    UPDATE: still no heat and I left this morning. Here is a picture of the temperature. They claim they did everything in power to fix the heat issue, but the agency ignored me for over a week once I brought it to their attention. I informed my landlord and concierge of the issue in early October. This apartment is Rue Rouelle. I do not recommend renting it because the landlord/agency are unfair and dishonest. This agency is a scam. My apartment has had no heat for my entire stay. I have asked at least eight times (the agency, the landlord and the guardians) for the heat to be fixed. It has never been fixed, but I have been charged for utilities every month. They have double charged me for cleaning services. They don't provide itemized receipts. My landlord has also refused to provide necessary information for insurance, and the agency has failed to intervene. There is no protection for renters. Paris attitude also does not follow their own rules for checkin/checkout. My plane was delayed, so checkin was performed without my presence. When I arrived, I was just told to sign something (I do not know what) and they took a picture of my passport. Now the agency is saying I must be present for checkout, but is refusing to do checkout before my flight leaves. The agency is trying to violate my lease agreement. They want me to leave early. I feel I have been taken advantage of and it is very stressful. The only positive is that my apartment is in a great location. I have friends that have had similar problems with this company such as false advertising, dirty apartments and refusal to return a security deposit in the legal timeframe.

    It is absolute a fraud organization. Along with few other Americans, we are the victims of this organization. Landlord disappeared and didn’t return the security deposit after 2 month leaving the property. And Paris attitude didn’t help to solve the problems at all. Also the apartment they rent out has bed bugs, cockroach and completely under constructions. I reported the day I moved in and They didn't help to replace the apartment at all. When I moved out, they didn't even return the deposit. Do not go through rental with them! It's a scam and they are targeting on foreigners that don’t speak French

    The check in was great and people at Paris Attitude are very helpful. I have struggled so much with other letting agencies in Paris but Paris Attitude was making things very smooth: prompt answer, they organised a viewing and reserved the apartment for me. My agent David was really nice and easy with instructions and walking through what had to be done. The apartment is truly great and compared to what you get at other agencies and fees are decent. Highly recommended if you are looking for furnished places in Paris. Thanks!

    Unfortunately could not recommend to UK students trying to confirm accommodation for September Uni intake. We found that reservation links did not work and that after sending all documentation (of which there is a lot - including sensitive data including financial details) we did not get a further response from our consultant. After 11 DAYS - after our emails, voicemails and office messages - we were told our reservation had not been confirmed and that the apartment was not available. The consultant did not respond to any of our calls or emails and eventually passed a message to the receptionist that the apartment was no longer available … no apology , no follow up, no resolutions. Truly horrendous customer experience … go elsewhere !!!

    Absolutely do not rent from Paris Attitude. Each apartment with absolutely screw you over with the security deposit. Disappointing. EDIT: my apartment was no where near poor condition upon departure. the landlord has charged us for everything from restaining the doors to the laundry closet (which were completely fine??) to replacing the glass stove because there were “scratches” from the pans provided. it seems as if this is a scam/game. I would listen to the other reviews on here that say the same… be careful!

    This is a view from the customer/renter perspective. Used this service twice in the last year and a half for two different apartments. Both flats were acceptable and had no problems there. This company seems to primarily serve ex-pats on short terms stays in Paris. The primary problems with the agency were responsiveness and clarity in communication on payments and security deposits. Rental payments include an average monthly charge for utility use. At check out, if the utility usage was more than the assumed average, the renter is expected to pay. Conversely, if the payments exceeded usage, a return is assumed. With the first apartment on a 6 month lease, the security deposit was returned by the landlord within a week. We were given the calculation on the utility usage and there was some overage, so that was deducted. On the second one year rental however, the agency handled these issues and no calculation on the utilities was provided. Most troublesome was the security deposit. At check out, we were assured that the deposit would be returned within a month and to the bank on our account. A month later, no communication and no return. Overall, when payments to the agency are due, there is ample and consistent communication. When it is the agency's responsibility, much less.

