Excellent service, I wanted to buy all furnitures for two bedrooms, it was in October, when corona cases were at its peak , so I couldn’t visit the showroom, but the sales person arranged for two fully sets from different showrooms and delivered it on time, and also followed up with the fixing team and got the work ( as I had sent it to Salem my native place ) . Very satisfied with the service extended.

Totally waste of time and money,while ordering speaking like something they are the company who doesn't even make mistakes while delivering the product they had send the demo peice which has full of scratches and doesn't even wrap the product.company workers doesn't even dont know how to treat and handle the customer's.please dont go here.

Just had a walk-in. It was a pleasant experience to see the staff explaining the product details. Helped in a great way to choose the right size of cot. Delivery and installation were made as scheduled. It was a great wonder for me to see the care taken by the company in packing. The installation staff was meticulous in unpacking and assembling. On 25.05.2023, I make a request for dismantling the cot and wardrobe. They arranged the service person on next day itself. Service was too good. Mr.JK (service person) was on time and perfect person for the customer support dept (Responsible person). Damro Ambattur was quick response and satisfied service. Best shop to purchase and service🤗. While shifting the house they are more supportive than purchase. Because, they consider our worries regarding safety of the products while transferring from one place to another. Damro Ambattur was the right place to purchase furnitures which make your house more beautiful.

No stock available and they have opened showroom and the way assistant manager spoke to me is not acceptable..worst customer service by ambattur damro furniture shop.. before buying itself they are telling about their company policy to the customers ..not sure how the after service will be...attitudatof assistant manager is very poor and worst..head needs to be take this as very serious

Their furniture is good. However service leaves a lot to be improved. It’s ok but can be improved a lot. They have one service person in ambattur area. While shifting houses, we asked them to check if existing sofa can be uninstalled. We were charged even though the sofa couldn’t be uninstalled just because the technician had visited. We bought a dining table and they weren’t ready to keep it in warehouse for a little more than a month even though we had made the entire payment. The payment was made upon their insistence only. Then we had to keep calling them for a week to let a technician come to install the same. Since They have only one person in entire ambattur area, service takes a lot of time. And because of demand, it becomes a monopoly. Even though I want to buy more from Damro, I’ll definitely think thrice because of their service or the lack of it.

Dear sir, In Tirupati branch damro furniture manager is not responding proper to me I already visited this I have this type of worst experience I m thinking this type road side furniture like behaving that manager I can't expect this type of person
