Decent store, okay service from the staff. The stores should be cleaned better as we had seen so many morsels of food and drops of drinks on the table. Quality of straws could also be better. The cranberry ice team could have definetly been better.

For the price we expect bigger area so that we can relax and have a sip, but it's cramped, so you have, because others who are waiting will be witching your tea glass

We ordered four different flavours of tea for four different persons. They beautifully mixed up and confidently identified wrongly. None of the four drank the flavour ordered. Absolutely reckless staff. Choices are good. Price is ok. Service is poor. Space is poor. Taste is good.

Poor service ever. We ordered for a panner puffs, chai and coffee They took so much time and we had to remind them each order We order for dine in and they gave us take away. Poooooor service !!!

I don't think this is as good as people talk a out. Had a tea yesterday at a cost of 120 ML for Rs.25/- not worth for that cost since you get better Tea from any local shop for 40% od this cost. Infact the local shop tea is better quality than this and the cost which is atrocious.. i don't suggest this anymore since the quality as well quantity is not for the cost what we pay and expect.. don't compare with Cafe Coffee day or Barista..there you get good people to engage you fro.the point of customer as well the atmosphere...

5rs extra than other outlets!! Is it such a posh locality? Why there is difference in prices of chai in same city within few km!!

It's a good place with less crowd in the evening hours.. Good to catch up for short business talks..

Service ambience and taste everything has come down drastically.dont feel like visiting it any more
