Hi All, I have booked one of flat in Akshaya however due to personal reason unable to continue to purchase the property. I have been mentally harassed and frustrated from Akshaya CRM team. I am chasing from 9 months to get refund of my token money of 1 lakh however they are just keep delaying it. Even after written confirmation from Akshaya CRM team, I am waiting to get my money back. I am posting the issue here so everyone aware about Akshaya team Carelessness, wrong commitment and wrong communication to Customer.I need resolution of my issue and who can escalate to Akshaya property Senior's. If someone wants to stay here and has an office in Porur, the public transport is very easy and takes about 20-25 minutes to reach porur. The maintenance team has improved but rental agents sitting here are still horrible.

Hi, Kindly do not book in Akshya Republic. As per management report They had meeting with buyers. They told Akshya face legal issues with the investors due to that particular reason Total work has stopped in Akshya Republic. While booking on April/2023. They told key will handover by end of December/2023. But now they saying by March/2024. That too has no gaurantee. Management wating for court hearing falls on sep/18/2023. Paying loan for unbuilt property. Our per ious generation bought land and build their house according to their financial strength Had had no problem with their property and land always have value. This generation depending on other construction vendors then we need to face these type of headache. Because I need to relocate my family if they fail to complete on March I can't bare paying rent,loan,school fees, daily wages, maintenance etc,ect. I can't even imagine my situation. Am mentally disturbed lot.I can't even concentrate on my basic thing and work routine 😡😡🤯. Much frestrated.

Great place. Wonderful ambience and atmosphere... Ample parking space, club house, children's playarea, swimming pool, skating rink, tennis court, gym, groceries and vegetable shop walk area are some of the highlights of this place. Easy to locate and accessible to various places, nearby schools and colleges are attractions.

Nice colonial elevation and architecture. Good environment and amenities for kids and families. Only drawback would be delay in property handover. If you're not in hurry to occupy, a nice property to possess in Chennai.

Most unsafe community to live is Akshaya Republic, Such a big community there is no compound wall, Hence lot of street dogs roaming around in parks , kids playing area and other place, till then there are 3 people affected by doge bite also many poisonous snakes are there with in community because of no compaund wall. Also since one block work is not completed and it's abandoned lots of poisonous insects are in that building. Hence people who are staying there feeling unsafe for kids. Dog's issues are increasing day by day. Both steet dogs and bed dogs.

Apartment blocks are designed well. Lot of parking space available but limited covered parking space and remaining is open parking. One small grocery store available in the apartment complex.
