We’ve stayed here for a month in the summer of 2021 and it was great. Great staff, great rooms, great balcony’s, great location. The BEST in PARIS! 🇫🇷

We recently stayed in thier 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic! The customer service from Panduka and Brigitte was great, quick to respond to any email enquiries. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything you needed. They provided a baby cot and a high chair, which made our visit so much easier with our little one. Location wise - couldn't have been better! A quick walk to the famous Rue Mouffetard for food and groceries, easy metro/bus links and close to two beautiful large parks (jardin and luxembourg). We can't wait to come back - merci pour tout!

Staying at the penthouse for 2 days at the end of a long trip was the best experience ever. You can't see the Eiffel tower, but you certainly feel on top of the city! Paris rooftops are so beautiful and charming. The staff is welcoming, kind and prepared on the surroundings too. Cozy bedroom, large living room and located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood.

The good: The room was excellent. Very well decorated and fun (e.g., origami, place to draw on the wall). There was also a well-equipped kitchen, which was great as well. The bed was comfortable, and there were thoughtfully placed chargers, etc. Shower was decent as well. Also were willing to hold bags on the day of check-out and order us a taxi. The bad: We were shocked to see all the 5 star reviews mention service. We had a couple meaningful issues during our stay: 1/ No one was available to let us in upon arrival. It took about ~30 minutes to let us in where we were standing outside with our luggage (we sent multiple chats, emails, called, and used the doorbell). Upon entry, there was barely even an apology after explaining our wait 2/ The garden, which was heavily advertised online, was closed despite not being mentioned anywhere in the literature. We asked why, and were told it was "cold." But it was beautiful (and actually... hot) in Paris all week Only one member of the staff offered any sort of apology), and the only compensation was a 5 euro box of pasta we bought in their lobby (not even a 1-hour late checkout). Needless to say, while we were pleased with the room, our experience with the service was quite inconsistent from other reviews.

What a find!!! The absolute perfect venue when in Paris with the family. The 3 of us had more than enough space in this incredibly comfortable accommodation that includes high speed internet, kitchen, washing machine, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, the list goes on. The staff are incredibly helpful and on hand 24 hours a day. It’s incredibly clean, tidy and I would have no hesitancy in staying here again. A great find!!

We had an amazing stay at Pepper and Paper. It was my mom, my 2 kids (1 and 6 yo) and me. The apartment was comfortable, the washer came in very handy, kitchen fully equipped (down to cake trays). Staff was very helpful and attentive. The neighbourhood was very convenient, a bus ride to Louvre/ opera area, walking distance to Pantheon, Notre-Dame and Emily’s apartment in Paris (yes!). Many good restaurants and bakeries around. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely coming back.

First of all i was really amazed because before i visited i read the reviews here in Google that people claim that the staff is not polite but rude. They were REALLY nice really polite and helpful. I can't understand really that. The Room was clean, really big and with nice furniture. Every room had big TV and at the kitchen was a big refrigerator. The only negative thing was that the heat was not central heat with radiators but they had air conditioner.

Fantastic place to stay for our group of 7 and people were very friendly and helpful upon checkin and the room was beyond comfortable. Only issue was since our family needed a washer and dryer, the ones in both of the rooms didn't work and we had to us the one in the “basement” and they kinda worked. Besides that, great place and i’d highly recommend as its a quiet, safe, and very convenient to many things.

Thank you very much for the six-day accommodation service. It is the first time for our children to go abroad and come to Paris. Because of your kind service, our two children look forward to returning to the hotel after traveling every day. Thank you very much. Say hello to our service staff, thank you, we are really touched, thank you

We (myself, my wife, and the kids) stayed for 10 nights at the end of November. Our suite was nice and convenient, and the staff were all attentive and friendly. The residence is in a good location. There are cafes and convenience stores nearby, some open quite late. Three blocks away there is a neat pedestrian street with many shops selling different foods: meats, fish, bread, cheeses, wine, and so on. The subway stop is five blocks away (a five-minute walk).

