    Super busy, got to the order had to repeat my order multiple times, got to drive through pay window paid, drove forward and got told payment didn’t go through. Argued and showed them the transaction for the meals on my banking app, still didn’t believe me. “Sir you’re going to have to drive around, the check out window will sort you out.” When I literally showed the manager the transaction. So went around & waited 15 minutes for the drive through to clear. The lady quickly apologised for it but it was terribly disappointing and the manager didn’t really care. Anyways got the food drove out then checked the food, chips unsalted & well burger looks like someone slapped it together in like 5 seconds and where the heck are the pickles, I didn’t order a ham with bun. Bruh would avoid coming back.

    Never again will I eat from there. The bread rolls were stale on 2 burgers, my chicken was dry as, the kids happy meals never got their toys with meal....after 3 times of asking what I wanted in the happy meals, she still got it wrong. I just gave up on trying to get her to get order right👎👎

    Always disappointing. The tall skinny female Manager has great customer service, but the food is always below average. Make the extra trip to Meadowbrook for a much better experience!

    I mean I was coming on here to complain a a bit about how I havnt really recieved a correct uber order correctly but I am reading the other reviews and cleaning the place isn't the workers responsibility, I've worked in fast food before and would you rather have fast service or slow service and seeing people wandering around cleaning? Just clean up after yourselves. It's my pet hate hearing how a place is messy, if you wouldn't leave your own place messy why would you leave a restaurant like it.

    I quite like this location as they have fast service and the staff are friendly. For some reason they never give you napkins with your order forcing you to ask, and if you do drive thru you'll have no chance of getting napkins. Nevertheless, happy to give 3 stars and I will return.

    absolutely horrendous staff i’ve never seen anyone more rude then the manager with brown hair working around 2:00am on saturday(22-04-23). we were after chicken and cheeses but got a rude remark and cursed out by her. Never got refunded for it too and abused to get out the drive through.

    Nah this is just ridiculous. Every single time I order from this maccas they always leave 1-2 items out, it’s actually so annoying. There needs to be an intervention because someone ain’t getting the orders right, it’s so inconvenient! I spend money and don’t get what I paid for. Every. Single. Time. Without fail. Over it

    McDonald’s Logan Central hmmm don’t even get me started apparently they don’t know how to answer a phone called them 16 times all it did was ring through they answered twice and hung up straight away. I waited half an hour for food it was sitting on the counter no numbers called out what so ever all they could say is oh here’s your food sorry about that Not good enough! If there was a 0 star option I’d definitely do that worst McDonald’s ever

    too options on how to order made a chaotic scene with confused employees and disgruntled (upset/rude) customers making the "eat in" experience completely different to what it used to be. Take it back to just person to person ordering (btw those who did this during my visit got their food quicker). Intentionally void of atmosphere, the place feels like a square box with a couple of rectangular blocks thrown inside, rather than a restaurant, fine I guess if you are a lego character. I get the feeling McDonald's would much prefer all their customers to orders via drive through.

    Staff were great and helpful. Ordered twice, digital order panel didn't issue an order receipt each time...Think being a cash shopper confused the machine... Restaurant needed a tidy and wipe down of tables.

    Crispy chicken salad is very sad, lettuce and chicken is all you get!! No onion no cabbage no carrot no tomato just chicken and lettuce very sad indeed!!

    I wish I could give 0 stars- today I had a COCKROACH in my chai latte. I was offered to come back for a replacement and now have been offered $20 credit. I don’t want anything other than people to be aware how disgusting this is and I feel like it was handled like a joke by management. As if I would accept $20 credit to use after I had that in my drink 🤢

    Useless service. When you drive thru everyday after midnight they always say “Sorry I can’t take orders right now, currently we are doing registry update”. If you can’t take orders shut the store and go home. Is this 24 hours service?, change it to we are closing at 12.00 midnight. Don’t waste others time. Useless

    Whoever was passing food out in the drive thru tonight 26/7/22, was soooo awful at their job that in the whole process, she didn’t even acknowledge me or say a word to me. She handed me the drinks not even looking at me and then when she brought the food back she was so busy having a conversation with her work mate. Our coke tasted like soda water which was also awful. Usually the staff here are great but unless that girl wants a career and to go far in life, she needs to know some human decency.