    HEALTH RISK. Dead insects falling from the ceiling, water leak, humidity that made me sick constantly, dust and spiderwebs everywhere!! I had such a horrible experience in this apartment: 14 rue Jacob. The tipping point was a day when I woke up with a bug on my mouth, since dust and dead insects would constantly fall from the ceiling. The owner, although responsive in the first weeks, stopped responding to my messages and leaving me on read for days. The agency did not help me in any way, I called their "24/7 service" and the agency did not provide the insurance service with the necessary documents for them to come help and assess the apartment for insalubrity. I waited 2 weeks!!! Without any reply. At that point I saw that neither the owner nor the agency would do anything for me. I therefore exited the apartment because it posed a HEALTH RISK. Since then I tried getting the security deposit back. I only got it after 3 months of leaving the apartment!! Currently, I am STILL waiting for part of the security deposit to be transferred back to me. I had a really great experience last semester with another apartment, but that was all because of the previous owner which was a great person. However, with this experience now I see that the SUPER expensive fees (in comparison to many other rental agencies in paris) serve you for nothing. I add pictures so that you can see this. I would not want anyone to endure what I have: weeks living in a place that poses a risk to my health, that smells horrible of humidity, being ignored by the agency who you’ve paid a BIG amount of money to get “24/7 service”, enduring months without the security deposit, and not receiving any compensation for what happened, as I still had to pay for the days I was no longer living in the apartment.

    Price was good, apt was fine. The service level at paris attitude was pretty bad (hence the two stars off) but more importantly I didn't get my deposit back and it's months late. The customer service rep told me it was my responsibility to contact the owner and wouldn't return it to the original form of payment (cc.) He was pretty rude and they still owe me money.

    The worst customer service/agency!!! This was by far the worst experience that I’ve had with a rental company in my entire life. This company truly is a scam and I’m shocked that there are not more negative reviews. I’ve heard by dozens of locals that you should never book with this company, and frankly, I should have listened. Before booking my rental, I spoke with an agent, Neda, who guaranteed me that this was a quiet building, that my apartment had heating, and that if I have any issues my agency fees covered 24/7 support. Since moving in, I’ve had nothing but issues with noise from neighbors keeping me awake until 3am every night, 5 neighboring apartments getting fully renovated from 745am on every day, no heat for almost the entirety of my stay, and plumbing problems. I’ve sent dozens of emails to Neda and the customer support team, only 2 of which they even responded to. In those emails they claimed it isn’t their responsibility to assist me. They said to contact the building manager. I let them know twice I was never provided his information and they never would send me it. The apartment owners are a lovely couple who were helpful, but this agency, ParisAttitude is awful. I paid for a service they didn’t provide. Instead of apologizing and taking accountability for their mistakes, or offering some kind of help or compensation, they still say it is not on them. This is no way to run a business. There are plenty of other better, more helpful and cheaper agencies in Paris. I highly recommend looking anywhere else to book.

    I spent a lot time to get an apt with Paris attitude but at the end I refused the offer after detailed investigation. First off, I spent 3 months to schedule appointments to view appointments. They don’t update their listings so I wasted a lot of time. At the end, I viewed 4 apartments and only the last one was clean. All the rest are small , dirty , over price. The last one was nice but here is the story. Paris attitude sent me the contact. I asked my friends to reviewed it. Paris attitude did not mentioned I will need to rent it as second home and need to very high housing tax if you live there on Jan 1. When I choose the apt for viewing or they sent apartments to me , there is no mention about second home with tax. When I asked about return deposit , they did not mentioned the rules and it is from the landlord. There is no agreement between landlord and tenant on when you will get the deposit back. As for cancellation of rental, there is no protection . There is no compensation and the agent may find you another one. If you pay down payment , deposit etc , you will need to ask the landlord to get it back. If there is a flood, the agent says you won’t get the insurance policy to review it in advanced until you pay all the fee. The agent N said it is a standard insurance. About rental agency fee , it is one month for a year rental as it a second home. For primary home , it is a lot less but you never seen such offer in Paris attitude. They work for the owner to get higher rent and they get higher agency fee by renting the apts as second home. I searched on other agencies and found out they did list the fee for primary home and secondary home as an option. There is no such option in Paris attitude listing

