I’m so pleased with Pawtastic Spa & Resort! I am always a bit nervous about finding a new groomer, but Alyssa and team are fabulous! They are so friendly and really love what they do. Desi was so kind to listen to my requests for my pup’s groom (even with specific notes from our previous groomer). My Penny girl looks great after her spa day! -Easy to book appointments -Calm and inviting place -Love that the dogs have ample kennel space to relax while waiting for pick up -Location is convenient

Got my fur baby Kane groomed last Thursday which was much needed for him with him being a long haired cat his fur was starting to knot the pawtastic team was patient & gentle as you can see below in the picture how relax he was.His lion cut came out just the way I wanted it too! he also smelled so good when I picked him up. He was happy and I was happy ! The staff is amazing!!! I highly recommend!

I Highly recommend Pawtastic 🐾 they are full service with honest advice! The girls did a great job on my old girl Grey! 🐈‍⬛ She needed a lot of TLC and they were up to the challenge! Now she’s out and about enjoying this gray day! 🙏

I took my long-haired chihuahua here today for the first time and I am SO impressed. First, I should mention how fast they got me in. I called yesterday and I was able to bring my dog in a day later…that’s amazing. I’m used to being on a waiting list for 2-3 weeks! My chihuahua can be pretty nervous but he felt comfortable letting them work their magic. They did an amazing job whitening up his fur and he is SUCH a happy dog after his grooming. This place is wonderful. 10/10 highly recommend and I will be returning! Thanks to Alyssa and her staff!

I recently took our family dog here and im beyond please with the results! We did a basic wash and Our dog still smells fresh and clean several days later. Her coat also feels and looks smooth and shiny. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and were kind to our four legged family member. We will definitely be coming back for years to come.

Took my dog Roxie to get her nails and paws done. She is very fussy and difficult, but everything went well. Great place and great service.

The staff are sweet and patient with my dog. The last place she was going to I would ask to trim good around her face and butt but it never looked nice and she had cuts on her tummy from trimming now after taking her to pawtastic I know I wasn't crazy she came home looking like a gorgeous lil lady lol she was so soft and smelled so good and it's been a week and she is still soft and smells lovely. I can't brag enough about this place so don't waste time and book a appointment for your lil family member now :)

Worst experience ever. When I went to pick my dogs up I asked why did it take 5 hours for one dog to be groomed and the other bathed. And was answered with an ignorant response telling me she is just one groomer and if I want faster service to seek else where with multiple groomers. There was zero communication on how long it would take and the first phone call made when booking the appointment I asked how long it would take because I dislike leaving my dogs somewhere for long periods of time it’s stressful for them. They were so thirsty the downed 2 bowls of water once home. And to top it off she botched my long haired dogs hair cut so bad I pray it grows back normal. Mind blown by the whole situation.
