Had the pleasure of a 7 night stay in this lovely boutique hotel. My experience was very positive in all aspects. Upon entering my room I was greeted with a handwritten card and a dark chocolate football as Paris is hosting the rugby world cup. This was a wonderful touch and set the tone. The hotel location is perfect, a 3min walk to the metro and a stones throw from Bon Marche which is great if you want to skip the restaurant scene and have one of their delicious prepared dishes in your room. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and this hotel did not disappoint. The housekeeping staff is on point. The breakfast service which is included is a nice way to start the day. It's a Parisien/Mediterranean vibe which I loved. Overall the hotel team gives great service and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering the Saint Germain neighborhood. You will not be disappointed. The online photos are an accurate depiction of the Hotel. Thanks to the Hotel Placide team for making my stay enjoyable. Well done !

I can’t describe how thankful I am for choosing the best place to stay in Paris. Near the “Le Bon Marche”, the Metro and much more. Thanks to all of the team of the hotel for giving us the best feeling, like we are part of the family.

My mother and I spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it! The place was very clean and well maintained. Location could not be more perfect. We visited all the major sight seeing sites and museums and were able to walk the city center with no problems. Metro and bus stations are also very close by. Neighborhood has great cafes and shops where locals hang out. The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing and accommodating, Samuel and Garry were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend Le Placide in Paris. The location is central, with access to everything by foot, metro, shopping centre, bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well equipped and clean, you can even open the windows to the street which is lovely while still being very quiet at night. But what really make your stay special at Le Placide is the staff, they really love their job and care about your wellbeing in their establishment. If you stay at Le Placide you will feel very welcomed and taken care of. The team go above and beyond their job to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. We will be back.

The room was very comfortable, very clean, daily housekeeping service. I really enjoyed the lovely bath. A very small elevator carries two people at a time up to your room. (elevator is not wheelchair accessible). Each floor has only two guest rooms. We enjoyed sharing stories with the kind gentleman who coordinates breakfast (I'm sorry I do not remember his name). The breakfast food was always fresh and delicious. On our last morning he made my daughter feel special by preparing a pancake for her 😊 I remain grateful to Benjamin and the staff accommodating my mobility needs by obtaining a wheelchair and always making sure I was comfortable. Their efforts made it possible for me to enjoy touring Paris.

Great location. Clean comfortable rooms. Helpful, warm staff. Breakfast is included in your stay. Don’t miss their breakfast!! Freshly squeezed juice every morning, cheese, fruit, meat, I could go on and on. We would definitely stay at Hotel Le Placide again.

We stayed 4 nights in Hotel Le Placide, It is situated in a great location, offering clean and comfortable rooms, I mean spotless clean. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. You can have a delicious breakfast during your stay, featuring freshly squeezed juice, a variety of cheeses, fruits and ask for their special coffee ☕️ BTW. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would gladly choose Hotel Le Placide again for our next stay.

Location was great. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Most importantly the staff was exceptional; warm, polite, professional, and very helpful.

Fantastic boutique hotel! Took my mom to Paris for her birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room (we had the balcony style) was huge by European standards and the bathroom was plenty big for two women to get ready. The balcony made it very special, even in winter. Super clean but not clinically so. Warm touches like fresh flowers and French Press coffee made it authentic. The service of Benjamin and the team was five stars. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable and available 24/7. The hotel only has a dozen or so rooms and was very quiet. Easy to walk to Le Bon Marché and two metro stations. Highly rated fromagerie down the street. The neighborhood is conveniently located close enough to the tourist spots but not in the thick of it - definitely a local vibe which we wanted. Will definitely stay here again when I go to Paris. Thank you to the wonderful team at Le Placide who made this trip perfect for my mother and me! Merci beaucoup!

OMG, best service I've ever had Benjamin was outstanding helping me out with some last minute present for my Daughters special occasion. Rooms are amazing location the best in Paris highly recommend it.

Comfy beds, brilliant location, and, above all, very helpful and friendly concierge and breakfast staff. We never expected to stay here, but after our Easyjet flight from Rennes was cancelled here we were. Staff couldn't be more helpful or understanding.

The hotel is conveniently located in a safe expensive area. The rooms are small, and the doors towards the stairs are loud when they open and close. Also this hotel allows pets, and next-door dog kept barking all the time. The buffet breakfast is over price so we went to next door cafes. This hotel would be probably okay for singles but for a family look for other options.

The location is very convenient, close to two different metro stations. And it takes ~20mins to get to most famous tourist spots. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. In particular, Susantha (I think that was his name) took very good care of us during breakfast. He gave us French press coffee at the beginning of breakfast, then expresso at the end. He explained this sequence is the French way of drinking these different types of coffee. We especially enjoyed the expresso at the end. He also made pancakes for us one day as a special treat. Conversations with him was always interesting. Overall, a very nice guy. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of Saint Germain. Excellent, friendly staff. They were all so helpful getting a taxi to the airport during the transportation strike. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Rodin museum, The Louvre, Luxemburg gardens, shopping, amazing restaurants and few metro stops. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Paris!

Le Placide is that hotel you want to stay again and again. It is perfectly located in Paris, in the beautiful district Saint Germain, very close to a lot of interesting sights like Louvre, D‘Orsay Museum, Rodin Museum, Jardin du Luxemburg etc. Our Junior Suite was perfect for a family stay, it is big enough and has everything needed like small perfumery, a minibar, a kettle with some tee/coffee sticks etc. It is very pleasant to rest there, with smoothly functioning air conditioner that is not loud at all. The breakfast is exquisite, so fine collection of many delicacies and so good coffee prepared French way. And the most important - the hotel personnel! The team is great, all members are rather professional, friendly and helpful. They take such a good care of the guests, making the stay in Paris very comfortable. I personally highly recommend Le Placide and look forward to our next visit in Paris (the hotel has been already chosen :) ) Tetiana

Great boutique hotel in Saint Germain. We stayed in a wonderfully and cozy room in the fifth floor, which has a great terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast every day. Great small treat for the hotel guests. We will sure stay again in our next visit in Paris. Thank you and תודה רבה

It was the first time for me and my wife to visit Paris. The staffs were super friendly! They were always proactively asking if we need anything and offered help getting around Paris. The hotel is always clean/cozy and in a super convenient location. It was close by groceries/shopping area/delicious restaurants, bakeries and public transit. Thank you Benjamin and your team!
