Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Junior suite style accommodations with separate climate controls for each room and living space. Both Bathrooms in unit are well appointed and very modern. Branded toiletries are lavish and views as charming. The ladies of the overnight service staff did not meet even minimum expectations of hospitality or customer service. This is in sharp contrast to the men of the afternoon crew and valet team who were both friendly and courteous.

Overall this location is prime for meetings and conferences with its 10min shuttle from O'Hare. The rooms are cozy although would appreciate the temperature being set to 74degrees to avoid the heat shock when opening the door for the first time. But.... by far the best thing here are the coffee spoons. You heard me right, these little metallic gems have the perfect curve to their shaft! Allowing the coffee aficionados to maintain spoon in cup while sipping the divine bean! These spoons will have me coming back for years! Bravo!!!

It was my first time at a Loews Hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms were updated, comfortable, and large. The bedding was the most comfortable. Nice facilities all around, friendly and professional staff.. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was exceptional

It was my first time at a Loews Hotel and I was here for a conference. The hotel is very clean and modern. Nice facilities all around, friendly and professional staff. There are convenient and frequent shuttles to and from the airport. I also enjoyed looking at the art pieces scattered throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a great stay. The location to the airport with shuttle back and forth was excellent. If you have a car and need to leave. The hotel is next to the expressway so you can jump on and go anywhere. The Mall next door was a plus. Rooms are updated very nicely. Clean and spacious. Housekeeping was very friendly and ask how my day was and if I was in need of anything. All the staff professional and eager to please. The lobby and elevators were very clean and smelled fresh. Parking could be a challenge, but I purchased the room with parking, which came out to $20 per day. Which is about half the price of their usual parking fees. The restaurant/bar lobby is popping at night. I had a couple of appetizers and drinks. Everything was perfect. The Capitol Grille and McCormick and Schmidt have restaurants literally right outside the front door. Makes dinner plans so much easier.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Great price and location. The rooms are super nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathroom were very nice. Also they have a 24 hour free shuttle that runs every 15 min. The pick up is now at terminal 2 at the airport but it is well labeled and each hotel has very clearly labeled vans. The blue train line is only a short walk (about 15 min) away and just up the street. This line takes you directly into the city. So overall a great place!

I have never had a problem with the hotel itself. It’s nice overall but... Just wanted to FYI customers that this hotel has elected to stop picking up at Terminal 5 (Delta). Bit of a turn off for those who use that airline frequently, since you have to transfer via tram to another terminal and then walk to the shuttle center, adding 30 minutes to your journey. I’d advise looking elsewhere for a hotel that does pick up from Terminal 5, if you’re a regular Delta user. I’ve gone from having a standard frequently used hotel to looking for a new one that doesn’t treat me like an inconvenience.

Paid for the park and fly deal. Excellent price. Room was fantastic. Perfect location close to O'Hare that offers the ability to stay the night, park your car and fly the next day. We presented our parking pass to get validated and a Loews sticker was placed on the ticket. My only complaint is when we attempted to use this ticket on our return to leave the parking ramp it wouldn't accept the ticket. Not a big deal, except the parking help were really rude. The machine wouldn't let me insert the validated ticket. It wasn't reading it correctly. I pressed the help button and was basically told I needed to back up and go back up to the fourth floor and park, ride the elevator back to the lobby and get a validated pass. After protesting that we had a validated pass we were asked a bunch of questions and eventually allowed to exit. The only way you could get the validation sticker I had was with park and fly. And I was treated like I was trying to steal parking. Overall excellent hotel minus the parking issue.

When flying out of Ohare Airport in Chicago. This is one of the most convenient ways to stay overnight and fly out in the morning. They have the option to stay before your trip or after your trip. Makes it very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The big shower was very nice. Also if you get a room on the west side. You can see all the planes landing and taking off. The location is also very easily accessible from the toll road 294. When visiting. Make time for the fashion outlet malls that are right behind the hotel. Very easy to walk to. I highly recommend this location.