    I'm literally living my best life, and this is also thanks to Paris Attitude: their service is impeccable, from the very beginning. The research of a fully equipped apartment in Paris was smooth, despite other competitors in town. The conversations with all their employers was quick, accurate and super professional. Also during my stay, their support makes me feel at home. Don't miss the chance to live a truly Parisian experience!

    In the contract, the security deposit is paid to the property owner with the rental minus agency fee rather than held by Paris Attitude. The owner must then arrange payment of the security deposit up to 2 months after the rental. Due to problems with international wire transfer, the owner has not been able to reimburse the deposit after 2 months. I would not use Paris Attitude again. Airbnb has a much more streamlined system for security deposits. The apartment with elevator was not worth the inconvenience of the wait for reimbursement of the security deposit.

    My husband and I (neither of us French speakers) rented through Paris Attitude for 3 months during spring 2022. Overall, the experience was bad. Communication with the agency about payment before we moved in was confusing. Then once we were in the apartment, things got worse. We had two appliances (bathroom light, fridge) break during our stay and the agency was completely unhelpful. Several people I spoke to/emailed with had a condescending tone, and overall the agency wasted a lot of my time. For instance, I was promised an electrician would come fix the bathroom light, and then this got cancelled, I was given no further direction, and when I followed up, someone with a rude tone told me to just get new lightbulbs. (Needless to say, the issue was not that we simply needed new lightbulbs...) We ended up not having any light in the bathroom for two weeks. Paris Attitude also tried to schedule visits to the apartment for future tenants, and kept emailing me about this and saying they'd show up at the apartment in an hour, even though the owner of the apartment said visits shouldn't be happening. The owner of the apartment spoke zero English, even though on the website French and English were both listed as spoken languages (for this apartment). The return of our 1200 euro deposit was a complete mess: the owner somehow wasn't able to make a bank transfer to us (not our fault), so we agreed she would pay us back in cash. Then the night before our move-out date, she announced she'd be giving us a check instead. We weren't able to cash the check for another two months, and overall this was both stressful and simply not what we agreed on. Overall, if you're worried whether Paris Attitude is a scam to the extent that there will be no apartment when you show up in Paris, then I'm happy to say this won't be the case. But beyond that, they're not only not helpful with facilitating the rental process, they actively hinder a timely resolution of issues, they're rude, and they waste clients' time.

    We recently needed an apartment for a long stay in Paris as had student visas for studying there. We chose Paris Attitude after reviewing their web site and contacting one of their representatives, Neda. We had used another agency in the past, but Paris Attitude had a much larger selection of properties available for rent and we were impressed with Neda professionalism when we first contacted her. Neda was always very prompt in replying to our emails and found us an idea property in a location that was convenient to travel to our professional schools. The contract and other papers were handled in such a way that everything was a very smooth transaction. In a short time, we had the property let for our trip. We did visit Paris Attitude at their location, and everyone was most helpful. There were no problems with the property we had just neglected to request a second key. I had not put my wife on the contract so that is the reason we only got one key on check-in. A second key was remedied when we went to the office and updated the contract to include both of us. The check-in and check-out were also handled very professionally. Any existing damage (such as a crack in a tile) was noted before we moved in. We did have a problem with the internet, but the apartment owner stopped by and fixed the problem. He asked our permission to stop by when we took a short excursion during a break between classes. The owner was easy to contact and answered a few questions that we had. We also appreciated that the owner and Paris Attitude refunded out security deposit in a very timely manner. We can highly recommend Paris Attitude for one’s needs for a furnished apartment during a stay in Paris. We ourselves have no hesitation and using their agency in the future.

