if you're considering where to eat right now, look no further!!!! Delicious chicken sandwich and AMAZING messy fries in a cute, country inspired place. The staff was friendly and happy, the place was clean, the decor was adorable, and the food rocked. Careful about spice level....mild even had a small kick🔥

Oh my lanta… stop looking for places to eat and get over here now!!! This was definitely the best fried chicken that I’ve legit ever had, and I’ve had a lot. The chicken sandwich was the go to and was fried perfectly with the most delicious coleslaw and pickles on it. Got two sides, one of the seasoned fries and the other Mac and cheese. Seasoned fries I think was seasoned with the same dry rub as the chicken and was great! The Mac n cheese was super cheesy but perfect! Also, the staff were some of the nicest people I’ve meet. Legit want to be friends with all of them. And the playlist was all the bop which made lunch fun and vibey. Oh and they had lots of seating!

In a world where everything is expensive, good customer service is extra important. The customer service from the cashier was fair from friendly. He was short and rude with me. He also charged me for a sample of the hot sauce and when I questioned it, he walked away. Not cool, Paul. Check out the pictures for the size of the sample. With a step up from the customer service, this place would get a solid 4.5 stars. The chicken was fresh and hot. It was cooked perfectly. A bit expensive but delicious. The fries were also delicious. Straight up beef tallow. To note - for $4 you get a half of a handful of fries. 😒 Also, be careful with the spices, they get spicy!

The host recommended the Spicy Butter Fried Chicken Sandwich w/ Seasoned Fries and it did not disappoint. One of the best takes on a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich I’ve had! If you like heat, get the hot flavor (just the right amount of heat). Will definitely be back!

Meaty piece of Chicken that actually has some overflow off the Brioche Bun. The toppings are paired and rationed perfectly on the sandwich, so that you get every bit of taste of your chicken. BE SURE TO GUAGE YOUR SPICY 🌶 LEVEL USING THEIR INTERESTING SPICE CHART. Last but not least: their home cut fries and Mac-n-cheese are freshly made to order!

First it was a younger staff - But they killed it with outstanding customer service. The Owners should know that they have a great team working there. Second - They really do have an amazing chicken sandwich & sides. This is a must stop especially if you like spicy chicken. Plain seasoned chicken to what did I order it so hot.

Chicken sandwich was great hot. A little expensive for only a sandwich at $11.49. Getting fries and drink was an additional $4.99. Cashier was helpful. All tables were dirty. They don't wipe after customer finishes. I did hear alot of comments from male workers joking around about previous customers which was very rude. For instance he says a customer asked for onions then he mentions he doesn't even like onions so could he have them grilled? Both workers were making comments about that interaction amongst alot more rude comments. I was very surprised cause I thought the workers had good customer service the first 2 minutes interacting with them but as they kept playing and making comments at counter and in lobby was shocking. Garbage was also overflowing so everytime someone through something in Garbage it would fall on floor.

4.6 overall from me - this place is very good. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was delicious - I got it Medium Hot w/ a side of seasoned fries that were crispy and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!

I ordered the spicy butter chicken sandwich. Look @ the pictures. That boy look greasyyy 🧈. Might be a lot of oil for some but the butter complimented the chicken well! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a switch up from regular order.

First time to eat in this place and experience was awesome. It’s a great place to eat Nashville style chicken here in west Chicago. I tried their tenders and it was so good. They have spice levels and I tried the level 4 and it was damn hot. It’s a perfect dinning place and the good enough and the service is awesome. Would definitely come back.

My family and I really enjoy Fry the Coop. The chicken, fries, sides, and beer are all amazing. All the different combinations compliment each other well. The service is always professional and pleasant. Fry the Coop also does a great job supporting the local community.

First ever experience at a FtC and was a pleasant one. Decided to try something different on the way back home from Oakbrook Center Mall and stumbled onto this place on Google maps. A definite break from any of the popular boneless chicken franchises such as Chick-fil-A, PDQ, Cane's, etc but a slightly different approach than the rest. Nashville style and an emphasis on spice. Quality of food here is good with reasonable prices, customer service is down-to-earth awesome and venue is kept clean/sanitized. Not sure how often I'll get around to dining in at a location since the closest location is at least a 25 mile haul south of my house up in Beach Park.

definitely one of my all time favorite Nashville chicken places. chicken is tender and flavorful and never disappoints! I always get level medium for spice level and that had the perfect amount of kick with it. my favorite items are the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the messy fries!

First time eating from this restaurant I wanted to try the food for a while but found time today and I can say I should've been eating here a long time ago. I ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich and Messy Fries. It was absolutely wonderful. Fresh, Good flavor etc. This might be my go to chicken spot from now on. Sorry but Chick-fil-A you have been replaced..lol

So I wanted to start this off by saying I didn’t plan on leaving a review but after seeing KC’s braindead review I had to set the record straight. To start things off the customer service here and at the other locations are great. I have been to fry the coop close to 100 times now and I wouldn’t be coming back if the food and service wasn’t amazing. I think sometimes people forget that people have can an off day and I’m not sure about everyone reading this but I for one couldn’t hold a customer service job because if some karen named KC didn’t like my attitude I would have some sarcastic remark to make and most likely get fired but I digress. The food here is so good if I walked in the door and they kicked me in the balls I’d still be happy to eat here because it is really that good and the service has never been an issue either. I just wanted to write this because fry the coop isn’t a massive chain and I think being transparent and accurate in reviews is important so to see a review that is just full of inaccurate information I had to stand up for one of my favorite food places!

Choose from chicken sandwich, tenders, or chicken and waffles, then pick your heat level! They range from country (naked), Mild, hot, crazy and insanity (ghost pepper) dry rubs. Food came out fast, chicken was juicy with a good crunchy breading, piece of white bread and your choice of several dipping sauces. Will be back for these tenders again!

First timer here. I had some chicken tenders which were ok not bad but also not super good. They had like a smokey flavor intertwined which was interesting let's say that. The sides were absolutely terrible. Mac and cheese also had a smokey bacon like flavor which ruined the whole mac and cheese for me. The coleslaw was flavorless and watery. And their fries were burnt and hard just gross. They are very pricey for the small portions they give you. Won't be back there.