If you are coming to the Rosemont area, this is simply the nicest hotel. The rooms were updated, comfortable, and large. The toilet paper and bathtub size could be improved in the 1 bedroom suite. However the shower and water pressure left nothing to be desired for a hotel. The bedding was the most comfortable I've used in the area. The service was second to none. I was here for a busy convention and there also happened to be 2 weddings that weekend at the hotel. At no point did I feel Loews was short staffed or made any service concessions as others have. The text service was wonderful and every single staff member I interacted with in person or via phone brought a very high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. They should sincerely receive commendations for their hard work and effort. I did not like the parking garage. if it is busy you might be parking on the high floors, I wish I utilized the valet. I only wish it was closer to the convention center. I'll be staying at Loews for all future events at Donald. However, utilizing a shuttle for hourly service or w.e would be a great value add service for a busy convention.

Spacious, clean, and updated sleeping rooms that offer vista views of the Chicago skyline. Bathrooms had adequate lighting that helped to see better when getting ready for your day. There are safes available in the rooms along with a comfortable lounge chair, Kuereg styled coffee makers, and a working desk in the rooms. Room service was prompt. When I requested additional toiletries, those items arrived within 10 minutes. Meeting rooms are spacious and conducive for good learning and an engaging environment. They also offer airport shuttles every 15mins. I highly recommend this Loews.

Best hotel ever! We’ve stayed several hotels around ORD airport, this one is a real one! Shuttle bus pick up at terminal 3, the driver was pretty helpful and friendly. The room was pretty clean and big. They provided all shower needs products but didn’t have toothpaste and toothbrush. Their bathtub shower system was awesome, especially water temperature works great. Carpet was clean and the bed were great. The only problem is they only provided $8 water bottle if you need to drink water in the room. Very nice room to relax after long hours flight, and also very quiet. Highly recommend!

I actually visited Capital Grille next door to Loews. However, I did stay at Loews a few years back and enjoyed my overnight stay. The room was a good size and staff were accommodating and courteous. I dont recall prices, sorry. The location is within walking distance of many attractions in the Rosemont Entertainment Center. Dining, shows, movies, and the convention center. Great hotel, great location.

Loews Chicago O'Hare offers a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and overall was a pleasant experience. We couldn't hear the neighbors through the partition in the room. The bed was plush yet not too soft which I appreciated. I went down to the bar inside of Loews to had Margareta pizza that was delicious and so fresh! The drinks at the bar packed a punch as well. Disclaimer: This is my first time staying at a Loews but based off of this experience, I am considering staying at a Loews during my next trip to Toronto.

Overall a great value for location and price of hotel. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean, and had plenty of places to eat and travel to nearby. The staff was friendly and concierge is attentive. Side note: though not listed, the connected restaurant is open until 11pm for food and 12am for the bar.

We had a two-day work conference at the Loews Chicago. It was a fantastic experience professionally and personally. The staff were professional, prepared, and helpful. Carlos C. went out of his way to make guests feel special and get them what they needed. The meeting facility was great. The room was great. The ability to get places was easy. I highly recommend.

It is beautiful hotel, with a great view of O'Hare. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was less than welcoming when we checked in. I also emailed the concierge a few days before our arrival to let them know about the special occasion we were there for, I never received any acknowledgement of the email, which was disappointing because I sent the email after an automated message from the hotel asked me to let them know why we were coming and if we had any special requests. Had much higher expectations from a hotel that had such a good reputation. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. I just wish I would have been treated better.

The hotel rooms were lovely and well appointed. The customer service from the front desk, to the bell hops, to room service, to the cleaning staff, basically, anyone we encountered, was IMPECCABLE!!!! The resturant food was delicious, and room service topnotch! What a great experience!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone I loved:<)

This is an extremely clean and professional hotel. My husband and I stayed overnight to attend a smooth jazz concert. Check in/out was effortless, the room was newly updated and immaculate. I would recommend staying here anytime.

