    I only leave public reviews when service is extraordinary. I am super pleased with the services rendered by the medical professionals for both my son and myself. Thank you to Patricia and Dr. Guthrie. I, you and we all will be happy to utilize this dental clinic because of the superb medical care but specifically the office administrator who is keen to keeping this a first rate facility through the use of technology and asynchronously managing communication for the office during non traditional working hours. Thank you Ebony.

    I’d like to first say the hygienist and assistants were AMAZING!! The dentist was pretty awful. No bedside manner to speak of, overworked and did a SUPER rush job off both my kids’ exams; going so far as to say my son was missing two teeth, like gone from his bite completely so flippantly and not leaving any room for questions or next steps. He was really dismissive and showed no compassion. Not only that, both children had to wait an excessive amount of time on the exam table just for the dentist to come in and barely give the children or me any real consideration. To add insult to injury, i was told to make an appointment or 6 months out for another cleaning and exam (which would have been February) the front desk person, whose disposition was just as harried as the dentist, informed me that they didn’t have another opening until the end of June…. As in TEN months out. When I lightly pressed the importance of keeping us on a consistent schedule, especially after being given the haphazard news of my child not having his incisors, she dismissed my concerns and told me i could still book the June appointment and go on a waiting list with hopes that maybe, just maybe, my kids would be seen before then. When i told her that was unacceptable and against what the dentist advised, she essentially told me they had too many patients and not enough ppl to see them and gave me the info to another office. I guess patient retention isn’t a goal of theirs. Long story short, i believe that we should be able to do business in the neighborhoods in which we pay taxes. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way to a dentist 3 suburbs over (which is where i was referred to) and there’s a dentist 5 minutes away. I should be able to get good care and excellent customer service from people who put their business in close proximity to my home. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing, and i hope this challenges customer care going forward.

    So thankful for this office. They were able to see me with short notice. Being a truck driver it’s hard to make a keep appointments. Stephanie was great. And definitely took time with me. Everyone was friendly. Very happy with my visit.

    Dr. Wang and his staff are Awesome! Kind & Attentive. I felt very comfortable and knew I had chose the right place to come to for my dental needs! Would very highly recommend!!!!!!

    I had a very short wait for my assessment, treatment plan and procedure. Staff was professional and pleasant. Billing was very clear and they were able to provide detailed answers to my questions.The dental surgeon was very kind and very skilled.

    ***THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER*** This office was listed as a provider that accepts my insurance made the appointment and was told later they don’t!! I decided to try them anyway They canceled my appointment due to their air conditioning going out after I’d taken off work. Re scheduled took off work again they offered a new patient exam X-ray and basic cleaning for 79.00 A SCAM I was rushed in the chair did not even finish the HIPA paper work for them to say I need a deep cleaning after she poked my gums for dear life let me walk out with a bloody sore un cleaned mouth they didn’t clean my teeth at all and states I can pay 179 for the deep cleaning or nothing could be done and refunded me half for the cleaning😩in which they couldn’t do that either I’d have to wait for billing they take your money upfront to con u into their treatment plan and Dr Wang the most rudest not caring dentist I ever encountered please don’t waste your time very unprofessional who doesn’t even make sure legal paperwork is properly filled out I will be reporting this further

    Dr. Wang is very personable, but service provided was less than expected for my particular issues. Follow up from staff was void after Dr. Wang realized his dental plan he suggested was wrong and caused me unreasonable & unnecessary inconvenience and pain. I am yet to hear from his office Staff to rectify my issues. Prior to issues that were brought to his attention his staff was all over appointments and payments. If you actually find a competent Dentist please hold tight. It's a business simple as that and when you know how to advocate for yourself those slick talking Dentist fall back. I'm say less. Your choice at with Wang...IJS. basic at best!

    Great staff. Clean and welcoming facility. No wait time. My hygienist was professional and explained to me what she would be doing. I’ve been going to them for over 10 years.

    I’m beyond grateful they were able to get me scheduled in less than 24 hrs and I was in & out in less than an hour with X-ray and prescriptions. Thank you ALL!
