I used to go to this gym every day, loved the vast options they have and the friendly people. Last night I was harassed by a group of men at the gym, one the worst of all, the gym manager turned a blind eye to it and the people around thought it was funny. Once it got physical and one man hit me and I hit one of the men back I was threatened because he was a "lawyer" and asked to leave by the gym manager, upon leaving my name was taken down and I was told to not come back. This is the second time I've been bullied here by these men because I'm American, and apparently I'm wrong for standing up for myself, and for even trying to get the managers attention and crying to people to help me, because I'm American. I have been nothing but nice I always help people, smile, and welcome people to the gym, I always clean everything up that I use and have tried hard to put the negative aside but this is enough. J'avais l'habitude d'aller à cette salle de gym tous les jours, j'ai adoré les vastes options qu'ils ont et les gens sympathiques. La nuit dernière, j'ai été harcelé par un groupe d'hommes au gymnase, l'un d'entre eux étant le pire, le directeur du gymnase a fermé les yeux. Une fois que ce type m'a frappé et que j'en ai eu assez et que je l'ai frappé, le manager a soudainement remarqué et j'ai été menacé par eux parce que cet homme était un "avocat" et que je devais partir a été enlevé et on m'a dit de ne pas revenir.

22.06.21 - 8h15 pas d'essuie-tout dans la salle donc on peut pas nettoyer les machines. 18.06.21 - Many people standing outside past 8 o'clock. Opened late. The gym used to be good when it first opened. Then lately it is less clean/borderline dirty. Facilities in toilets often don't work (handles/faucets) and workout machines take a long time to get fixed when they break down. They changed the hours of operations since last September because they say they are fixing the acoustics with signs saying that they would return to normal hours "at the end of December, the latest" not true. The sings are still up yet it's almost the end of January and no return to normal hours. No explanation given when or why. Today they said they would close exceptionally from 14h to 18h due to the acoustic work yet all the customers are outside waiting but no signs of opening and no one seems to come out and give an explanation. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. It's too bad as they get their customers in a year contract and then don't provide good service. There are other gyms in the area a couple of blocks away. Do your research. Feb. 4 - Today, on getting to the gym. The free weights upwards of 22kilos have disappeared with no warning to clients. I spoke to the girl working. As usual, her answer : I don't know anything. Unbelievable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Apr. 25 - It's been weeks the men's toilets have no toilet paper. They had put paper towels instead. Now they're all out of paper towels too. Even in the rest of the gym so no machines can be cleaned up or anyone's hands. When asked, they say there's 'une rupture we stock' and no one bothers to get paper in a supermarket or elsewhere. Also, even though there has been a sign since February saying they will return to normal hours soon, still had not been done.

I am a member at another Fitness Park outside Paris. This particular venue is in an advanced state of disrepair. Nobody reracks their weights, lots of equipment missing, including dumbells. This is in sharp contrast with my club which is tidy and where members are much more respectful of the rules. Parisians have come to get used to very low standards when it comes to gyms. Rating should be much lower than 3.7 stars.

Dirty, crowded, bad management. Bad customer service, worst staff attitude. Crony policies They will let you subscribe online , accept payment online but when you want to stop they will ask you to post a letter and not even entertain you when you are at the gym.

There is a reason they force you into a yearly contract (no monthly option). This is a gym that thinks it is ok to remove all the free weights with no notice, and cannot say when they will put them back!? (months without weights so far). I could buy a set of weights on Amazon and have them delivered tomorrow. Such little respect for their customers, it's almost unbelievable. Imagine a swimming pool with a yearly contract that decides to remove the water half way through. This feels like a gym which is going bankrupt, and if it does you will loose your money. Avoid. I visited three Fitness Park's gyms in Paris. This is the bigeest one but at the same time the worst. It's nice to have a lot of space but I don't get why there's no free load. And the biggest advantage of Fitness Park - open hours (6am-11pm) they don't apply to this gym, what's a big shame

Well I have been to a few of fitness park gyms ( 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, Les Vergers de la Plaine 78240 Chambourcy, and Theatre) The one at Chambourcy and Boulogne are good and i was surprised of how different it was to the Theatre, but it's too far from where i live. The reason I joined fitness park was because the one at Theatre was close to my house and my work, and I don't lose time going and coming back. But the one in Theatre does not have any weights and now after COVID less machines are available and as always no weights and I doubt they have any intentions of putting it because of the neighbors ! Which should have been dealt with after one year for clients who are paying to go there) I think it's good if you want to do cardio, otherwise if you are in 15eme and want to use the gym at Theatre I don't recommend it. I need to edit this as during these times strict policies should b applied regarding Covid situation. I have realized some people don't bring towels as well as they don't wear masks while moving around, specially in Chambourcy. Might be something to consider.

