The person from small appliances have helped us alot to choose the best product. Amazing experience we had in Darling today. Especially the showroom manager Magesh is always with smile face and did a fantastic job as always. We bought a wonderful SONY TV to home today. Visiting Darling is always a good feel.

As commited delivery was not receiving on time. Phone call was receiving from delivery person to delivery the product in untime Totally unhappy of his performance.

The billing took too long. The sales reps should be authorised to offer some discount instead of consulting their seniors all the time.

I have purchased samsung washing machine on 28th aug but still now installation not done.For past 5 days iam following the darling sales man but no proper response from him always saying "today I will arrange"after that i called customer care same response from him also.Dont purchase any products from this showroom. Worst customer service Darling managers or executive Improve your customer service other wise definitely you will loose your business. Definitely I will not recommend to any one to purchase in darling showrooms.

I bought the washing machine and water heater (Haier brand) from darling showroom Ambattur, on June 25/26 th June 2022.this is the worst service i ever had.. spoke to Saravanan ,Mahesh ..but no response , simply telling sorry . I would recommend do not buy any product in Ambattur (Canara Bank Bus stop) Darling showroom.

I bought a Haier Ac from this showroom on April 8th they offered a free gift of 3 litter pegion cooker but at the time of delivery they said it was out of stock once we get it we will deliver it but later a month when i contacted the sales person she asked to come and collect i said u promised to deliver it we can't come for it ..she agreed and said it will be delivered...but it was not delivered..i raised a complain email on 18th may to customer support they promised store will contact you but till today 26th may no one contacted me... We didn't ask for any free gift ,if ur offering to the customer and without delivering it it was mentioned in invoice but being a customer i was keep following for more than a month now... Why u r doing fake promises... I strongly recommend not to go with any of this Darling store and especially this store..the sales person doesn't have the product knowledge...i asked for non wifi AC but they said its not having wifi but i got it with wifi AC ,and they promised no need of extra stablizer but while installation the ac mechanic said who said like that without stablizer u shd not use it at all... To their benefits they are misleading the customer..I'm completely upset for this kind of worst service and fake promises provided...