The studio apartment was perfect for the 2 of us, great size, we both commented on how comfortable the bed was too which can be rare in some hotels. Metro and bus stops close by and some tourist attractions can be reached on foot. The restaurants and shops nearby were also brilliant, so so many options. The reception/concierge were most helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay. Highly recommend Pepper and Paper Apartments and Paris is just a dream.

The location is right in the center of Paris in a very nice neighborhood. Rue Mouffetard is on the doorstep with delicious food and the known sights are reachable by foot (many of them). Very nice equipment in the Appartement. Convenient with very friendly and helpful personnel. Great place to stay and actually feel like living in Paris.

Amazing apartments. Everything looks great. The team is super nice. The only minus is the location. 7 minutes from the nearest metro. And usualy 2 trains are needed.

We have stayed at the apartments hotel for about a week. On the good side, the room had good facilities and was pretty comfortable. however there it ends, prior to our arrival they didn't probably fill up stuff like soap and olive oil so we had to buy on our own as the staff just replied to us that we need to buy if it finishes. furthermore aside of a nice staff person who welcomed us and explained well, most of the staff didn't provide good service if it is because of lack of english or knowledge. It was pretty disappointing to get replies like we will wait for the manager to be here tomorrow or that the AC was switched to cold because people asked last week that it will be turned from heat to cold. The evening during our stary were pretty cold and for the amount of money we payed, we find essintel to be able to heat up the room if we want to. In addition, a very disappointing thing was that we booked the hotel for a pretty long term stay during our trip, and expected to use the self-use laundry. As the hotel looks nice and has a very nice lobby and public area, the laundry room is located in one of the most creeping spots that i have seen at minus 2 floor, was very dirty and there was only one dryer available. in total, I wouldn't recommend it and will also suggest to closely check its location, and the availability of bus line and metro around it. the metro station that's 10 minute walk has only once line - M7, which can be good maybe for going to the Louvre, and the area, but can be a very long journey to place like Eifel tower,Montmartre and other place on the other side of the river. Also the bus lines that are near the hotel don't run so often as expected during the evening time and we often took a taxi back even if we just had dinner in a close by neighbored like Saint-Germain.

We are a couple, stayed at the studio, and it was amazing!!! The staff was lovely and smiling and answered all our questions with patience. The studio was just like the pictures if not better, The kitchen is fully equipped, and the location was great near the market and close to metro. We were here for a week and we had everything we need. Thank you!!!!

The staff here is the most fun and helpful hotel stuff we have ever come across. We left a little gift in our apartment and the kind stuff at Pepper and Paper have sent it to our address. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, close to everything and had the best vibe! Will definitely be back here again ❤️

Had a great experience staying here. Starting from the staffs who were super friendly and always greeting us with a warm genuine smile, to the location which is not in the central touristic area but still within walking distance to metro and bus stops (which we could go through lovely local market on the way). The room are so spacious and complete with kitchen utensils. Paris is a busy city and sometimes it can get exhausting. But knowing that I'm coming back to Pepper and Paper is something that recharges my energy - I knew that I'd have a great place to rest and ready to hustle again the next day. Totally worth the price!!

The apartment was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The kitchen was well equipped and grocery stores were nearby. The patio was wonderful and I had my coffee and pastry in the morning out on the patio while I awaited my family to wake in the morning. We also had dinner outside on the patio. The rooms were very comfortable. When we were tired from our outing, it was very nice to return to these accommodations. Staff was friendly and very helpful with their suggestions. They had a booklet of information and recommendations for the area. Board games were available on reauest! Wonderful location -- we walked to many sights and shops. I highly recommend staying here! We would like to return in the future!

The apartment was a nice size for 2 adults, 2 kids(11 and 13). We had the 1 bedroom. Even with the sofa bed pulled out, and our luggage spread out, space was good. The apartment was clean and updated. The front desk guys were really helpful. The location was a 7min walk to restaurants, a metro stop, and markets. There’s a small market 1 min away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I highly recommend this place.