    I rent an apartment near the Louvre for a month in May via Paris Attitude. The website provided pretty good choices in the Arrondissements that I preferred to stay in, ranging from studio to one-bedroom apartments in quite a few nice neighborhoods. In the end, I chose a lovely one-bedroom and spent a very happy month in Paris. The service of Paris Attitude is very good, and I will be happy to rent apartments with them in the future.

    Alan was absolutely terrific in helping me find an apartment in Paris. Originally I had booked an apartment in Paris for 9 weeks (and well in advance) with a competitor and the day before I was to fly to Paris (April 30th from Toronto) I was told that I couldn't have the apartment!!!! I Absolutely ridiculous. I immediately contacted Paris Attitude and was able to find something and move in only one day later than planned. Trying to get an apartment for 9 weeks in the Spring/summer a day before you arrive is next to impossible unless you're prepared to break the bank. Alan was amazing and made it all work. I highly recommend him. Very professional, honest, dedicated and I didn't have to break the bank. Ironically the place I got was far better than what I was supposed to have. Someone was looking over me.

    Horrible Service, absolute scam. The flat was really nice and the stay was lovely. But everything afterwards was a disaster. The checkout suddenly complained on every spot in the flat I never used and nobody looket at during check-in. I returned the flat way cleaner than I received and of course I now have to pay what I haven't even broken. And then after 8 weeks of absolutely no communciation I received not even half of my deposit (at Ieast I got an automated mail about that. Of course no payment, yet) without further comment. Never will I do any businness with Paris Attitude . They seem to have used me for getting a free renovation of the flat.

    I rented a studio in Paris through Paris Attitude and it was really great! All the process was so convinient and the studio was just like the pictures. I absolutely enjoyed my staying at Paris thanks to this studio. I recommend this website to anyone those who can not speak French fluently but want to rent a studio or apartment.

    Easy , transparent and honest process for expat or non French visitors. Neda was so efficient replying to my emails. Paris is very rough when it comes to accommodations and most agencies don’t even reply to you , but i found my luck with Neda at Paris Attitude. Highly recommend.

    This was a large two bedroom (office) located on a lovely private walk with a garden. The area is terrific with lots of shoppes and restaurants. Our landlord was kind and generally responsive. Here’s the good and bad news of living on the first floor Because of the private walk, the apartment was safe and quiet without street noise; however most of the windows were frosted allowing only about one quarter of the natural light in. We found the lack of light a real deficit.

    My wife, Margaret and I used the Paris Attitude rental agency to find a suitable apartment for three months - September, October and November 2022. We started looking a little late, but due to the competence and tenacity of our agent, Neda Guivarch, we were ultimately successful and very pleased. The agency itself is very professional in its advertising and website, administrative systems, etc. It maybe that we were just fortunate to have drawn Neda as our representative. We could not ask for more. She is dogged in pursuit of the clients' interests, fast and articulate in her communication and never condescending when we asked numerous questions. The only other contact from Paris Attitude we had was with the person who checked us into the apartment and another who checked us out. The check-out went more smoothly than the check-in, but both were very brief encounters. I would (and have) recommended this agency to others in the US and elsewhere in Europe. Oh, and I should mention we have already reserved another Paris apartment for the same period next year, and of course, we could not have done that without Neda's able assistance.     Huge thanks to Mohammad! It has been particularly difficult to navigate around the rental market in Paris and as I embarrassingly do not speak good french it is very stressful. Luckily I found Mohammad Abou Archid at Paris Attitude who was so responsive, polite, endlessly helpful with my many many questions and who secured us a perfect property for my son. I can't thank Mohammad enough for his patience and tenacity. I strongly recommend.

