Incredible collection and story-telling of Australian soldiers, sailors and airmen during WW1 on the Western Front, and of particular relevance to the liberation of Villers Brettoneux. High quality displays and narration. Small gift shop upon entry as well. Highly recommended!

A small and simple museum with artefacts donated by veterans or moreso the children and grandchildren of the Australian veterans who came to fight for thier country in France. For any Australian who has parents or grandparents in the great war, this is a very touching moment. The souvenir shop is full of interesting things not at all expensive. Lest we forget.

This is a must do for anyone with any interest in what happened in the Somme - Australians primarily, but everyone else too. VB is a place with a heavy history, and this museum explains it in detail.

After the whizz-bang tech of the Monash Centre, it's good to also attend this modest museum, in the historic V-B school. A much more 'human' experience is offered, with photos and letters. The gift shop is perfect for Australians especially, and the staff are lovely. This place must not be forgotten now the SJMC is open.

Great place for Australians to visit and learn about the contribution of their soldiers during WW1. It was very educational and well laid out for a better understanding of what happened during that time.

An Excellent experience in a very intimate space. This museum shows the respect and camaraderie between Australia and France from their shared experience of defence of France from WWI.

An emotional place for an Aussies that revere the actions of our WWI diggers. A place where you can feel that the loss of life was not for nothing. This place moved me. Thankyou for the curator for letting us though on a day it was closed to the public. I meant a lot to us.

This is a wonderful small museum inside the primary school which has strong connections to Robinvale in Victoria. It reflects the true and very deep and lasting Franco- Australian connection which exists. Well worth a visit.

Very moving, very informative display with lots of literature for both sale and for free. For a donation, relics from world war one can be bought as well. Souvenirs are also for sale. Great precursor to the Australian war memorial.

We visited this place after having been to the War Memorial and found it to be a very moving experience. To read the stories of some of the men who died in the region brought tears to my eyes. Highly recommended!
