The food is great and the service is awesome the staff are nice and friendly.

My wife and I have been regulars for many years and usually visit on Sunday night as a nice way to finish the weekend and begin a new week. The food is very well priced and quite generous in serving size. Food service is always astonishingly fast and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff are always pleasant, polite and obliging. Shout out to Liz who patiently takes our order every week with a smile and a quick chat, and Nat who always clears our table quickly with a smile and a quick hello. The staff here are lovely and that is why we have been regulars for many years.

Came to celebrate a friends birthday but the service was just unbelievable disgusting! Bar tender wouldn’t serve a non alcoholic lemon lime bitters to me because I wasn’t a Muslim. My caucasian friend got a non alcoholic lemon lime bitters and she isn’t Muslim - WTH! I also disliked how the bartender thought he had the right to judge & stereotype my appearance and assume I was a Muslim and not asked if I was a Christian/Buddhist or if I was even religious. He immediately asked if I was a Muslim because of my dark complexion 😡 And what the hell was with the dark haired lady with the arm band & band-aid cover up giving me the attitude with the orders. She came straight to me, asking who had what when I already had my meal in front of me! I disliked how she rolled her eyes at me when I couldn’t help her - I was the guest to the person who organised the dinner reservation! Overall this place made me feel so upset & unwelcome. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU’VE BEEN INVITED BY A FRIEND AND YOU ARE TAN/OLIVE or SIMPLY BROWN AND DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL - YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED AND YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED EQUALLY & RESPECTFULLY HERE and THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON SITE! I felt so alone and emotionally upset when the staff couldn’t find or get me the manager 😞

Brought the family for dinner here on a Thursday night, 2 adults and 5 kids. I was really happy with the cost and service of the restaurant, in total including drinks we spent $150, that included some alcoholic drinks for the adults. The atmosphere was good and I really enjoyed my chicken schnitzel. Only negative was the playground had some damage however was clean and still operational. Well done guys

Had lunch with a big group of people and the meals were served in record time. They are very well organised. My steak was exactly as ordered. Will be back. Recommended.

Venue is fine. Staff are fine. The food however was well below average. We ordered two steaks eye fillet and Rump, pizza and and Chicken schnitzel. Steaks were as tough as leather, chips cold and stale, pizza was worse than a frozen store bought one. Can’t really destroy a schnitzel except for the dry cold chips. For the price guys you need to do better. Was supposed to be a nice meal out and we all wish we would have gone to the Maccas across the road for one third of the price.

Great little place to relax, friendly staff and people. CC's on tap and decent amount of pokies to choose from. Didn't have food here but it looked and smelt delicious.

Very pleasant for a quick lunch, good prices a good selection. The staff made us feel very welcome. Parking is easy, we highly recomend the Park ridge tavern

After ordering, we got our meal within ten minutes- very impressed! I got the classic Chicken Parmi which was delicious. Can recommend highly

We have been a few times on Tuesday night. 2 meals for $37.00 and choice if quite good. Meals always cooked well and tge salad dressing is yummy.

Good value for the food here, it's pretty tasty too, but service is slow and some staff members are rude. Act like they're doing you a favour being there. Just puts a bad taste in your mouth. Won't be back.

I had a disappointing experience with the service at Park Ridge Tavern. I ordered the pasta special, but I was charged the full price because I added chicken to my dish. What disappointed me the most was that the cashier did not inform me that adding chicken would result in paying the full price. I believe it would have been helpful if the cashier had explained this to me before I made my decision. When I brought up the issue with the manager, they mentioned that the specials sign stated "no alterations," but upon closer inspection, I realised that it did not mention anything about alternations or explicitly mention that adding chicken would be considered an alteration. This lack of clarity and communication left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Clear communication regarding any additional charges or alterations to specials would greatly improve the overall customer experience and prevent any misunderstandings. The food was great, but service was overall disappointing.

It's OK but honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to go here. Food is OK, not good pub food, but certainty not bad there was no need to complain but it's nothing to write home about. As a local, I'd much rather go to Pub Lane. In fact, whoever runs or owns this place needs to do the same and compare. Ordering at one counter, dated. Get a self ordering table system and get with the times. Also, ordering at bar, again waiting in a line. One server at food and bar for a huge place, insane. The place has a lot of seating space so hire staff and get this place modernised! They we're clearing tables quickly, all staff was nice which was good. Seems to be popular with large groups and parties. The kids playground could be maintained or updated as I imagine it to be the draw card to the place.

We love it We got the chicken schnitzel and chips and salad with hollandaise sauce that was awesome. We also had a sticky date pudding. it really was a pleasure to eat there.

Restaurant staff absolutely lovely however Food was average , steak not great completely over cooked , salad consisted of wilted lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes, a little extra effort could make a big difference. Bar staff downright rude.

Disappointed pay $10 extra for surf and turf and you get the surf in a bowl so tiny, the sauce runny and tasteless... steak chargrilled just awful... the free sauce yea that had been sitting so long it was discoloured around the edges and dried out... I understand pre-prepping etc but at least check for freshness...

Thursday night I was sitting watching around the room. I was stunned watching wait staff. One was out on the floor, twice I seen her pull at her crutch. Omg. Another was clearing tables. Pulled a cloth out of her pocket wiped the table, no spray to clean. Put the cloth back in her pocket and went about serving food. No time to was hands when returning to the floor. She also carried the the food high close to her face. When got food the veal schnitzel was over cooked. Was disgusting. So disappointed Truely gob smacked.

My partner and i popped in for their lunch special Service left something to be desired and food wasn't barely ok ordered a well done steak for my partner and the Angus burger for myself had to send the steak back as they couldn't even do that right a basic well done steak came out closer to the medium side of medium well and the burger was lacking flavour all be it it was juicey so there's that Chips stale and aioli was old

Excellent food and service. It was big and busy, so a tad noisy. But well worth eating here.

We have been in for dinner here once last year and that experience has made me not want to go back. The service was minimal, food was poor, cutlery and glassware were dirty and I could not then bring myself to finish all of the food if that was their level of cleanliness for the dining area. Some of our party got drinks from the bar area and not within the dining facilities and said that the patrons seemed too intoxicated within that area.

Always love the food. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere was good. Ladies at the counter and waitress were very friendly and lovely. The only thing that let everything down tonight was the male bartender who was rude. My sister in law and I ordered coffees and he acted like we'd interrupted his favourite TV Show.. So we just decided he was having a bad night and hoped it got better for him.

Had dinner they Tuesday 4th April. My rump steak was cooked to perfection. Medium steak was ordered. Actually came out medium juicy and tender. Great job chef.

Booked in for my sons birthday and was amazed at how nice this place was. Amazing service from staff and food was spectacular! Loved the atmosphere would definitely come back again.

Great experience. Food was excellent for price and the food service outstanding. Large bistro and a little impersonal.

We had dinner on Tue 13 June 2023, and the portions were very generous for the cost, and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken French. Thank you!

For a tavern it's above average. Salad needed olive oil on the dry old leaves but the pumpkin,feta,tomato's and balsamic sauce was fantastic. Well worth a visit on music bingo night.
