Extremely rude lady "Linda". Stuffed us around the whole time trying to apply a $10 discount for $50 spend we had. Accused us of already using the coupon when we hadn't (she got confused with he $120 with $40 discount). Has an attitude problem. Torva who also works there was lovely and was able to resolve our issue with the coupon.

The way Dee just spoke to a junior staff member when something wouldn’t scan was appalling. Her voice and hand movements were aggressive and you could tell she was frustrated with him. The whole line up saw it. She reminds me of my old boss who had this behaviour and she made work absolute misery. Hope she changes her attitude and becomes a kinder employee.

There is no staff anywhere to help. Once you do find staff, they are so rude and unprofessional. Treat you like you are an inconvenience. If you don't want to help customers, maybe consider finding another job. Never have I had 3 different staff members in one store be so rude with so much attitude. Management need to do some serious staff training in customer service etiquette

First time at this particular Spotlight. One other I've been to, was not impressed but this one was great. Such friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return. Handy to be right next to large car park and easy to find. Reasonable prices as usual.

Went to buy curtains and a picture frame. Was very busy and car park was full. Had difficulty locating both items and there were no staff to ask for assistance. After 30 minutes found what we wanted.

Great shop, has everything and more. For me it's my alternative Bunnings I always end up buying more than I went for. I particularly like the new machines, plenty to tempt a possible upgrade.

Awesome place to get your bits n pieces for the home. I'm a regular shopper here and staff are really helpful and friendly

Staff not helpful, nor knowledgeable. Hard to get in out of the store due to no trolleys being available. If you are lucky enough to find a trolley, be prepared to leave your coin in the trolley as you can't get it back and tracking a staff member down is hard. The range is also not as good as other stores. Staff is young and unable to help or has no interest in sewing. There are two ladies that are really helpful, and you're lucky when they're on. Not a pleasant experience going to this store
