Got my eye sight tested. Had an amazing experience.The staffs are very cooperative and patience with our queries. The understood my concern, needs and tested my eyes again just for my satisfaction. Finally they explained well about the frames and lens which is perfect for me. Superb experience.

Was really wondering if the defective item will be rectified or not but to my surprise, the item was replaced with a new one within a week. Not to forget that the issue attended person at Shop Tamizharasi was so kind enough even while purchasing and as well, while attended post purchase. Amazing. Thanks to everyone.

I have been wearing glasses for the past 20 years and never went to Titan, assuming it to be costly. Recently went to buy glasses for me and my wife. They have frames starting from 600 and Lens basic is from 375. Frames from Fastrack and Titan brands are nominal and they have international brands that cost upto 15,000. Naresh was the Store Manager and he patiently displayed lot of varieties on frames and glasses from different models and different price options. All the Price mentioned was including GST makes it easy to decide. Only Downside is hard to park the 2 wheelers and no parking for cars, Otherwise shopping there was a good experience. Delivered a day before what Naresh Committed. I'm happy how strong the frame and glasses are.

Worst customer service. Bought a specs worth 8K and broken within 4 months. They asked me to register for a claim but still not done any replacement/repair its about more than a week. Not to trust any branded ones. They are just fake. I just gone there trusting these are real reviews.

Very customer focused. At 8PM Saturday staff were so courteous and really wanted to help. Went to get frame for my coolers with power ended up buying a new specs. Staff will make sure they will give you the right pair. Also the delivery was pretty fast.

The opticals are good and they have variety of glasses. The staff here is very kind and they give you the best one.
