Improvised
meal
with
friends
we
chose
this
restaurant
recommended
by
the
chef
who
is
an
acquaintance.
The
servers
are
welcoming,
considerate
and
know
how
to
give
the
customer
space.
They
also
know
how
to
take
care
of
themselves
before
anything
is
asked
of
them.
Nice
setting,
spacious
with
a
nice
decor
and
a
good
layout,
I
like
the
touch
of
nature
mixed
with
light.
Atmosphere
just
lively
enough
to
be
able
to
talk
without
being
embarrassed.
Parenthesis
that
I
want
to
write
because
it
disturbed
my
appetite:
Unfortunately
one
table
was
rude
to
us,
probably
because
they
had
just
been
seated
and
were
expecting
food
the
second
they
sat
down?
I
just
had
time
to
say
hello
to
the
chef
before
hearing
words
that
I
won't
mention
here.
Deplorable
behavior
but
the
restaurant
can't
do
anything
about
it.
In
the
absence
of
not
knowing
how
to
behave
in
society,
it
would
be
preferable
for
some
people
to
no
longer
go
to
restaurants.
I
went
with
the
90-day
matured
fillet
with
aligot.
Small
downside,
I
came
too
late,
so
I
was
offered
homemade
fries
instead
of
the
aligot.
Cooked
rare
for
me,
very
good
piece,
sublimated
just
right,
dish
more
than
hearty.
My
friends
had
the
lamb
shank
simmered
in
beer
for
24
hours
with
its
mash
and
a
dish
of
scallops
on
a
bed
of
cauliflower
and
carrots,
I
received
good
feedback
from
them.
For
desserts
we
had
2
crème
brûlées
and
not
knowing
how
to
choose,
I
went
blind
and
asked
for
a
suggestion
from
the
chef.
I
was
very
satisfied
to
be
treated
to
a
fresh
and
creamy
tarte
tatin.
We
have
the
pleasure
of
having
hearty
and
delicious
homemade
desserts.
I
leave
the
restaurant
full
of
good
memories,
a
full
stomach
and
in
a
good
mood.
And
I
plan
to
come
back
soon
to
get
a
Cuba
Libre,
according
to
my
best
friend,
they
were
very
good.

&

team