Fitness park has a good potential as a gym, but your staff members and the way they speak to some clients just because they don’t speak fluent French is shameful and ridiculous. You should be more careful on how you train your employees on customer service.

Nice gym with plenty of space and equipment. Even during the busy hours it's quite ok and one can always find available equipment. Far better then the competition on all regards.

There should be no stars for this club. It is always overcrowded with bad air-conditioning system. Old equipment. There are no bars at all. Shame on this club!

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff who have clearly never lifted a weight in their life. Avoid at all costs

I love this gym! Moved here recently and couldn’t be happier. Plenty of space, friendly staff, and clean facilities.

Correcting my review (I don't usually write reviews are based on my perspective and it does not guarantee objectivity, but writing on this case since I accidentally left 1 star). Despite of some negative reviews I see, I'm overall satisfied with the facilities, particularly yanga service I'm using.

I’ve been their customer since February 2017, brought my son in February 2018. Paid almost 2000€ to them during all this time, including to their private trainers, recommended by the gym. Chose this gym because of the location and its hours. - 6-23 is “coming soon” for many months now, — - the 2 months closure last year - I was charged for both months, apparently I could use their other gym, half hour from me, during that closure (but if I wanted to use another gym, I would have signed up for another gym). When changing banks, came 10 days before the payment was due, to change my RIB, was told that it’s out of their hands, payments are already scheduled. Had to pay 9x2= 18€ in late fees to their bureau de recouvrement. Before, in 2 years being a customer, had 2 payments rejected for personal reasons, paid both back with fees (36€ - that actually should be at the charge of the creditor, not customer, since they are using bureau de recouvrement and more than 5% late fees, plus their bureau de recouvrement refused to give me an invoice - they said - check your bank statement..) Had requested to close the contracts for both me and my son by recommandé in April/May - we didn’t have access since March 2019. - I had written the letter of reclamation to the gym with all my grievances, as suggested in the contract - it was ignored. - As also suggested in the contract - I have contacted a mediator, provided all the correspondences, receipts, etc. - the mediator approved the case to be reviewed and sent the request for mediation to the Fitness Park Theatre. They refused the mediation. Now their bureau de recouvrement sends me bills for 350€ and when asked what is the next step in this disagreement (on their invoice it says - case goes to Tribunal if not paid within 48 hours) - I was told “vous verrez bien!” in not so pleasant tone of a voice. Never had this kind of poor customer experience neither in my 6 years in France, nor in States.... If anyone had similar experience with this establishment, pls PM me.

The gym remains well organised and clean. Various machines and ways to work different muscles. Amazing and very friendly staff. Cheers to Martin, Yohan and Sarah!

Gym is terrible , everything is old, no equipment, machine is barely working or not at all. No fresh air on the first floor, everything old and dirty.. and no any sights of changing

Fitness Park is a great and convenient gym during my visit to Paris. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and there is a tonne of equipment. Perfect workouts!

My partner and I came in wanting to sign up for a membership speaking limited French. The two young men at the front desk were kind, patient, and extensive in explaining how the membership worked. Really appreciated it 👍

Great fitness club for people looking for heavy lifting and some running options. Not expensive but as a mandatory entry fee. Very crowded around 7/8pm, but great the rest of the day.

Very spacious gym with a lot of modern equipment and an area dedicated to each type of activity - crossfit, cardio, free weights, machines etc ! Staff is really friendly and helpful :) Regarding the price, there are offers all year round like if you refer a friend, you both get a month free. While having weight plates (for smith machines, leg press...) would certainly be better, it is not the gym’s fault - just need to adapt until they bring them back. I went for nothing. I arrived at 6pm as stated on the website that on Sundays gym closes at 10PM. Took me 10 min to walk there to my surprise a security guard said walk ins are only until 2pm!!?? I told him I am not here for a free trial but to pay the day pass of 15 Euro. Another member who can speak english explained to me that the staff are not available and told me to come back to another day. This is insane so you mean to tell me staff goes home at 2pm!!? I own a gym in my country and my staff doesn't go home on sunday till 7pm+