Had a great single night experience before a morning flight. It is a very convenient location with great food. You can also get a great long term parking rate if you stay a night before your flight. I would highly recommend if your ohare plans require it.

This hotel is pretty close to perfect. We arranged for a late check-in when we booked, and it was smooth and seamless when we arrived. The night shift staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We bought a couple small bags of pretzels and a water for a late snack before bed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My little tiny complaint is that the shower head was in dire need of CLR. All of the calcification caused poor water pressure. We woke up early to take advantage of their free airport shuttle. It leaves every 15 minutes and was quick and efficient. Thank you to all for the fantastic stay!

Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Great stay! Location was great! Right next to the Fashion Outlets and close to so much that was going on in Chicago. Staff was awesome. Rooms were nice. The hotel was pretty quiet even though it seemed to be on the airport pathway. Didn't bother me at all.

Our wedding at Loews Hotel Rosemont was truly magical. The event planning staff outdid themselves with exceptional service and a keen eye for detail. They handled everything from the initial stages of planning to the final execution with professionalism and flair, turning our dreams into reality. We felt understood and supported throughout the entire process. The communication was exceptional, their response time impressive, and their ability to handle last-minute requests was remarkable. Their efforts gave us a stress-free, joyous celebration that we, and our guests, will remember forever. We can't recommend Loews Hotel Rosemont highly enough for any event. It is the epitome of outstanding service and hospitality.

The room was comfortable and clean. Loved the shower. The shuttle to and from the airport was very efficient - better than other hotels we have tried.

The room was very nice but the fridge was smaller than a normal hotel, I noticed that there was no microwave so I called down to the desk and they wanted 25 dollars to bring us a microwave after I paid over $300 for the room. No pool or hot tub. No free continental breakfast of any kind. Alot of money for not that much in return. I will say the room was beautiful, clean and comfy. We had a sweet with 2 thermostats. Master bath was amazing and updated. King bed was very comfortable.

Awesome hotel inside and out. All the Staff was great, very accommodating, facilitates are all top notch. Only reason for 4 star on rooms was the rooms were warm at night no matter how u set the thermostat The room itself was very nice.

Very NICE hotel! The fitness center is complete & clean with new equipment! The rooms are spacious and full of amenities! The rooms are so comfortable, and the T.V. so LARGE, you may NOT want to leave...EXCEPT "The Ashburn" awaits! At the lobby level, fine dining or a sports bar atmosphere will be your choice depending on where you would like to be seated. The cuisine, aviation themed drinks, and service are impeccable! I look forward to my next stay!

We missed our flight and has to stay somewhere over night. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were super kind and the hotel is very modern and clean. Plus it's very easy to get to and from the airport.

Absolutely clean, well staffed, and rooms are fantastic size to not feel squeezed even if a short stay. Take advantage of a massage if you missed Terminal Getaway Spa inside Ohare Airport if delayed & utilize the best services and food Chicago has to offer. Enjoy!

We needed a room close to the elevators because of heath reasons. The kindness of the front desk made sure that happened. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel were wonderful to interact with. If we come back into the area, we will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our well maintained comfortable room and especially appreciated the in-room robes provided, that were cuddly, soft, and warm. They provided a homey feeling. The room was super clean, well organized, and made effective use of the space while still maintaining an open, refreshing feel. Great place to relax before and after enjoying the Smooth Jazz concerts at the theater.

Hotel is awesome! Do NOT use the shuttle though! Their shuttle drivers are the rudest, most unfriendly and unhelpful part of their staff! They offer no help loading your luggage, are incredibly rude, and just seem to stop wherever they feel like at the airport instead of actually taking you to your gate. They also will not open the door for the shuttle until the exact time they're ready to leave, not you, and they will definitely let you stand outside in the cold and rain. 0 or even minus 1 for their shuttle operators. Everything else is awesome though!

