Had a trip to Paris with Family, it was fun and exciting we stayed here for three days, didn't get to do much at the hotel since we were outside most of the time. But it's definitely a good Bed and breakfast, it's super recommended for family travels Like and Follow us at ArinkaTravels across all social media platforms for more attractions

We stayed for couple of nights in Paris in this hotel. The location is very well connected with the major attractions via metro connections. The metro line 11 and 3B is just 5 minutes away from the hotel. The area seems very safe and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were big enough as per Paris standard. We payed around 100 Euro per night on weekdays. It was very good value for money for us. Room and bathroom was clean. There were no closet. However there were sufficient place with hangers to put the clothes. AC was working as expected. Overall we had a good experience. Highly recommended!! Last but not the least, there are multiple food restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Wonderful staff, they were very attentive and friendly responded to all our requests. Hotel has a very cozy design, we loved it. Great location, just next to Metro station, made it easy to connect and visit Paris. Breakfast just great, nothing luxurious but for the price we had the perfect blend of unlimited coffee and tea with the famous French croissant, fresh apples, and on top of these real egg and bacon.

I've never had such a terrible experience in a hotel. When I went to bed and I moved the duvet I saw a shiny paper under the mattress, I pulled it and what what my surprise that I found a c0nd0m wrap. Shocked I lifted the mattress and I found 3 used c0nd0ms!! We reported it to reception and they didn't even apologize, they just moved us to a different room. They might be used to that. In the morning we were woken up by the cleaning staff at 9.30am knocking at our door. They should be informed by reception if the guests have checked out, and not disturb people while they sleep. For the price you pay the quality of the rooms and the service provided is very poor. I won't go back to this hotel chain at all.

The room is very small, it is difficult for two people to move around the room, and there are bedbugs on the bed linen. My father was all bitten by them and it ruined our trip.We reported this at the reception but we were simply offered to change the room for another

Very clean and afforable hotel! Not far from metro & bus station, 30 minutes by metro to city centre, 15-25 min by walk to nearby shopping centre. Rooms are clean, modern. Recommended. They let us leave our baggage inside till our bus was coming, they also let us stay inside for half a day. Thank you!

Although it was further out than my daughter thought. We arrived first evening. The staff were polite friendly. We had a lovely stay. We had breakfast the first morning there and it was gorgeous. It was basic, clean and small but we weren't in the room much so it suited our purpose. There where vending machines in lobby with teas, coffees, sweets and crisps etc... There were restaurants, supermarkets, Metro stations all near the hotel. Wonderful experience overall.

Excellent hotel just 20 min by metro from city center. Clean and inexpensive are its main characteristics. I would recommend it to other people.

Paid €288 for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Couldn't fault the service and breakfast was great. Room was small but perfectly adequate. It was quiet with a comfy bed, ensuite toilet & hot shower, windows you can open and good air con. The room was a bit tired looking but clean. The bar was nice and (reservable) parking available under the hotel. 5mins from metro through a nice park. Suggestions to management would be: bigger bedside table near window, a bin for the room (not just one for the bathroom), and towel rails as we could only hang the bathmat on the small one under the sink, the larger towels we had to put on clothes hangers or else they would not dry. Staff helpful when we asked for anything. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was a very small room, but the price was reasonable. They have on-site parking for a fee in a locked garage below the hotel. The room was clean, nothing special. We did have trouble using the keypad code to get into our room. As a result, they moved us to a new room.

The hotel itself was not the best, but it was not bad either. What bothers me a lot about this place is the customer service. I forgot my powerbank in the hotel, and I sent them an email immediately. It's been four days, but still no response... Was the powerbank still in the room? Did somebody take it? Is it still in the lost&found box? Do not know... Because you get no response from the hotel... ** The screenshot of my email is here. I even got a response from the hotel, saying that I will be contacted as soon as possible. Was I? Not really...

Very expensive, given that the room was very small. Could just fit a double bed and a small desk where I could barely put my laptop on. Given I was there on business this was rather uncomfortable. I could’ve sat downstairs but I prefer a quite working space. Service was fine, and location was good for heading into Port Lilas.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Our first breakfast was not good. There were no more plates and no more forks and knives. There was a long queue in front of the coffee machine, which was not working. There was only one cream cheese left. It seemed that there was a staff shortage on Saturday, as the staff were only busy with the broken coffee machine, while supplies were exhausted. Also, the cart with the dirty dishes was completely full. Fortunately, everything was better on Sunday.

Good things: daily cleaning, location was good (like 5 min away from metro), spacious room, comfortable bed, very kind and helpful staff Bad things: although daily cleaning, we found hair on the bed sheets after changing, the bathroom was... weird. The door didn't really close well. There was a huge gap and everything was getting wet after using the shower. The towelsnwe got had stains on them.

