Disgusting customer service I just received from this store!! I approached a girl to ask a question and I was met with a sigh and an eye roll. I carried on to show a picture of what I was looking for then very rudely got told well I dont even know what that is! Regardless of how busy you are..we are all busy. Don't be so rude to people I will happily shop elsewhere. Maybe clean up your messy store and people can find things themselves!

Checkout staff refused to serve me despite me having a lot of stock and nobody else waiting in line at 7:15am. Was then stopped at the exit for someone to check my receipt - I’m not stopping for you to check I have done YOUR job correctly.

Always find what I want and staff always friendly and very helpful,it would however be great if the plaza could be extended to offer shoppers more variety for our shopping. Just an update needed some storage items and new blouse too, was a good day found both, the store was busy lots going on,families everywhere.

Didn’t have my click and collect item even though I’d received confirmation to pick it up. Waited as long as I could with my crying toddler for them to fluff around and had to walk off as I had places to be. Whole point to click and collect is to make it easier! Then they’ve tried calling me, didn’t leave me a voicemail so I don’t know what outcome is whether or not they have my purchase ready. I’ve tried calling back a few times but no one answers phone there. Pathetic service. Often they don’t have things in stock, shop is always a mess, why should I show a receipt when leaving - you don’t know what you’re looking at anyway. Poor lay out. Always crowded and lines at register.

Customer service desk always has a large line with ONE person working it. When they leave, it's nothing but waiting when so many free staff members are around the store. Poor customer service, don't recommend online ordering at this Kmart store.

Called in to hold a gaming mic. Said to the girl on the phone "gaming microphone, it is $15" drove out here to find she put the wrong one on hold, this massive $39 microphone set up. I told her sorry its the wrong one. She proceeds to lie to my face while glaring at me, has the audacity to lie and say "you told me a code, and i put it in" i told her straight i have no idea where to find any code, that i told her nothing of the sort except it was $15. She starts getting real angry and her friend starts telling me that its my fault because there is no stock and i should have known. I had to leave and find the one I asked for in the first place, which WAS in fact in stock. This girl had orange hair, short and maning the change rooms. Thank you Sam at the help desk who treated me like an adult and was a decent human being.

I visited Kmart Browns Plains and found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. The store was so unruly. I get it's Xmas and people are busy but no need to be rude. If you hate your job leave. Don't take it out on the customers paying your wage.

Horrible Click & Collect - ordered $100 worth of items and not only was it not ready within the timeframe some item were refunded and some had to wait 7 days even though the website said in stock and ready for click and collect. Even the items that were refunded were in store. The girl at the counter was obviously of no help and just said system doesn’t know what’s in stock and what’s not. Makes no sense as I picked up the items in store that were refunded. Horrible.
