Buses are good. Service is good. But waiting area to improve a lot.

Mettur bus terminal is one of the competitors in Omni bus service. There head office in Mettur. Bus fares are moderate. I am appreciating there bus maintaining. They keep their buses very neat and clean. Two negative points: 1. Their employees doesn't know how to behave with passengers with good manners all the time they showing their attitudes. 2. If you send any goods by MSS and if goods is delayed for delivery by MSS, they must take the responsibility for damage, if anything happened. And if customers enquiry for their items they must answer in the proper way.

MSS is okay. I booked ticket for Dharmapuri from Chennai. The bus conductor dropped me at hogenekal bypass instead of Dharmapuri at 3.28 am. It costed me Rs.300 to reach Dharmapuri

If there is a shower but not a rain the place will be flooded with water. The passenger has to reach this place crossing through the muddy, flushy water area. There is no closed shed for the passengers to wait. The mss busses are super. There is no doubt indeed. They have to update their software. My brother who had to go to Madurai received the bus number via sms where as that particular bus was going to Coimbatore. The Coimbatore passengers received the madurai going bus number. It may be the user of the software by mistake conveyed the different bus numbers. This should not happen again and again.

The address shared with landmark is easy to reach. No difficulty in finding the bus, since they update with details. The boarding experience is also good

Dropped destination in Salem is without connectivity of Newbustand not railway station ........They should have dropped atleast at MSS office . Prior informing of dropping destination will help us to avoid booking the bus

Very friendly staff. The parcel service is available, also a terminus for their passenger bus. Very very easy to locate. Located near a signal, so easy in case of travelling by public transport. Safe too.

Proper seating arrangements with fan, restrooms and drinking water was provided

They have chairs at the waiting area. They were courteous and made us feel comfortable

Needs to provide A better waiting room for passengers. No clean rest Room is available. Waiting room is just a shelter and had only minimal number of fans which doesn't give even a minimum comfort.

Bathroom is not need. Waiting place is fine

Super neat and clean sleeping 2×1 bus fare is also affordable, Half litter water bottle and biscuits with free WiFi available optional. Safe journey with trained drivers. Communication standard polite. On time pick up and drop off. In Chennai head office there is a gents and ladies toilet is available separate. Waiting area is available with plastic chair.

U can send parcel to any were in nook and corner of Tamil Nadu with MSS service Excellent routing.

1. Parcel from outside are delivered here. 2. 300 Rupees extra outside the billed amount is collected for packaging and loading for scooter. 3. Bill of rupees 1650+300 for scooter from udumalpet to Chennai. 4. Unloading charges bill at rupees 50 for scooter. 5. Delivery service is ok and vehicle transported without any damage. 6. Vehicle RC book copy required during parcel booking. 7. Online payment, cards, cash available. 8. Vehicle parking and delivery pickup area available inside

No proper rest room is available for the passengers. Otherwise, it's very easy to access this place. Staffs are very polite.

Very very dirty place. I never seen like this before. I want cleanliness. Government may built more rest room. And may collect amount. But must avoid open toilet in this place. Because it's very important place in Chennai. More lack near peoples travel from this stop per day. Every one must have healthy and good and hope full atmosphere. Thank you 🙏