We really liked the hotel, cozy, very clean and just as calm, the hotel is made with comfort, the staff is very kind, definitely recommend to anyone who wants to sleep well and be in a pleasant atmosphere, then stay here

Please DO NOT book at this hotel!! The service opened our room twice in the morning without even knocking first. The breakfast was paid, but they changed the schedule due to a holiday and Sunday and never let us know. Finally, when we exposed this to the manager, she was very rude and didn't give us a solution, not even her name. Avoid wasting money and having a bad time, DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!

Always high value for money at a B&B Hotel. This hotel is located 5 minutes walk from metro Port des Lilas which brings you in about 30 minutes to the heart of the city. The rooms are very silent, even when our room was located at the side of the highway so we had a good night rest. Pillows could be improved as they were really thin. Breakfast room was quite small and therefor being chaotic during the morning, but enough choices to start the day. Big plus for us was the secured parking underneath the hotel (€15,- p/day)

Great hotel, kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast options and close to metro station. Good connection to all landmarks in Paris via public transport. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel, great value for money.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Modern, clean, quiet and the facilities are great. The staff are very friendly. Could not recommend enough!!!

Dust on the furnitures, broken soap, 1 towel for 2 people, no cleaning in the room as promised, no parking place, shower doesn't have pressure so you should take one hour only to wash your hair, the water changes the temperature from extremely hot to extremely cold by itself without touching anything (never stable). The bed is not comfortable. There is a big choice of tea in the machines but none is available... And all of that for 600€ for 2 rooms where nothing is included, even normal shower 🚿 🙄

Overally nice hotel. It is located far away from the city center and the breakfast could have a wider choice of food.

you get what you pay for, and a bit more, everything is clean and professional, I didn't took breakfast but it seems reasonable price or a bit high, but everything is fresh. the room was small and compact, no luxury but I felt good nothing paying much and getting everything I needed.

We needed a taxi ,the hotel called a taxi. But unfortunattely the taxi they called was not from offical station. And thats why we paid 20 euro more for the airport. Rooms, location and the employees are very good.

The price was solid for Paris and the room was clean enough but the maid knocking on my door at 10 am (2 hours before checkout) and the fact that when my key code stopped working 2 hours before checkout they refused to give me a new one make me want to avoid this budget hotel at all costs. You can definitely find better customer service in Paris for this price. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

The hotel is furnished like any B&B hotel. The corona rules were observed, especially at breakfast. The employees were very nice. 5 minutes from the hotel is the metro with which you can go anywhere in Paris. We would visit the hotel again.

It's a really good budget hotel with a lot of connection to the public transport!

  • 4/5 dolce b. 4 years ago on Google
Location is a little off the central, with the protests disrupting the traffic, it takes about an hour to get to the city centre by public transport. The room itself was also very small but its still clean and comfortable. Housekeeping changes the towels everyday and replenishes the toilet paper. Amenities provided were limited, there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. Service was great though. The people there was friendly and helpful.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The underground parking for the car gave us peace of mind. Metro is nearby. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast with eggs & bacon, croissant, fresh bread, fruit juice. Two minor details to improve: breakfast: the cheese is individually wrapped in plastic (put cheese on a plate and customers can take it with a fork), room: a small towel to dry the hands was desirable.

Very good budget hotel. Rooms are little bit smaller, very few amenities in room. Even though the hotel is located half an hour from city there are bus stops immediately next to the hotel and Metro at a distance of 10 minutes. Few good restaurants and shopping markets are near by, 5 minute walking distance. The area is safe. So if you are on a budget you can prefer this hotel (do consider travelling time to and from the city)

The only downside is that the place is a bit far from the center of Paris (I guess that makes it less pricey also); so if you want to go night out and the metro closes, you're on your own. Apart from that, all was perfect. Great staff, great bar, great food. Loved it

One of the cheapest and rare fully refundable hotel in Paris (on booking.com). Cleanliness: superb! Spotless toilet and room Smell: funky smell (musky carpet? Cigarette smell?) at the corridor of the 1st floor. Luckily no smell in room Soundproof: amazing. Hardly any noise from the streets and from next door. Shower: good hot shower, but no shower curtain (odd!) Location: okay. Though it's a 10 min walk on a dark but busy road. No kettle / water boiler in the room (important for Asians). No hair dryer. There's a microwave on the ground floor though.

A great budget hotel just outside the city centre. Great location with plenty of public transport possibilities. However, due to COVID, some services are not available.

