The room smelled bad, it was dirty and there were bed bugs on the bed. Also, the door of the room was connected to the street and it did not close properly which made me feel unsafe. The breakfast was decent though. We booked the room for 2 nights but we left after the first night and we did not get refunds. I do not recommend this hotel.

Front desk gave us the lowest price we found online saving 28 euros in the process which was pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are definatly not the cleanest, the clerc sprayed some febreeze on entry of the room because it had a weird smell, bathroom had some sticky unknown substance on the floor, fingerprints practicly everywhere and we found a pair of socks that were not ours! If your on a low budget and honestly just need a place to crash this is the place.

It might not be a 5 stars but it's a really good place to be! Perfect location 15 min walk from the Eiffel tower. The bed is super comfy, firm and the bathroom is pretty big!

Really good, new renovated. We get a king sized bed. Nice personal and good service. Air condition in the room and a mini fridge. They clean around 12 h. You can leave some tips for the cleaners if you want. There are two food stores close by. And a lot of restaurants close by.

Disgusting. Had to squint to find the hotel. Place was midway through being renovated. Loud and derelict. Way too expensive for the little you get. Had to scramble to find another hotel asap. At least we got a full refund of the nightmare that we paid for. 5 stars, would NOT recommend.

The location is very good, and inside the building is renovated. Rooms are amazing, nice and clean. Feels like a brand new hotel; sparkling clean :-) Staff were so lovely, Mary-anna, Dhia and Marwane were amazing. The only problem I can mention is that there was no elevator and we had to carry all our luggage up to the second floor walking up a narrow staircase which was a pain. Apart from that, everything was good.

Rooms are refurbished and clean in a typical parisian house. Daikin airco. Very silent rooms with big beds. Friendly staff. It is definitely worth the price

We had a good experience with this hotel :) The room was clean and comfy. Friendly staffs. It’s close to bakeries, grocery stores and the station. The only thing is, if you have weak arms like me, it might be hard to open/close the room door and windows. My husband always did. Overall, we appreciate their service and would like to book the hotel again :)

I had concerns about staying at the hotel when I was reading the comments. But I had a good experience. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean and it was renewed recently. There is no lift on the building, so consider this if you have heavy luggage.

this hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. they tried charging me an authorization fee of 66€ which my bank declined due to security reasons and they just canceled my reservation and then told me to book again ( for more than double the price i had booked for two months ago ). they obviously try to rip people off. honestly not worth going there. i do not recommended!

Very friendly staff but the room , entrance door and walkways are narrow. Cleanliness must be improved. Good location and nearby train / bus station. I would not recommend for families with kids.

The worst hotel I've ever been. It was a complete disaster, it's ugly, old dirty and attention wasn't particularly good. Even breakfast were really bad, they were offering just old bread with a not so good coffee or chocolate. Restrooms were not so clean and toilettes were in a bad condition. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even my enemies.

You get what you pay for. I think the sheets were clean at least. I think I would rather share a studio on airbnb than stay here. It was very last minute and was the only place to stay for cheap. It was fine for the 7 hours that I was there.
