As my only sport so far was my daily walk along Paris subway corridors going to work, I wasn't sure about "intensive training", but I really liked this concept combining real exercises and electrostimulation as I don't have much time. During the first trial session the team checks your personal response to electrostimulation and stores the settings on your membership card. The follow-up sessions, one per week, were a perfect mix : intense work (I wanted results !) ... but still well within my capacity. Coaching is friendly and professional, and the facilities are perfectly clean, showers are washed after each use.

The team and coaches are very welcoming, I registered with them and everything was great, until I had to go on a trip and pause my subscription. I tried to take it back and I wrote to the email several times without any response from him, so I have a very bad experience because I paid for nothing