    Unhappy as firstly the shake I ordered was spilling and it went all over my hands . Been ignored at drive thru window she walked off gave my meal and no napkins ? Then I had to honk my car to get a napkin and then even a happy meal toy was missing ! Very unhappy with service. The girl was just walking by me and talking but i was ignored

    I ordered hot cakes this morning through drive thru from McDonald’s around 11am and headed to another cafe to get my coffee as I dislike Maccas coffee. I opened my Maccas bag and find out I only had two pieces of hot cakes, one whipped butter that leaked everywhere in the bag and no maple syrup. I returned back to Maccas and walked inside and waited in line to ask why I only got two pieces of hot cakes and no other items. The service lady didn’t respond and immediately got me a new bag of items. I didn’t return for a new bag. I drove back for a refund otherwise I would’ve just ate two plain hot cakes for just 9.95 cause petrol is hella cheap 🤯😵‍💫

    Well, I went through the drive through and it was not what I expected. Normally I get someone who basically acts like they don't want to work that night which is fine because sometimes nither do I lol! But this time was different I spoke to a lady and had a laugh with her and I just wanted to thank her personally for a great laugh so thank you so much Shakira ❤❤ amazing service and actually great to have someone to laugh with!! Great job at having her and I hope she is around for a long time!!! ❤

    Toilets clogged and in disrepair, food took 20 mins, my coffee was never made despite paying for it. Honestly a homeless shelter would be better for cleanliness, promptness and actual food service.

    There's great seating outside, but it's ruined by constant music playing from the store speakers. Because of this the store is just as uncomfortable inside and outside. Coffee is still good.

    I tried to get food to take my medication with . When I got to the window to pay the person had left & there was no one there to take my money. The drive thru was busy with cars it was 11.25pm so I moved up then the boy came back & looked at me . Not much I could do. I got to the window & the girl wanted to take my card & go to the first window to pay without me being there so I said no the boy shouldn't of left with it being busy & I drove off . I don't know who you are to trust with my key card & you didn't give me your car keys & your house keys as a deposit

    So we spend $92 at maccas for the family dinner, we asked at the window so it’s all in there? The worker said yes confidently and we drive all the way home just to notice that they left a burger out. I called them up spoke to the manager and all she could offer is a code to get the burger replacement. So we have to drive all the way back with our petrol and time just to pick up a burger that they forgot. I asked if we could get a delivery on this as this is very inconvenient and she said no sorry I can just give you a code for the missed burger that’s it, that’s our policy... Really poor service maccas. You always forget stuff then expect your customers to drive back to get what your workers forgot in the first place. Not to mention the quality of the food tonight was terrible.

    Ordered through Menulog …got three meals I watched two other people eat because they forgot my burger and chips and rang McDonald’s because they couldnt help me said I had to contact Menulog and try and get a discount or credit the meal that was missing was $18.80.

    Used the machines to order food, got the family feast meal comes with six burgers and 4 fries and medium/large drinks depending upon upgrading. Computer was easy to navigate and read, a little tricky getting the touch pad to recognise the touch on the intended food anyway made our order and got the ticket to pay at counter service was fair at the register and food arrived in tine but not too long they were quick on Thursday but they didn't give us our aioli sauce and they do it every single time they don't give out the sauce that you have ordered with your food. I'd be so much happier with the store if they just gave the sauce we wanted

    If I could report less then 1 star I would. Simply a Horrible restaurant. Was missing 4 French fries from my order and no ice in drinks. And this is not the first time I’ve received a completely different order from the drive through or received less items than the menu items I’ve purchased. The store always has high school kids working that are loud and obnoxious. Fix your restaurant.

