I Order 2pc Burger Steak but they give to me only 1pc. Please can you improve your service. I was disappointed I pay for 2pc then you give only 1pc. 👎

Everything was COLD. Cold fries, cold burger, cold chicken. Very disappointing. Jolibee batu satu is by far the worst branch. The top branch is definitely yayasan. The petite old lady has the best customer service!

Customer service was great at the counter. Waiting for my food. The person who delivered my food accidentally dropped my fries on the floor with a plastic on and continued to serve it to me. Quality of fries, salty but crispy. Quality of spicy sandwich burger, crispy. Too crispy sampai nada rasa ayamnya d dalam. Waited 15 minutes for this. I'm truly disappointed. I assumed every jolibee is great and has the same food, standards, and quality. But this one near laksamana is different. It's sad to be eating a burger that is full of flour crisp and dried chicken inside of it. Assuming the chicken was fried earlier. And they refried it. Causing all the moisture inside the chicken to dissipate. Edit: 2am update. I got diarrhea after eating there.

Filipiński fast Food w Brunei. Zamówiłam burgera i był smaczny natomiast kolejnym razem zamówiłam spaghetti i już nie było godne polecenia. Natomiast za każdym razem był przepyszny sok brzoskwiniowo mangowy. Dobrze jest mieć jakąś narzutkę ponieważ w lokalu jest bardzo mocno działająca klimatyzacja. Możliwość płatności kartą. Dostępna jest niewielka toaleta.

I've been this jollibee 13years, still exist. it's same as Phlippine's crispy chicken, burgers and spaghetti. so yum this joliibee!

Very good quality fried chicken restaurant. A counterpart if not better than KFC.

Flavors same as the Jollibee in Manila, but adapted to Bruneian taste. I love their Nasi Lemak Chickenjoy. 😊

Good taste. Good variety

Real good fried spicy chicken served like any other Jollibee outlets. Only negative side is to get a free parking in this area. Better walk to this place if you are nearby. No of tables are really less. But dine in customers are usually lesser here. Recommended if you are in Bandar.

Good Chickenjoy, though a little on the salty side. Enjoyed the "nasi lemak" version which came with sambal and ikan bilis.
