Always cute stuff. although it is fast fashion, everything seems to last a lot longer than we would expect

The old navy is always a good experience. Good selection of clothes to choose from. I was so pleasantly surprised by the great deals there! I've been shopping there more often since then, and I've gotten so many compliments from my co-workers on my new outfits from Old Navy. The employees were so pleasant and knowledgeable. Some of them give opinions if it suits you or not. The quality of their clothes is of a high standard.

Digging through the clearance racks can always find something.

The store is well laid out. Customer service is good. Old navy in general does really, really good sales. I was blown away... excellent deals, excellent quality, excellent value. However, as a recent Navyist, for me, their sizes do run a little big. I'm usually a size small/4 in other brands. At old navy, I'm extra small/size 2. Sometimes even extra small in certain selections doesn't fit quite right.

Michael time and time again just always helping. He's very nice and always helps anyone when they ask. Just the perfect employee and my favorite. Do me a favor and give this man a raise. He is such a great employee and has done me many great things. He always helps me with clothing selection. He knows his way and got to give credits to his parents for raising a great child. Anyways, enough about Michael. Its a really good store great clothing great location. Everyone is nice (especially Michael) and I just can't stop shopping here! One of my favorites.

I went to pick up some leggings I had ordered and only half my order of 4 was available. No matter as I had to return them the next day, they had no stretch! There were a few reviews that hinted at this so no complaints there. The fellow at the pick.up and then the next day at return was excellent! Very friendly and helpful and quick!!

Old Navy is the place to find beautiful well made modern clothing

Went to Old Navy to look at the $12 jeans sale. I was confused because they had jeans when you walked right in front and I just thought all the jeans for $12 but no just a certain jeans were $12 so that was confusing and disappointing because they didn't really have a wide variety of sizes available. Displays weren't marked very well. They're carrying Plus Sizes now which is great however they are putting them at the bottom of the pile so you have to dig through the whole pile to get to the size that you want there's got to be a better way.
