I love 52 Clichy… it was recommended by my sister-in-law and from the detailed instructions before my arrival and throughout my stay, Rosemary is a wonderful host. My room and her apartment was spotlessly clean and the colorful, eclectic, light and airy decor made me feel at home. Breakfast every morning consisting of fresh seasonal fruits, homemade yoghurt, pastries and bread from the artisan bakery a few doors down was a dream. I can thoroughly recommend 52 Clichy… Thank you Rosemary

52 Clichy was the absolute perfect choice for our first time in Paris. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home. We were slow to rise and enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at "home" before hitting the streets and site seeing all day. There were maps and brochures in the apartment for easy planning. It was perfect for crashing at the end of the day and revisiting the days events. Rosemary was the perfect person to rent from. She was an excellent resource for us as we tried to navigate a foreign city for the first time! I give her 100 on a scale of 1-10!

Going to Paris alone I had my worries, but my stay was not one of them! Staying at 52 rue de clichy was the best, and Rosemary made sure I felt at home! So next time I'm heading to Paris I know exactly where I'm staying!

Rosemary was the best possible hostess! As an English lady that has lived in Paris for many years she is in a unique position to understand French culture and explain some of the differences if you wish to learn! The accommodations were clean and comfortable! I cannot tell you how lovely it was to come and soak my feet in a lovely bath after a long day of walking around beautiful Paris! Rosemary helped us get everything that we needed! AND when our luggage was lost she took the reigns of that got it delivered. We knew that as soon as it was in her hands that we could go and relax!d Also, she is brilliant with restaurant recommendations! I cannot tell you how many times we texted her, " hey, we are in this area, what is good to eat around here?" And she knocked it out of the park every single time! Our favourite meals were ones that she recommended! Location- Rue de Clichy is a quiet street just off Place de Clichy where there is a major Metro stop. Clichy has several lovely restaurants as well as Pharmacy and grocery store. And most importantly- the place we visited every single morning- the Patisserie! (On Rosemary's recommendation, of course!) Thanks, Rosemary for all that you did for us!! A Bientôt!

Lucky enough to stay with Rosemary for a couple of nights in February 2021 on a short notice trip to Paris. The apartment is a traditional B&B, with all the comforts and cleanliness you could want for an authentic stay in Paris. Location is perfect; a walking loop of two hours from the property took me past all the main sites of Paris, as recommended by Rosemary! Bakeries and restaurants just next door (I'll be back to make use of the restaurants post-COVID!) Accompanying Rosemary on the morning bakery run before her delicious breakfast is a must.

Incredible service that starts from the moment you book, Rosemary and 52 Clichy are unique. So much more than a B+B host, Rosemary's knowledge is incredible and her advice indispensable...we managed to cram a week's experience into 5 days because we hit the ground running! The accommodation is a charming oasis in the perfect district for dining, walking and sightseeing, but with the whole of Paris within easy reach. Breakfasts on the balcony and warm welcomes after a long days excursion enable a vital recharge to set you up for the next adventure. If you want to 'do' Paris, there's no better platform.

A delightful place to stay and in a perfect location surrounded with all the amenities you need. Within a few blocks to Moulin Rouge. I’ve stayed at high end hotels but 52 Rue de Clichy by far surpassed my expectations. Rosemary was a dream hostess. I consider her a friend now. She was welcoming, nice and very helpful. She gave us freedom to feel at home in a very safe environment. Each day when I opened the gray door at the entrance and walked into the garden I was so glad to be home at 52 Clichy in Paris. The bedroom was big and clean and the sheets and pillows on the comfortable bed were so comforting. I shared a room and a bathroom with my adult daughter and it was comfortable and very private at the same time. Rosemary was there but she was very transparent and always available if you needed something. 52 Rue de Clichy is the place to stay when you want to feel at home. Thank you so much Rosemary for making our vacation so special and welcoming us into your beautiful home. Let me add the breakfast served were always fresh and very tasty. Each day different breads, jams and she served fresh fruit and yogurt she made. It was absolutely delightful.

Absolutely loved my stay with Rosemary! We came for the Rugby World Cup in France, and to experience Paris. The location is excellent, so close to the metros and everything you need, and really safe for two girls to walk around at night! Rosemary is a wealth of information, and really helpful when you're unsure of how to get places, or the best way to do things. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms are super clean, and I honestly don't think I'm going to stay anywhere else in Paris when I come again!

A Parisian Gem: Exquisite Charm and Unmatched Hospitality As an avid traveler who has experienced various accommodations around the world, I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience at this enchanting Parisian bed and breakfast. Nestled in the heart of the city, this delightful haven offers an authentic Parisian experience, blending classic elegance with modern comfort. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Rosemary, an amazing person with a passion for hospitality, has created an oasis that feels like a home away from home. Her attention to detail is impeccable and evident in every corner of the beautifully appointed rooms. The apartment we stayed in was a masterpiece of comfort and style, with a comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and a quiet peaceful cozy view outside. The decor was a tasteful blend of traditional and contemporary, creating a space that was both inviting and stylish. Breakfast each morning was a culinary delight. The spread included freshly baked croissants, local breads and pastries, fresh-cut fruit salad, and a selection of delicious locally sourced jams. The coffee, rich and aromatic, was the perfect start to each day. What truly sets this bed and breakfast apart is the genuine care and personalized service provided by the host. Rosemary’s recommendations for local attractions and hidden gems in the city were invaluable, and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay is remarkable. In conclusion, this Parisian bed and breakfast is not just a place to stay; it's an experience that embodies the charm and elegance of Paris. It's a rare find that I would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking a unique and exquisite stay in the City of Lights. Five stars well deserved!

