I joined Shred on 1st of Feb 2022. First day, the Master took a tour of all the equipments in the gym. I joined kickboxing the very same day(Eagle Fight Club). It was great experience over-all. The master is very talented person and an achiever of various championships with 22 years of experience. This is also a international federation. The quality of training is great too. Personally, my health improved a lot, was able to gain stamina.