Recently had to take an international flight. I had originally booked a Park, Sleep, Fly package where I would simply park fly and take the room when I returned, but due to distance, I went the evening before the flight, therefore staying the evening before the flight and after my return. The hotel is located about 45 minutes (rush hour traffic) from downtown Chicago. But very close to O'Hare. The staff were phenomenal. The rooms - clean and very welcoming. The parking was a no-stress effort; very secure and accommodating. I and my family couldn't have asked for a greater experience in a hotel. We have found the go-to hotel for our travel needs when we depart out of Chicago. I truly cannot express the gratitude we have for Loews Hotels. They are the best!

It's flashy and shiny, everything is sparkling and sterile looking. Artwork is everywhere, the hotel is well known for this and all of the meeting and ball rooms are named after famous artists. There are three restaurants conveniently around the hotel grounds, all with different price ranges. Rooms are spacious, and expensive, no microwave but at least there's a room safe and a small refrigerator. Beds are comfortable but super soft, it reminded me of being swaddled like an angel baby. Enjoy your stay!

The Lowes Hotel is an amazing venue. The proximity to shopping and restaurants is fantastic. I learned about the hotel during a jazz concert they hosted. I have since fallen in love with the facility and their pleasant employees. I will continue to visit this hotel. I wish they would bring their delicious grits back to the dining area, but overall, it is an amazing hotel...oh and the beds and the pillows...AMAZING!

I absolutely love this hotel!!! The service is impeccable. It's super clean and the contemporary décor is fabulous. The airport shuttle operates around the clock and is very convenient for travel. I cannot wait to visit some of the other properties!

The hotel was clean and the guest services were very warm and personable. I came in very late and it was only a one night stay so I didn't use any other amenities. I don't normally stay at hotels but I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Chicago and need to be close to the airport.

The check in process went really well. Even a week before checking in, when I called to make sure everything was confirmed, every staff member I talked to were amazing! Joann was super sweet and energetic. The room was super clean and room service was quick. Very comfy beds as well. I will definitely be checking in again soon! only thing I would change are the prices of from the menu. It's a bit pricy but overall it was great!

This is a nice modern hotel in Rosemont right next to the airport. The staff is friendly and there is bar/restaurant in the lobby in addition to a gift shop. There are also a bunch of nice restaurants and shops in walking distance. They offer an airport shuttle as well. Stayed in an executive suite which is really just a slightly larger room. There is no dividing wall between the bed and the sitting area. The TV is mounted to be viewed from the sitting area and not as viewable from the bed. The bathroom is modern with a large window but right opposite the bed. There is a large shower but no tub. The closest is a walk in and close to the exit door. The furniture seems odd and ill fitted to the space but modern and comfortable enough. The two swivel chairs in the sitting area appear to have some spots on them but otherwise everything is clean and well maintained. Plenty of outlets around the room. They do offer room service until 11p. Food in the lobby restaurant was good. Overall, good place to stay near the airport.

Very clean, modern furnishings, and good service. A bulb burned out in our room but we didn’t bother to report it. The only negative is there was an empty cabinet where a refrigerator should have been. At these prices every room should come with a refrigerator.

Grading as a luxury hotel. Staff was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were… hotel pillows, so not bad. Room was large and clean. But shower head was a rain shower kind, and instead of straight down it was shooting everywhere like it needed cleaning. Not sure I like the idea of an opaque door to the bathroom, you can’t turn on the lights in the middle of the night without waking everyone. A rolling door also may not be wise. Small gripes only lose it one star.

  • 4/5 Jaxon M. 1 year ago on Google
Overall my experience with this hotel was good. Breakfast was great with plenty of food and options, and they even have a Starbucks inside as well. However the bedrooms with two beds are very small. I think there only meant to sleep one person in each bed. But overall a very nice hotel.

  • 5/5 Theresa S. 1 year ago on Google
Check in was fast super friendly person the room extra clean and beautiful. The bathroom was over sized different sort of sink just don't turn it on full speed but the shower is wonderful. Beds comfortable but small extra soft pillows. We got the shuttle to airport in the morning runs every 15 minutes on time. There are 3 restaurants on or around property. They are all kind of high end in price but good food. We ate at there personal restaurant and enjoyed our meal. Will definitely use this hotel again for future travels. Also parking in in a garage so cars not left out on lot.

