DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER. at this location it takes longer to place a mobile order than it is to go through the drive through. Then if you’re upset about waiting the rude manager will yell at you like this is your fault. Do better. All these employees on the night of march 29th should be fired. Service and quality of food were EXTREMELY low. Almost ghetto.

Was craving fried Chicken so I ordered the original chicken sandwich no pickles. They actually remembered not to put pickles on the sandwich which was a plus, definitely needed a little bit more Mayo but it did have the classic KFC taste and the chicken was cooked really well. Didn't realize how good KFC fries are.

I did a door dash order at this location. When I received my food. It was old and dry. I called the store, the manager did not have good etiquette when answering the phone. Did not want to take my concerns seriously. I asked if I can bring the food back and get a fresh batch. She refuses to redo my order and had a dry attitude. I ended up going through door dash to get some of my money back. Not all. I should have taken the door dash reviews seriously about this location. Not worth spending your hard earned money here. The food is bad, so is the attitude.

They had no customers, went to walk inside but they had the doors closed and locked before 8pm. Okay that’s fine, we went through the drive thru and stated we had a coupon (that we literally just received) and very ignorantly she said we don’t have that tonight. These workers always seem to hate their job. Specially the female workers. Always have an attitude and act as if we are bothering them. Do NOT recommend this KFC!

The chicken was too dry and old to even eat. This could explain why there were no customers there. Will never visit this location again!! Don’t waste your money.

I ordered a chicken sandwich box,and received it in a bag? No freaking box,just all in a bag. Unexceptable. Why pay for a box of your getting it in a bag. No napkins either. Never coming here again . Places have gone down,yet workers want 20.00 an hour for what,to screw up my food no thank u.

Worst customer service ever if I could give it zero stars I would went to the drive-thru at nine because I saw on the website they close at 9:30 and ask for eight piece meal and the lady on the speaker said that they only had five pieces left. She didn’t even try to sell me anything else an all I could hear on the speaker was her laughing and somebody else. Would never go there again.

Always like this KFC, chicken usually fresh and staff friendly. I go there at least a couple times a month. KFC has the best cole slaw.
