The food was nice, but the waitress was a bit too syrupy. It's the height of COVID and they seemed desperate to please, which is the opposite of what I'd expect from a French place in general. One thing that was unusual and pretty amazing was that all the mineral water (their own brand, not bad) was complimentary. The prices are high but again it's very high-end food, you get a fairly complete wait staff and the interior in beautiful. My star rating is probably influenced by the fact that I was there under circumstances that I found extremely irritating. Had I been there in more pleasant company, I might have rated it five stars.

The hotel is very nice But they have linen deliveries nearly every night around 2am or 5am which makes an awful noise! I was awakened every night! Plus there is a very big building refurbishment next to the hotel. They start very early and it's going on all day again in terrible noise! This refurbishment will be going on for the next 3 years! I will of course never go back to this hotel.

This has been one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. We went to a number of very high end hotels in Italy and France this year, but this was exceptional. Service and food are fantastic. Rooms are so so beautifully decorated. Spa is the best we’ve had at a hotel in years. Location is super quiet and convenient. Can’t say enough nice things about this very special property.

My husband and I stayed 6 nights at the JK Place Paris and it was perfect! I cannot say enough about this hotel, the cleanliness, the attention to detail by all the staff was perfection at its best. New hotel is beautiful. Really beautiful and elegant. Service is warm and friendly and so happy you are there. But it is Italian service which is happy and smiley but not 100% perfect yet. But it’s a new hotel and it’s 90% there. We would stay again, for sure. Lovely hotel experience. Manager Camille is outstanding and competent.

Gorgeous hotel. Every corner in the hotel has an elegant touch.The team are so kind and helpful. The combination of Italian hotel in Paris is the best. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The restaurant is an Italian cuisine. Although it’s a boutique hotel, it has all the benefits of a large hotel - pool, spa, steam room and A big gym. Hope to come again very soon.

I first learned about the J.K brand when I visited the island of Capri seven years ago. So when the J.K. Place Paris was available for our winter trip to Paris, I was excited to experience first-hand what I had seen through social media. I was, unfortunately, utterly disappointed. The room was a nice size for Paris. I liked the window in the bathroom and the carpet in the bedroom instead of the wood floors. Very cozy in the winter. However, it fell apart after that. The chef does not work Sundays or Mondays, so eating at the restaurant is limited to their in-room dining menu. There is MAJOR construction next door, as a new hotel is being built. This information should have been mentioned on their website or upon check-in. Our room had noise from 8:00 am until 5:00. Non-stop. Please ask about this before booking your stay. The next day, we went to take showers and had no hot water. We called the front desk and were told another guest had complained, so they would have a technician look into it. We got a call 45 minutes later, saying the city had cut off the gas to the area until noon the next day. They offered to comp our room that night - and we said yes. The worst part was when we came downstairs to ask about the hot water, the receptionist pulled out a notification from the city - informing the hotel about gas being shut off during that time. However, they never told us. At the very least, we could have prepared for it. It felt like a flat-out lie. The day we checked out, we called down to have coffee delivered (about 6:00 am); after a quick cup, we headed downstairs to grab our car. One person was managing the entire hotel at that moment. He was responsible for check-outs, taxis, and room service. What 5-star hotel has one person on staff at 6:30 am on a Friday? We will never stay at the J.K. Place Paris again, and the brand has lost our business, regardless of location. This hotel is not prepared to invite guests into their doors.

Our new favorite Paris hotel. We’ve stayed at other JK Place hotels and this was up to that tough standard. The room layout was smartly designed and utilized the space well. The service throughout was phenomenal. The fact they have a Casa Tua restaurant in the hotel speaks for how wonderful this hotel is. Everything from breakfast to room service to dinner at Casa Tua exceeded expectations. We also loved the location, as it was quiet but walkable. We’ll definitely be back soon.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff made you feel like it was your home.they had access for everything you might need… Restautant reservations, museum tickets,drivers and shopping. The restaurant was fabulous for breakfast,lunch and dinner. We hope to return soon!!!

Quite pricey for smallish rooms but charming and beautifully appointed. The staff truly is a treasure, caring and warm and they made our stay wonderful. Fabolous breakfast, great gym and spa, and the location is second to none!

Disappointing. Was expecting much more of a wow factor given we had visited JK Place in Capri and this was a brand new hotel. Room was disappointing, bed uncomfortable, moved room and shower was broken and had to be fixed at 1030pm. Service was frustrating - doormen just couldn’t be bothered to help or greet you when you came past. Service at breakfast was very good with excellent choices. Just OK and absolutely not worth €1500 per night. Book last minute as rooms are then half price.

Exceptional hotel- very special getaway for my mother in laws 70th birthday. The staff made us all very welcome and comfortable during our 2 night stay. The breakfast was delicious and would highly recommend lunch/dinner there too!

Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at their fabulous restaurant. Perfect location on a quiet street adjacent to Musee d’Orsay and across the Seine from the Louvre. Great gym with free weights and cardio equipment.

JK Place is my happy place. I had the most divine massage today. Nadia's hands are truly angelic, and she is just as sweet as she is talented. The spa itself is a tranquil oasis, and the lunch I had afterwards was delightful. An absolute treat. Very warm, friendly staff; it felt like a dream.
