I can't say enough about this experience it was amazing. This should be an absolute must if you are visiting Paris. This was a better experience than any michelin star restaurant that we ate at in Paris.

I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday. I read the reviews and decided to try it. Wow! The reviews were spot on! What a great experience with a private Chef in a small group setting. The Chef prepared four courses and explained each dish. He would challenge us to identify certain ingredients in each dish. Friendly, knowledgeable, great host. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris.

We came here on our last night in Paris for dinner. We have been travelling for seven weeks on our honeymoon and this was the best meal we have eaten on the trip! The setting is gorgeous and the food is incredible- amazing flavours and stunning presentation. Could not fault it! Thanks jean-yves, we will be back next time we are in Paris!

Amazing experience! We had a wonderful time with Jean Yves as he guided us through the different tastes and experiences of his Asian/French fusion. Would definitely recommend to anyone! He has remodeled an apartment into his own “Gastro workshop” and created a place that groups get to discover his creations and share them together with a wonderfully talented chef!

Hidden in a small street in Paris, we were welcomed at the door by Jean Yves himself and his deputy chef Fred. We were taken to our own home downstairs and went to a cave like a restaurant. The table was beautifully laid out and the atmosphere was immediately relaxed. We ate with 8 people from different parts of the United States. We start with strangers, a love of food and culture, and the best atmosphere we have become friends. Jean Yves explains each element of each dish and its origin. There are hidden flavors and cooking magic.

It is not an exaggeration to say this was probably the best meal I’ve had in my life! Items I don’t normally even like was some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had. Chef Jean Yves and his deputy Chef Fred put so much thought into each bite and truly create a one of a kind experience. We told every single person we met about our time here and cannot recommended it enough. It’s hands down my favorite meal in Paris!
