I purchased a pair of shoes on 10/28 and after taking them home to try on with a thicker pair of socks I decided I didn’t like how they looked on me. I had them on mere minutes. I returned less than 24hrs later and was informed by someone stating her name was “gloria” that I had worn the shoes and that she would not return them because she couldn’t sell them. Which really isn’t my problem the return policy said tags on, unworn, with original receipt. I checked all of those boxes. Frankly returning shoes after wearing them is trashy and I would never do that but perhaps she was projecting and frequents this behavior. Train the little girl a bit better and teach her it’s not that serious. The return isn’t coming out of her pocket.

Didn't have what I need but huge selection

I purchase a lot from UGG and this is the worse experience. Store manager Giselle Cortez does not honor price tag on the shoes. Slippers were on the table RIGHT BY THE DOOR with 60% discount, so I WALKED IN, but at the register i was told it only 30% off, which looks like a SCAM STRATEGY store. Won’t recommend this scam place. Manager has no knowledge how to be a manager, no respect to customers. You deserve zero stars.

Great customer service, clean, family oriented and products.

This store is not great. While ugg stopped carrying my size anyway in store (12).. that isn't their fault.. the store is always trashed, boxes everywhere unorganized, one shelf was broken with boxes sliding off of it. They didn't have any merchandise credit cards for us, and wouldn't offer me a receipt for an online return, which was odd. For a store that mostly sells items over a $100 price point, they should be doing better than this. Also, the attendant at the cash drawer turned to sneeze, blow her nose.. and did not sanitize or anything before coming back to help us.. which is pretty gross these days. I get that staffing is rough, but that is a lot to take in.
