Jill
the
clerk
in
the
office
is
a
habitual
liar
and
Sammy
the
owner
is
one
disrespectful
person
in
business
that
I
have
ever
met.
Last
Saturday
I
got
an
oil
change
from
them
and
the
reason
I
choose
this
shop
is
because
of
an
online
coupon
advertise
on
their
website
I
call
to
confirm
pricing
with
Jill
and
I
was
advised
that
the
cost
with
the
coupon
would
be
$100.00.
I
agreed
to
price
and
schedule
the
service.
A
day
or
two
later
a
light
appeared
on
my
dash
indicating
that
the
oil
level
where
too
high
I
return
to
the
shop
and
was
met
with
an
anger
employee,
Sammy.
He
carried
on
an
rant
about
me
not
paying
for
my
service
and
accused
me
of
lying.
I
came
that
Jill
had
told
him
that
she
did
not
give
me
that
price.
After
the
back
and
forth
of
what
she
thought
she
said
and
what
I
know
she
said,
Sammy
refused
to
inspect
my
vehicle
and
kicked
me
off
the
property.
The
sad
part
is
it
was
only
a
$50
difference,
that
I
offered
to
even
pay
and
he
still
refused.
This
experience
left
me
distraught
and
with
only
one
option,
which
is
to
get
my
vehicle
inspected
somewhere
else
and
seek
legal
action
to
recover
all
cost
and
damages
associated
with
matter.