We would definitely recommend to a friend! The apartment is charming and clean. Rosemary is lovely, and always willing to help however she can. It was like having our own personal concierge service! The central location is very convenient.

A perfect, safe stopover for 2 nights in Paris en route from London to my French home . Easy arrival on Eurostar - was only 14 euros in taxi. Thoughtful, experienced hostess sought after by many return guests. Excellent location, walkable to main points of interest but still a local area with real life and good restaurants - I live in France and the nearby Boeuf Bourguignon recommended IS the best !!

Spacious apartment in a great location - only seventy steps away from a mini supermarket and lovely bakery. The host, Rosemary, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even bought us crackers to have on Christmas Day - very thoughtful.

Lovely apartment well equipped and so well lit with natural lights 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. The neighborhood is superb with services around. The owner is so helpful and caring. We will be back. We love our stay and we enjoyed Paris as if we were local as the landlord helped us to discover à Paris we did not know. It is a gem.

Outstanding accommodation in the 9th! Excellent breakfast, cheery room, comfortable living room for sharing a glass of wine! Quiet too! You'll find yourself within walking distance to the metro, the Paris Opera House, and high end shopping. Rosemary is a very accommodating host with knowledge of the city and fine dining nearby. This was our second stay at 52 Clichy.

We loved staying at 52 Clichy! Rosemary is a wonderful host - friendly, interesting and with a great sense of humour! It was very clean and tidy with a beautiful view of the street and in a great location. We looked forward to her delicious breakfasts each morning and enjoyed coming back in the evenings as it felt like coming home. She made us feel very welcome. I can't recommend 52 Clichy highly enough!

I enjoyed staying at 52 Clichy. The apartment was very quiet and relaxing, clean and convenient to restaurants, bakery, and shops. I was very happy with the spacious bedroom and sitting room. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. A very quick walk to Montmarte and metro stations. Rosemary is knowledgeable and has great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. And the breakfast she prepares is amazing! Recommend! Would stay here again!

Location, host, room and breakfast were all fabulous. Perfectly located to walk everywhere in Paris. Has a 'local' feel to the area to experience true Paris. Rosemary is a wonderful hostess with a huge amount of knowledge of Paris. The bedroom is compact but with everything a person could need and more. The bed is huge and super comfortable plus theres masses of hanging and cupboard space. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable and Rosemary kind of fades away when you dont need her so that you feel comfortable using the whole apartment. Outside on the street its all hustle and bustle but once through the doors into the courtyard its a haven of peace and tranquility. Breakfast is quite simply superb. Served on a pretty balcony at a time convenient to the guests it's plentiful and delicious.

This is the perfect place for anyone a little nervous about visiting Paris. Rosemary is super helpful and really helped me have a great experience while in Paris. I did not know what I wanted to do in Paris and Rosemary is an encyclopedia of knowledge about the city. Whether you're looking to see all the major sites or want to have a more relaxed stay and just eat some good food Rosemary knows all the spots! One of my favorite parts about the stay was my morning breakfast with Rosemary. Each morning she would prepare an amazing morning meal and we would have some great conversation on her balcony. I do not think my experience in Paris would have been as wonderful as it was if not for my luck at getting to stay here! This is a great location with lots of good shops, food, and walking distance to the metro which will get you anywhere you need to go! If a 23 year old American who doesn't speak a lick of French could figure it out anyone can! Super clean, cozy, and a safe stay!

Rosemary's apartment was an ideal location for our 6 days in Paris - close to good restaurants, the best bakery ever and bus and train stations. The apartment is spacious, light-filled and quiet with a kitchen well-stocked for any home meals. Recommended.

We stayed at 52 Clichy Apartment for 5 nights in June and absolutely loved it. We are a family of four and there was a lot of room for all of us to spread out. Wifi works great and we appreciated having a kitchen so we could prepare a simple dinner for a few of the nights. We really enjoyed our chats with Rosemary when she brings down our daily delicious breakfast. She treated us to a breakfast on the balcony on our last day which was memorable. The location cannot be better with multiple Metro and bus stops all around connecting us to all of Paris, while keeping a charming neighborhood feel with lots little shops and great restaurants nearby. We would recommend Rosemary’s B&B to anyone visiting Paris!

We had a great stay with Rosemary who was very friendly. Our trip was short and we already had a full itinerary but I'm sure she would be full of helpful recommendations for those visiting Paris for longer or for the first time! We enjoyed her bar and restaurant suggestions on our first night. The location was great, we would have walked more if it hadn't been so hot, and public transport was also convenient.
