    53. Follow my Michelin Stars Marathon in Paris The hardship of meeting in the middle. Or the beauty of wagyu… The Japanese chef and French Haute cuisine segment is incredibly competitive. But managing to be right in the middle of both cuisine. It’s even harder. I found the amuse bouche very reviling (see the pictures). The first one is on a Japanese spoon. The second one is on an hand made plate. This plate was created by a Japanese artist living near Paris and using French soil…. And the last one is more classical. And then you have the wagyu… the foie gras of the Japanese. How French and yet completely Japanese. The mood/dress code is zen and classy. I had one of the wealthiest man in France next to me completely incognito and one the other side a couple enjoying a great lunch. The focus is on the food, not the people or the decor. So everyone can enjoy it. From business to lovers or just friends. It’s a very solid one star. My experience: I enjoyed it, you understand where is coming from and where is getting at. And of course, I’m still thinking of the wagyu… but not only. Update 2022: Went back for another lunch. Definitely an interesting place. The open kitchen is really well integrated. The sound level extremely well managed. You can have a business lunch (or a romantic dinner) without worrying too much of ears dropping. It’s is definitely a very solid one star. I need to try the dinner to have a more complete view. I ll be back!

Had the most gastronomical n memorable anniversary dinner at this well deserved one Michelin star restaurant. It’s a WOW from the moment u stepped in - friendly efficient n warm welcome to a minimal aesthetic ambience with perfect cutlery for each dish served! The lady manager was v informative and made you feel comfortable right from the start of the dining. The food was like a heavenly journey from start to end bursting was flavours - d seasoning were spot on n every detail focussed as each dish was served. Loved the lobster 🦞 and the scallop - actually loved every dish n that made it a compelling reason to just fly back to Paris to dine at Pages! Thank u for making my anniversary an exceptional one at your restaurant. Kudos to your team for the impeccable service and to the chefs - u deserve another Michelin star ⭐️ imminently!!

Definitely a must visit spot when in Paris. Excellent service from begin to finish. Atmosphere is not as pretentious as some other places. Lunch course is full of flavors and consists of seasonal ingredients that were carefully selected. I really enjoyed my dishes there, especially their seafood dishes. Desert is worth mentioning too. That tart had perfect balance between sweetness and tartness. Nice and clean bathroom too - nice hand wash and diffuser choice ! Again, top notch service from Everyone esp the lady who can speak both Japanese and English ! Will try the sister restaurant when I return to paris for sure next time

Amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience. The restaurant only has two seatings for lunch and dinner and it’s not a huge space, so the experience is intimate and perfectly choreographed. The kitchen is front and center, taking up almost a third of the restaurant so you can see everything that goes on. One of the most striking things is how quietly and harmoniously the chefs worked, with head chef, Ryuji Teshima, plating dishes and smoking Wagyu beef, while also taking the time to look around the restaurant to see how people are enjoying the food. The meal was to die for. The 7-course tasting menu included lobster, scallops, fresh fish, and the softest aged beef you can possibly imagine. Two desserts rounded out the meal, so it’s safe to say this is not a place you would leave hungry. The servers were attentive and playful, and it was truly an honor to personally be able to thank the chef for our amazing experience. In addition to being a culinary tour de force, the ability to access and pay your bill on your phone so you can leave whenever you want made it the most hassle-free dining experience I’ve ever had.

A perfect dining experience. Friendly service and an excellent environment. The waiter is very professional and explain every dish, the ingredients, cooking method in great detail. Every dish is stunning with different layers of flavour. The only drawback being too difficult to reserve a seat. :( Will definitely revisit next time.

One of the best restaurants I’ve had in Paris and it definitely lives up to its accolades. I really loved the minimalistic aesthetic and presentation of each dish. The restaurant had an open kitchen with minimalist furnishings based on bare brick and stone. The cutlery and course sequence is very well thought out too, each plate agreeable and varied. I must highlight the peach tart, which was one of the best tarts I’ve had. The handmade puff pastry is brilliant, and the filling inside was like the tastiest peach, even retaining its texture (I have no idea how they do it).

Really love the Japanese touch in the dining experience. The chef did a great balance between the taste of the East and the west, and provide decent surprise to the customer! Also, the plates the restaurant picked are beautiful, adding up to the already great dining experience! The team is very welcoming - love how they are very generous with the smile and the chat, and also how there are some regular customers that got welcomed with several hugs!

Their Japanese Manager Lumi Hachiya is super unprofessional and racist for our table. She doesn’t introduce dishes to us. And didn’t even serve us. She just super racist to my Chinese friend! She doesn’t say sorry for sure. We went there cus of our Chinese friend told us not bad. But super disappointed about their service. Super racist! Cus of manager Lumi, we never back there. racist restaurant. Pity!

A blissful adventure. Each dish was beyond the expectations. Layers of flavours and contrasting textures in each bite. I chose the menu of the day (menu dejeuner) and I regretted it. The service was well timed and of quality as well. The waiter was welcoming and friendly. The dishes were each presented by a different chef and when leaving you are personally greated by the main chef. A real touch of character and personality. Looking forward to come back and try a full new menu.

One of my favorite restaurant in Paris, definitely deserves the Michelin Star. Even for the lunch menu every dish is super delicate and savory, with the touch of Japanese infusion, elevated to another whole level. Ps: good selection wine list.

Not bad but for one Michelin restaurant is not really sophisticated. Cabillaud was mediocre. Squab is the most interesting. The menu is too rich. The service is good.

👍👍 If you are visiting Paris, a cruise ride on the River Seine is not to be missed. We chose Bateaux Parisiens as it was included in the Paris Pass. However, you need to purchase a ticket from the ticket office by showing the Paris Pass before joining the queue to get on to the boat. We got on board th...

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...
