Recently was held up at my cousin's place on sunday evening when we learned about some guests arriving at the last minute.. All meat shops were closed or out of stock.. And hence for the first time i stepped in Fipola Valasarvakkam.. Local butchers have always been my option due to various reasons and hence have always stayed away from such bigger organizations or online retailers.. The big Halal Symbol outside was a big relief for me actually.. For a sunday evening they were stocked and the servers too were energetic and enthusiastic to serve.. They were following all protocols with gloves and masks.. Sanitizers also in place.. Ordered a qtr kg prawns and half kilo of chicken and mutton.. I must say that pricing was not any different from any local butcher but a vast difference in terms of hygiene.. Cooked everything the same night and found the meats to be fresh and really good.. the guests loved the food all thanks to the chefs at home and most importantly the Meat from Fipola.. Recommended...

Sharing my review for the online order of marinated sea food. We tried their karuvepilai prawns which was already marinated well. The taste was so good and easy to prepare. Delivery was quick as per the mentioned time frame

As their slogan' meat buying made better' I agree clean and better then normal roadside butcher shop and army of staff's too. They too good and polite. The main thing is 'product' I bought fish on Sunday ( i thaught on Sundays atleast these type of outlets provide fresh one) it was kept in freezer.. after came home and cooked only came to know that the fish is not fresh catch. Disappointed one more time with these type of air-conditioned butcher shop. In future at any cost i should avoid to go these types of VC funded app based shops... I never worried about the price, if the product is fresh everything will be okay, but here the thing is except the 'product' everything is okay.

Three times the meat came raw. Also my friend worked for them, they never paid for two months

Very very worst. 0rdered two times. The 1st order came only 2 items out of 3 ordered after 4 hours of slot time.(after lunch)(even though booked one day before) 2nd order has not delivered and no information.(one day before booked) Avoid online booking. The google facilitate to give negative stars like kind of these companies.

Bought nethili and ayirai(mackerel) fish here. The fishes are very expensive and not fresh and it was hard while eating. Had a bad experience.

I had ordered goat curry cut from this outlet. The packing was good. The meat was fresh and good. Price is reasonable. The pieces were slightly bigger in size. This could have been smaller. Overall a good place to buy meat. #staysafe

Ordered peri peri prawn marinade prawns from here. Packaging was good and delivered right as per my time slot Loved the flavour and taste Prawns was fresh and there was no smell.. Would definitely try the other marinades here soon

Two days before, I bought squid from Fipola. I love squid .But I don’t know how to cut squid . My friend suggests me to use Fipola. I made a purchase with fear; if the squid was not sliced then I need to slice it off. But happily, they sliced it perfectly and cleaned it too. I’m happy to cook it and enjoy eating.

I ordered” ready to fry” chicken nuggets from Fipola which was very good in taste. And I also bought the marinated lollipop which is so juicy and super tasty. Marinades are prepared with perfect spices combination. It was not too salty nor too spicy. A perfect lollipop. Thank you Fipola!

Our Sunday family lunch is very super,chicken Briyani, pachadi,and kerala masala fish pickle..