The hotel is really nice at all. When you enter, you first notice sweet holidays decorations in the lobby, and nice place to rest. The girl who was on reception when we came was really kind, helpful and professional. I don't know her name, unfortunately, but I want to thank her a lot for everything. :) Our room was on 9th floor, and was really good, with comfortable bed and pillows. Room was quite (despite 24/7 traffic) because of the well-sealed window. Breakfast was excellent, fresh & delicious. Thanks to the metro, the hotel is very well connected to all parts of the city. I think this is the best value for the price! I have only two objections: -Last day of our vacation breakfast was not complete- on weekends breakfast is from 6.30 to 10.30, on Sunday we came at 9.45 and most of products were gone, no one has brought anymore. -The trash can was not emptied second day of our staying.

I liked it, overall. Convenient location, polite staff, pretty clean room, comfortable bed & shower. However, the extremely smoky air we had in our room really disturbed us.

We have enjoyed our staying at the hotel. We book this hotel for a weekend because of a football tournement of my son. The hotel doesn't have a family room but we had rooms next to each other. So that was very nice so that we could go eveytime to each other room. The rooms, toilet and the hotel were very clean. We were not far from the football park. There is a mac Donald nearby . A covid test you can do at the pharmacy nearby also. To go to the main streat for shopping you can take the metro. The personel speaks also english and was friendly.

There is very nice bar in the hotel. A lot of vending machines. Nice design. Wi-Fi almost didn't work. I couldn't close window completely.

I checked out about half an hour after noon, the check out time. The staff who only spoke French and not English was very rude and yelled at the top of their lungs at me as well as banged on the door as forcefully as possible. It was one of the worst hotel interactions I have had. This location has lower reviews than the other hotels in the area in the same B&B chain but charges about 20 euros more. When waiting in the lobby, a guest asked to use my phone in French and told me to go back to my country when I could only speak English. The staff assisted with this and removed the guest from the lobby, but the hotel location does not attract polite guests. It’s disappointing that the hotel response was that the issues never occurred. At other hotels, the staff are very polite and professional in handling late check out situations. I also had an issue with accidentally booking a different location in the chain without refund, and the staff couldn’t assist so I had to resolve the issue myself. It’s also strange that the public phone numbers don’t work for this hotel chain. I believe many issues could be resolved if the hotel rooms had phones inside so the staff can call guests directly instead of banging on room doors.

The rooms were well insulated. However, the door slams loudly. The beds were very good. Good room cleaning service. Good metro connection to the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Poor breakfast. Egg mush, sausages were dry, if available at all. No sausage slices and cheese slices, no real muesli.

  • 5/5 Kirsti S. 1 year ago on Google
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was clean and nice and the location is well connected with public transportation. The hotel car park was full but the nearby parking was very convenient. The breakfast was a bit too busy and some items (including plates and cutlery) were not available towards the end of breakfast.

We have a very good week in this Hotel. We enjoyed the city and it was a perfect place to rest at the end of the day. The Wifi worked fine, and the cleaning of the room was excellent. The breakfast was also good. The only problem was that the air-conditioning didn't work well, and we had to open the window, but it was the only problem. It was quiet a very good experience

Rooms are fine with good cooling. Not spacious, but the minimal things are there (apart from a hair dryer). Breakfast is cheap, but very scanty. Fried bacon, but no normal cold cuts. Scrambled eggs were semi-finished products. The most annoying were the cleaners. While breakfast was until 10am, they were already knocking on your door by 8:50am. Also the day of check-out (we had a late check-out of 12:00) they were knocking on the door way too early twice. Not very relaxing when on vacation...

  • 3/5 Filipa H. 1 year ago on Google
The staff didn't speak English very well, the corridor leading to the rooms had a bit of an odd smell. They had room service and our room was clean but the bathroom sink was clogged. The area around the hotel made me feel a bit nervous, I'm not sure how safe it was so we avoided being out in the evening. It's a 6 minute walk to the subway and then 20 minutes into the city which isn't too bad but if I knew better I would probably have chosen a different place, closer to the center. I still give 3 stars because the price was acceptable, the room was tidy and clean and public transport wasn't too far away.

  • 2/5 Tilde H. 1 year ago on Google
Good rooms, the placement of the hotel is good if you come with car but otherwise a little far from the centre. We were only dissatisfied with the breakfast. They only have a small selection of things on their buffet which is okay if the food they have is good and they can handle it. However when we arrived a little after eight they were already out if bacon and they didn’t cook more. Nothing vegan except the bread. (Would’ve appreciated a plant based milk for example). We ate what we already had taken on our plates (eggs and some slices of bread) and then decided to leave. We brought our complains forward and asked for a refund which they refused to give us since we had “eaten”.

The hotel is clean, the room is quiet and the temperature is controlled according to the guest's needs. The location is relatively good, 600 m from the metro station, and also served by some bus lines.

B & B Hotel located at a good spot of Paris Porte des Lilas. It is so easy to access the transport. When open the window it is very pleasure to see the view. Staff, they cordially invited us. Actually we were satisfied at our stay.
