What a beautiful place! The natural light and atmosphere make this a great place to study or go on a date. I would totally recommend anyone and everyone to go here and check it out. You even get to sniff your tea beforehand! How cool.

Ordered black milk tea with brown sugar flavoring, tapioca tidbits, and oat milk. If I'm honest, I didn't have super high expectations because of some other tea houses I've been to BUT THIS WAS SO GOOD. I was tempted to order another but had to stop myself. UPDATE 09/26/22 - Got a London Fog there today and it was great! You could actually taste the Earl Grey very well.

Great tea shop! I went in there specifically for the bubble tea. The first time I got the black tea bubble tea, the second time I got the passion fruit. Both were super delicious and perfect! I also bought some loose leaf teas from them and have been enjoying them since, so good.

While waiting for my tea, a disabled man came in clearly upset about something and went to complain to the staff. Melissa handled the situation with so much grace and patience without making a scene or making the situation worse. 10/10 kind of person and staff member any business would be lucky to have. Tea is also wonderful

Excellent. Just show up and you will know you are somewhere unique. Laid back vibe. A place where I have seen: families, students, visiting travelers, and the elderly. This business does NOT discriminate against: race, sexual preference, religion, or individuals who have special needs. Available: board games, very discriptive drink menu, purchasing tea leaves to go, over 100 different kinds of tea (can make hot or cold), tasty treats, nice lighting, highchair, tables/chairs, couches, 1-room bathroom.

Always a lovely experience coming to the tea house. The staff is incredibly kind and gracious and always provide thoughtful recommendations. I'm so grateful to have this place in town to gather with friends, work, or just to come and enjoy a wide selection of teas you can't find elsewhere.

Delicious tea and a cozy, inviting atmosphere . A relaxing place to be alone, hang out with friends, journal, etc. My favorite tea is the Brown Sugar Rooibos Tea.

Great, cozy tea house go to. Great spot for doing work, chatting with friends, or just having a date by yourself. Tea is really good and they have lots of flavors!

This was such a great find on our trip to Yellowstone — amazing tea/coffee and vegan options. We got Masala Chai at the cafe and took the vegan chia pudding for to go. Both were good!

Loved the place, especially the decoration. And there are board games that you can play while you're enjoying your tea!!! The brown sugar milk lychee tea is delightful!

I love love love my local tea house. I come here to knit, read and write with atmospheric music and low chatter in the air. It really makes me so happy. Also - delicious tea and the nicest people ever! It's the best part of my week. I wanted to write this because they do sometimes have local events so if you are going for a silent retreat like me, you might want to jump on their site to make sure it'll be silent. Also, I'm putting this in for the owner but I think the seating could be cozier, being that it's a tea house in a wintery town. Sometimes I sit there for hours and my back hurts from the chairs. Maybe more couches or something. Just a thought! But I love you guys!

I really love all of the teas they have here. They are great quality with lots of variety. Giving it lower stars because on average you’re going to wait 30+ min to get your order. It wasn’t always like this, but the last year or so service and wait times have been incredibly slow. I hope they can work on this because it is a great spot, but tea shouldn’t take as long to get as a dinner out.

Stopped here during my trip to Bozeman and loved this place! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the tea house is super cute! Was able to grab a delicious bubble tea to enjoy while exploring the downtown area.

Warm, cozy, always bustling with calm excitement, you can smell the tea on their tea wall before you purchase. A favorite date spot.

So I came here due to a review saying they had great boba, but not only did they take 25 minutes to serve my drink, the boba was hard, which led me to believe it wasn’t even cooked for long enough. Not to mention that the thai tea I ordered tasted more like milk than tea, so yeah, I’m not too excited when people can’t follow directions and manage to butcher a Taiwanese classic drink. I would hate to see Americans trying boba and thinking this is what boba tastes like. Either learn how to make it, or just don’t make it at all.

Takes forever to get anything (45 minute wait both times and it wasn’t even that busy). And this last time I went, it was almost an hour and tons of people got their drinks before me so I went up to ask about it after almost an hour. I was told they lost the ticket and all they did was bump the size up for free which is essentially like giving me a $2 discount after making me wait for that long.

My friends and I went here last Wednesday. The cashier lady was pretty rude to us and the people in front of us. The drinks took like 45 minutes. By the time we got it, it was all watered down and little toppings. I went here several time for the past 5 years, but this gotta be my worst experience

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The tea list also provides very helpful, and accurate tasting notes. Finally they have some tasty bites to eat too.

This is my favorite place in town. I crave their bubble tea. The quality of product is exceptional. The staff blows me away with their kindness. 10/10 would recommend for a date, casual hangs, their open mics or even stop in quick for a pick-me-up. Couldn't be happier with Steep Mountain.

Amazing tea selections, brewed perfectly, and served in glass which I love. Very friendly staff.

I absolutely love this place. Great selection of tea always steeped to perfection and the staff is always so friendly, happy and knowledgeable. I am in LOVE with their new Lavender Fog latte! I bought some to bring home to drink literally every morning. Some of these reviews are so laughable the fact that people think this is a coffee shop and you’ll get your order within a couple minutes when in reality there are some teas that need to be steeped up to 5 minutes and if you have a line that’s going to increase your wait time. If you want a good tasting tea it takes time. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place nor have I thought my wait time was exceedingly long. Keep doing your thing steep mountain. 🤍
