updating
my
original
review
because
I
used
to
advocate
for
this
salon
and
tell
everyone
I
know
to
go
here,
but
I
will
not
any
longer.
All
my
dark
undertones
are
gone.
What
is
left
is
red.
I
specifically
asked
the
stylist
for
cool
undertones.
I
stated
several
times
that
I
did
not
want
any
red
undertones.
In
fact
I
told
her
I
hated
red.
I
feel
like
she
didn't
listen
to
me
at
all.
I
understand
how
toner
works
that
it
simply
deposits
color
onto
your
hair.
I
have
been
getting
my
hair
colored
for
several
years.
I
have
never
had
someone
completely
ruin
my
dark
undertones
with
toner.
This
is
very
upsetting
and
I
am
not
happy
in
the
least
bit.
I
have
never
been
more
disappointed
about
a
hair
service
in
my
life.
I
know
it's
hair
and
it
will
grow
back,
but
the
stylist's
attitude
and
the
stylist
manager’s
attitude
made
me
feel
like
I
was
overreacting
and
they
didn’t
care.
Finally,
my
scalp
is
still
very
irritated
and
itchy.
Again,
I
have
been
to
this
salon
for
many
years
and
had
my
hair
colored
with
their
products
and
never
had
a
reaction.
When
the
second
round
of
toner
was
applied
to
my
hair
my
scalp
was
on
fire.
Again,
it
didn't
seem
like
anyone
really
cared
that
I
was
talking
about
the
irritation.
They
still
charged
me
for
a
cut
and
color
I
absolutely
hated.
However,
to
their
credit
they
did
offer
to
fix
my
hair.
I
will
not
be
coming
back
into
the
salon
for
a
fix.
Quite
frankly
I
don't
know
how
they
would
fix
it,
I
don't
trust
them
to
fix
it,
and
I
don't
want
any
more
chemicals
on
my
hair
or
scalp.
I
don't
feel
like
anyone
cared
about
what
I
was
saying.
I
felt
like
I
was
being
talked
down
to
when
I
was
told
"how
toner
works".
Like
this
was
my
first
time
at
a
salon
or
my
first
time
getting
my
hair
colored.
I
am
very
disappointed.
I
have
never
experienced
such
bad
customer
service
at
this
salon.
I
will
not
be
returning.
