Poor customer service. They made me wait for nearly 15 mins just to take my order 😐 and delayed 15 more minutes for delivery and didn't even apologise for their mistake

They made us wait for 20 mins to take an order and then took another 30-40 mins to give us the food. The burgers had no filling, just a readymade party and some Mayo. Why did it take 30-40 mins for just this?? We were supposed to get some complimentary items cuz our bill was around 1000. We were in a hurry and told him to bring whatever they're giving as complimentary. After another 20 mins they're saying it's out of stock

Around 03.45pn to 4.15pm went Mr.Burger Mogappair branch. Order onu peri peri chicken burger. Then mysekf taken chilly toppins container from there around near by my table. In that I am shocking "Worm" N number is there in closed container. No basic hygienic fact. I never visit again.

We had a takeout.. all the items tasted stale and horrible. The meat seemed old and soggy. It gave me severe food poisoning. DO NOT RECOMMEND their store.

Ordered 1. Cream chicken pasta - Around 250 2. Spicy chicken wings - Around 170 3. Classic chicken burger - Around 130 4. Chicken tikka wrap - Around 130 Complimentary dish: Potatoe wedges The pasta was really good⭐⭐⭐. It had all that creamy flavor with olives and veggies. But chicken had some bad smell and taste. Chicken tikka wrap⭐⭐⭐ was good but the quantity was less for 130 Rupees. Classic chicken burger was the one I enjoyed most since it had kfc zinger burger similarity. Spicy chicken wings ⭐ was the worst. Chicken had such a bad taste and the blood was inside the chicken which wasn't cleaned properly and it has been fried. Even the complimentary potatoe wedges ⭐ had spoiled potato included too When we complained to the waiter. He responded the other table also had same order and had no issues. It was feedback from us and not a complaint. He could have taken it as criticism. Because we showed it with proof of potatoe and chicken, still he refused it. The total bill was 639. WHICH WAS TOTAL WASTE 💔 THE NEW OUTLET OF MR BURGER NEED TO IMPROVISE ALOT :)

Better burger shop in Mogappair. Their own burger bun which tasted really nice. Subs are expensive than Subway. Pizza tasted different than other local shops and it's expensive too. The menu price needs to be revised to challenge other shop menus.

Love love loved this place. Don’t be fooled by their humble appearance. Juicy burgers and thick frothy ice cream smoothie hit the spot! Highly recommend.