The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and the staff were friendly, which is why I went with three starts instead of two. I believe many if not most people stay here on account of the shuttle service to O'Hare, which is widely seen as one of the better ways to get to the airport and park. While the hotel was lovely, the shuttle was extremely inconvenient for us, to the point I felt like yelling. We parked for an extended period and rode the shuttle after initially parking--on the outbound shuttle, the driver saw us approaching with our bags from another doorway and proceeded to grill us in a rude manner about where we were coming from. I responded we came from the hotel and he challenged me, saying that he saw us come from another direction. I told him to go check with the front desk if he was so concerned. Not a great way to begin the reservation... We returned from an international trip to terminal 5. Read carefully, because if you arrive at the international terminal, the shuttle does not automatically stop there, unlike all the other terminals--you have to call the main desk. We were not told this by the first driver and I had to discover it for myself on the hotel website. Luckily, I had checked the website and knew to call once we got our bags. However, the website did not say whether the shuttle picked us up where it dropped us off (upper level) or the lower level. No problem, I thought, I'll just ask when I call. So, I call, and call, and call--the line is busy for the front desk at the hotel is busy for over 25 minutes. Strange. So, I call the main Loews franchise number and they manage to route me in--the woman is very friendly and apologetic on the phone. She said she'll let the shuttle know--I ask where the shuttle picks up and she says door 5e, which is the same door we were dropped off at. I asked if she knew if that was upper or lower level and she said she didn't know. To make this long story short, due to the busy signal, the calling, and the unclear information from the website and person I called, it took over an hour and fifteen minutes to get picked up from the terminal. Not a great way to get off a 9 hour flight. Some recommendations for the hotel: list clearer information on the website, including the correct locations for pickup at the international terminal. During busy international arrival times, make pick-up at the international terminal automatic and let visitors know this. Finally, make sure the people answering phones know the answers to these necessary questions.

The rooms are nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds. The pillows are very soft to the point of needing 3 to make a regular pillow. The bathrooms are modern and clean, although the rainfall shower head in my room had many of the openings not working, so there wasn't much water or water pressure. Also, the shower layout is a little awkward. There's no door on the shower, but the wall doesn't prevent all the water from escaping. There is a footrest for shaving, but it's so far from the water that it isn't really functional. The toiletries provided are nice. Location is great if you're looking for proximity to ORD, but it's very limiting in terms of restaurants or places to walk to. I was expecting the flight noise to be much worse than it was. You could barely hear the planes, even though you can e the airport from the rooms. The shuttle is very convenient. Only problem I had was a driver who didn't listen to the airline I needed, even though the other passengers all heard clearly, and missed my stop. Luckily, I was able to get off at the next terminal and walk, since I wasn't in a huge rush.

Loved our stay at the Loews. Room was clean, comfortable and staff was super friendly. We requested 2 cribs and sheets, which were provided. Worked out perfectly as we all got good nights rest. We went with the room and parking package, cost less and was very convenient with getting in and out of the hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice, modern, and clean place to stay. Staff is very helpful and kind. The shower is very spacious and has a waterfall shower head. Rooms were spacious, clean, and inviting. The restaurant inside of the hotel is great with a very nice menu and bar. There’s plenty of other restaurants and fun things to do in the immediate surrounding area as well. If I’m ever back in town I would choose this hotel again.

Shuttle bus was on schedule. I researched a lot of hotels in the area and because of Chicago climate, shuttle buses are an important factor and this hotel had excellent reviews (some negative ones come from people arriving in 5 international terminal because it needs to be arranged & they didnt know.) Room looks very modern but cleanliness lacked tiny bit. Service was extremely good. Food was not fantastic but good/decent. My companion was also impressed with hotel quality and value and asked me to look for Loews hotel in other destinations in the future. Highly recommend.