    The apartment we rented in the 7th arrondissement (Rue Bosquet) was just about OK, until the flat was invaded by mice due to small holes in the walls. Paris Attitude and especially the owner delayed responding to the problem and, worse of all, let us find and pay for a second temporary lodging for more than a week, completely ignoring our requests for compensation. Cherry on the cake, the owner was extra picky when it came to the final check at the end of the rental period, plus took the maximum allowed time (1 month) to reimburse our deposit of almost EUR 4'000, with a deduction of EUR 100 made without any explications. A sad experience for us. Never again.

    Living in Asia since 2 years, I have been booking appartments through Paris Attitude twice a year (summer and christmas) and I highly recommend them. Their offer with appartments from 1 month is very convenient for regular travellers with long stays and their client service is very good, supporting you from your initial search online to the signature with the landlord. I even had once a dispute with 1 landlord and the Paris Attitude customer service helped me in the communication with the landlord to get back my deposit as planned in the contract. Very professional agency !

    Regrettable. After over 2 and a half months, I am still waiting for an answer about the return of my security deposit, which seems to be a recurring problem, as contrasted by other reviews. It´s a risk for anyone planning a short-term stay in Paris, since if the owner decides not to return the guarantee deposit or to deduct what he considers at his discretion, the complaint possibilities will be complicated by the fact of being out of France (although it is possible to do so). There is no protection for the tenant. I recommend above all not to sign " l'état des lieux," without first checking it in detail (they make you sign it without having read the rapport), additionally, different people make the check-in and check-out valuation, which makes the information in one and the other rapport unverifiable, leaving the tenant exposed to the will of the owner. One is supposed to return the apartment in the same conditions of cleanliness and conservation as received, in my case, I received it with mold stains in the living room, and stained towels lying on the floor, which I had to remedy on my own. When I asked about the delay in my refunding, they informed me that the landlord wanted to charge me for the cost of a vacuum cleaner( that was not tested at check-in or check-out), the replacement of corroded faucets, and damages that were already present at the time of my arrival, among other things that are evidently due to long-term use (I only stayed for four and a half months). Paris Attitude's service seems at first to facilitate one's installation in Paris, but the lack of tenant protection is a risk that does not compensate for the problems with the return of the deposit. It is preferable to explore other options.

    We rented an apartment for 1 year in Paris through Paris Attitude. We were happy with the apartment itself. At the end the apartment manager checked the condition of our apartment and declared we will get our deposit returned to us within a month or so. However, it has now been 6 months and we have not received our deposit (of roughly $10,000). We have contacted Paris Attitude and Neda (the employee who was helping us) multiple times to no avail.

    Daisy Garcia at Paris Attitude has been terrific to work with in helping me find an excellent furnished apartment in my preferred neighbourhood in Paris. She and her colleagues are pro-active, prompt and professional in liaising with potential landlords and handling administrative requirements to make the moving-in process easy. I highly recommend Paris Attitude.

    I recently spent a delightful month in Paris, staying at this wonderful apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its perfect blend of comfort and charm. The location was ideal.     I have rented from Paris Attitude and both apartments I have stayed in through them have been amazing! The Paris Attitude team is extremely helpful and I highly recommend Paris Attitude to everyone looking for a rental in Paris. I will defiantly be using Paris Attitude again in the future.

    Before contact with this agency, you have to be prepared not to receive the Security Deposit !!!! I have been waiting for my Security Deposit for over 6 months and they are very very very unhelpful. The rental service was good, but every time I ask about the Security Deposit, they don't reply ever.

    I lived in many different countries and worked with tons of rental agencies, but Paris Attitude tops my list of worst experiences ever. They are even worse than the scammiest agency somewhere in remote Asia. They charge the full agency fee upfront, before you even move in, and the moment the money is transferred, they go into silent mode. Some of the services they claim on their website (e.g., 24/7 emergency hotline in English) are simply a lie to lure clients. If your only option to come to Paris is to work with this agency, save yourself the trouble and stay home.
