need a clean "room"(not whole hotel) to sleep, you should go for it. P.s, We were 5 friends, so i can only talk about the studio apartment. Other rooms might be better or worst. Enjoy Paris!

Plus: location - close to the metro station Minus: the hotel is not like in the photos, to enter you have to wait for the staff, they clean whenever they want and whatever they want. Needs renovation!

Terrible hotel, they asked me to pay the rest of the fee when i was there , and the receptionist didn't have either card reader or accepted cash, she asked me to handle her my credit card so she can enter details, which also didn't work because they are using unsecured services that my bank refused to accept the payment , overall we had to find another hotel in a hustle because we cannot stay in that one. Smells bad, terrible location, very old/unmaintained building.

Find somewhere else. The main thing: I have never seen so much mould before. My room had very little, but the (tiny*) bathroom had black mould on almost every permeable surface--ceiling, grout, shower curtain, etc. I had to keep the bathroom door closed to stop the whole room from smelling like mould. Everything else: The location is good---not near the tourist core, but well connected and a nice area. The staff were mostly friendly, although not super competent. Bookkeeping appears to be an ad-hoc nightmare. The express breakfast might be ok for a croissant or two and a cup of coffee, but don't bother with buffet because it's pretty much just more croissants. And be aware that reception/breakfast won't open up until sometime after 07:00 in case you were planning to get an early start. Good price, but still not worth it. *I don't care if my hotel bathroom is a luxurious two-acre suite unto itself or a small simple affair, but potential guests who are on either the taller or heavier side of the spectrum should know that these bathrooms are _exceptionally_ small. I'm pretty thin, but at a little under 2m tall I basically had to fold myself up to get the door closed while I was inside.

Terrible “hotel” located in Paris. Internet not working even if management knows about it. Dirty rooms and corridors, lousy rooms with external water tubes in the bedrooms. Receptionists very rude and incapable of doing their job. Just simply choose a different place, DON’T GO TO AGORNO “UNTALENTED staff”.

worst hotel, they made me check in 16h. Who will do check in 16h? You will be thrown out by 11h du matin. Its better to stay somewhere in roadside/platform than this hotel..

Visited in september 2018. Stay a night in agorno hotel with two toddlers. The man in the receptionist was very very kind and helpful. He took me to the bus stop nearby because i was too afraid of taking two toddlers by metro.

Very happy with the experience. The receptionist was very kind, the room was very clear, and the building was very quiet. If I’m ever interested in spending another night around that area, I’ll definitely repeat.

This was the worst place I’ve stayed in my whole holiday, I booked a private room with me and my friend and there was 2 bunk bed in the room, you had to turn sideways just to get past them the room was so tiny not to mention the space of the bathroom the toilet and shower were so close you had to step into the shower to sit on the toilet, we left a night early because we couldn’t even shower in the bathroom it was so gross. I don’t usually write reviews but I just have to warn people away from this place.

Fatal, after making the reservation 1 and a half month before, their payment system failed and they canceled our reservation, we contacted the hotel and they told us that our card was not valid since we had tried before with the debit card and credit and there was no way they would accept it.

You could only get internet if you were in the lobby or in the hallways. The morning staff was rude. This was not the case for the evening crew who were saints. The bathrooms were moldy and smelled of sewage. The rooms were private which is a plus if you want that. The local is really what earns this place a star your right outside the porte de patin tram stop. Wouldn't recommend Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else if you can. I almost forgot that the bathrooms were so small that you could not sit comfortably on the loo and the walls were paper thin.