Traveled out of O’Hare and was super impressed with this hotel from check-in to check-out. Professional staff, clean facilities and a great in house restaurant. Its location to the Fashion Outlet Mall was great and the restaurants in front of the hotel were a convenient option. The shuttle was great with frequent run times. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was amazing and the on-site staff great but even though we had our parking ticket validated for the parking garage, the system tried to charge us. Whomever answered the help button was less than helpful and had an attitude. We ended up calling the hotel directly and they sent someone to let us out of the gate. This was the only issue with the Loews. I would definitely return.

Very nice hotel. Booked for a Park Sleep and Fly, and parking garage is attached to hotel. Shuttles run every 15-20 minutes, and the front desk is super helpful. Room is really nice, and there even some nice robes in the wardrobe. Will definitely stay again!

We only stayed one night with their park/sleep/fly option. The check-in/check-out and parking options were flawless, and the shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient with near no wait - arguably better than any of the airport remote lot shuttles, making the whole stay competitive with parking alone at a remote lot, only you don't get a hotel room with those.

Excellent layover stay with incredibly comfy beds. So quite and peaceful!!! A bit on the expensive side, but the shuttle to the airport ran every 15 minutes. We ordered roomservice for dinner and it was delicious, still a bit pricy. Loved the guy that brought us our food! Downside: no breakfast or downstairs coffee.

A fantastic hotel stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms included a large waterfall shower too. There wasn't much of a view, but we were too cozy sleeping in to notice. The hotel is remarkably peacefully quiet. Jacky, who checked us in, was friendly and happy to help-- and even remembered us later with a smiling face!

I've been to Lowe's many times and we were as pleased as always with being there this last weekend! All is so clean, beautiful, friendly and affordable. This time we enjoyed the basketball playoffs in the lounge with a great gluten free mushroom and goat cheese pizza!

Everything was exceptional except that the phone system in the rooms continues to be a mystery with me. It would be helpful to have some directions in using it. The rooms have everything I need, even a very comfortable chair with foot rest. Room service was great, food excellent and and hot. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I will continue coming to Loews when traveling through Chicago because of the high quality. It's an exceptional home away from home.

This hotel, when you enter, has nice vibes. It looks very nice and clean. I was there for a conference and stayed here twice (3 nights one time and 2 nights this time). My first experience was horrible and i let it go because things can happen. However, when the same things happened again. When I asked to get my parking ticket validated it didn't happen both times!! I had to go back in and get it validated again ( validation just means that you can use your same ticket to go in and out- everyday cost of parking is 38 $ in their deck). Last time, I had the iron smoking up. I had to unplug it and request a new iron. That iron was also not working. The third iron worked thankfully. The same thing happened this time. The iron plugged and would not heat up. I expect if the hotel is charging top prices they have their amenities be check regularly. Upon request I got another iron that was working thankfully. The Bulb in one of the lamps would not work either. Both of the times I had the room facing the parking deck. Def not spending that much money to have a room facing parking deck. I was accidentally parked in the front and my brother took the keys with him. The guy that came outside to get my car moved was extremely rude. He wouldn't wait for 2 seconds for me to explain the situation to him. I understand that your bus needed to get unloaded but hold on a second. One of the worst experiences ever. I would rather skip and go to another place. The only reason this place gets any stars from me is because it was clean and it was close to the airport (8 mins). Overall, Would not want to stay again at this place.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the beautiful room to amazing service we could not be happier with Loews. The only thing we didn't like was the additional cost for overnight parking but it still wasn't a huge inconvenience because it was stated when we booked our room, just wish it was included. Can't wait to stay here again next year!!

My experience was very good. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was very friendly and ask how my day was and if I was in need of anything. The lobby and elevators were very clean and smells fresh. The location to the airport with shuttle back and forth was excellent. The Mall next door was a plus also. All in all, great location with Luxury accommodation.
