An old beautiful and peaceful church around a bustling streets around. Happened to visit this place by accident and really glad for that. From outside it looks very different and inside too. There’s are some nice restaurants and brassiere nearby and worth spending few hours around the area. There’s a massive shopping complex just around the corner and it’s quite nice!

Don't be fooled. This majestic giant can easily be overlooked in search of more well known cathedrals. But this one is the BOMB- heck, it's got the largest pipe organ in all of France. It has gothic architecture on the outside, Renaissance & classic on the inside. And if you can catch a performance here, all the better.

Very nice big cathedral. I got my daughter baptized in this cathedral. It was amazing, beautiful and very memorable baptism. Thank you so much to our priest, to the singer, to the person that's playing the organ and to the cathedral. It was splendid and private. Very recommendable cathedral.

An architectural masterpiece nestled in the heart of Paris, Saint-Eustache Church, also known as Église Saint-Eustache, captivated my senses and left me in awe. As an avid lover of historical landmarks, I couldn't resist the opportunity to explore this iconic church, and it certainly did not disappoint. The church's historical significance cannot be overlooked either. Saint-Eustache Church has witnessed countless events throughout its long history, including royal weddings and funerals. It serves as a symbol of French heritage and resilience, standing tall amidst the changing times.

In the afternoon music students are allowed to fire up the immense organ and stake the place with thunderous music. (Under supervision of course). It’s a bit of a crapshoot but try anyway. The massive church alone makes it worthwhile. And all free.

This is a church that is in the heart of a bustling district in Paris, a sanctuary for the busy and weary. The entrance is interesting situated near a chapel behind the alter on a small portal to the right. You can get here at Les Halles metro stop, right in front of the entrance. It has recently been put on contemporary art exhibition with a music installation. With an array of 48 speakers around the church, quite a hallowing experience. The grand organ is one of the largest in Europe. You can hear it via the regular organ auditions at 5pm with the 2 titular organists, featuring works by Bach and other prominent French composers.

Was lost in the metro station beside it, thought of going outside to see where i'm supposed to go then i found this church by mistake, i decided to go inside and i'm glad i did because how is this not a famous church? once in, i felt a presence inside, the gothic design really blew me away, totally underrated.

The church is spectacular. I happened to visit when the skies were a bit grey but that added to the charm of the photographs of the exterior. It was nice to walk through and reflect. Certain parts of the church are not as well maintained but the structure is massive so that is understood.

Church is beautiful from outside but once you are inside you can experience unusually metaphysical amazement and admiration feeling cause by that architecture full of glory, elegance and invention. Gothic turns Renaissance. For me one of best Paris church. Underrated.

St Eustache is a catholic church, situated in the 1st arrondisement, in the area of Les Hales Market. It is one of the biggest churches inParis and one of the last in gothic architecture style. It is not one of the most visited but is well known for its magnificent organ. There are often concerts held there for the public. It is worth to visit!

Arguably the best kept secret of 13th century Gothic churches in Paris. Avoid the crowds and lack of access at Notre Dame. For what it lacks in polish, it makes up for in classical historical beauty and accessability

If you can approach via the small lane ‘imp St-Eustache’ you see a glorious site - a hint of the church framed by the street buildings. Enter and you’ll be awed by the height , organ, variety of the windows. There are repairs in many of the side chapels but this doesn’t distract from the main view of the nave and the majesty of the building.

I will never understand why some cathedrals/churches get all the pub, and then stunning buildings like this are practically ignored. It is impressive from the outside, and on the inside, you get a very old, gothic feel, the room has presence.

The park and the shopping mall with so many floors under and above the ground are very busy, uncomfortable and noisy. The navigation is awful and the train/metro station under all of that was made me feel like I have a panic attack.

This isn't a church I'd previously heard of. I'd never seen it recommended in potential tourist stops, rather stumbled upon it while walking through the area. It's a bit of a hidden gem! Fairly close to Notre Dame, it may be hiding in the shadows of it's better known counterpart. This is still an amazing stop in it's own right with its grand architecture and fair amount of history.

Since Notre Dame is under renovation, found this alternative on the north side of the Seine River. Beautiful gothic design with similar buttresses on the exterior. Interior has the massive volume you’d expect from churches of this design. Yet the space still felt manageable and accessible.
