Made big mistake of buying 2 wooden items from here. Paid in full and asked to deliver with fully paid delivery charges. They kept on bluffing with many reasons of today/ tomorrow for more than week...Manager Pazhani is lier and cheater. There is no escalation matrix or HQ number etc.

All ok but sometimes if a showroom looks like a godown the shopping feel is spoiled.. can have separate lift for customers.. using the same lift for workers to bring down products is actually disturbing

I'm a regular customer to Murugan furniture. I can definitely say their service and flexibility to customize the customer needs is fantastic. Also quality is no lesser than branded furniture at amazing prices compared to them. My latest purchase was ordered on Monday and received a call on Wednesday evening saying it is ready to deliver. I would recommend this as One stop shop for all furniture needs.

Good place to buy furniture but if we ask for any further help after delivery for the particular products, they are not responding. Worst behaviour. Need to learn more about customer handling