    What the hecka is up with the McFlurry... never again... my mission is to never go back to your store again... 1/2 tub of ice cream... I could've got 4x ice cream cones for that price!!! Apparently if u get choc and vanilla you get less... be lucky to have had 1x ice cream cone in it, rip off.

    When coming into the store on Monday this week I was greeted with great customer service the person that served me he was kind and was willing to help me decide what I wanted. the service was fast and didn’t have to wait very long the food that was hot and fresh I ended up ordering a nuggets meal with a coke when the coke was low the staff member that supported me he filled it up for me with out me even having to ask thank you to shae or shay I can’t remember exactly the correct spelling so apologies Thank Logan central MacDonald for a great experience I am happy to eat there again

    Order paid at 6:41pm received 6:59. Only the Manager was making the burgers. 4 workers were standing at the front out of sight doing nothing. Poor management. I used to be a McDonald's manager. Burgers were great. Throughput was slow. Purchase Mon 4th April 2022

    Waited a while for our order of soft serves, even at 8:30pm at night. We ordered the chocolate ones but they didn't consult us when it was broken and just gave vanilla instead. Almost everywhere was dirty, no staff had been cleaning up or emptying bins.

    So I ordered a classic chicken salad and i paid extra cucumbers on UberEats. And when I got my food, there was no cucumbers at all so basically it looks nothing like from the pictures, they gave me 2 slices of tomato instead of cherry tomato and bunch of Lettuce and no balsamic sauce. Food was cold. Would not recommend getting it from ubereat. Whoever made my salad should get fired or get trained properly because this is just unacceptable.

    This is one of the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to. Admittedly there was a heap of people here, & many unruly, but we sat in our car to eat as there was bits of food, icecream & not sure what else smeared on all the tables. Good move on the chocolate soft serve. This is the only McDonald's close to us that serves this icecream but we all agreed to wait till another store gets it.

    Food is generally ok and freshly cooked however, have had a few issues in the past such as asking for the burger (which had 3 sauces) to be made with only 2 of the selected sauces... Perhaps I wasn't specific enough but I received the burger, drove home, opened it up ravenous and low and behold I got a bun with 2 sauces and 2 sauces only!?! No meat, no cheese, no salad, not even an onion or pickle! Perhaps I was misunderstood, I accept that... But In all communication there can be quite lacking. On a brighter note some of the staff are lovely, happy and eager to help customers with anything needed.

    I think. Well I hope they were having a bad day. Service was abit all over the place. And quite alot of swearing behind the counter. Food came slow even with hardly any other customers. But food was looking rushed/sloppy and missing bits. Was to uncomfortable to take it back.

    Came to get late night munchies and the store was absolutely trashed aswell as the service. There was food everywhere and a intoxicated man passed out along the chairs, yet I wasn’t allowed to access their bathroom. When the food was revived it was pretty much chucked at me…. Disgusted coming from someone working in fast food.

    I ordered through Menulog at 8:11 and right now it's 10:42 and still NO FOOD. I have tried to call the store and the phone just beeps. I have got in contact with Menulog them selfs and all I keep getting was the courier is at the restaurant waiting. IT DOES NOT TAKE OVER TWO HOURS TO RECEIVE FOOD!!! will never Be ordering again ( The Menulog app is frozen on the delivery time of 8:25-8:45 no matter how many times I refresh or log out and in)

    Substandard. Needs to order extras on any burger to make it decent. Charges excessive amounts for a single slice of tomato, a dollar for a few sprinkles of onion. 90% of the time they forget and get angry when you check the order in drive thru. Cannot politely express how angry this makes me.

    The food was pretty good for mcdonalds, my hashbrown was still fresh despite being after lunch. However I ordered a toasted banana bread, when the guy gave me my food he said is it okay if I heat the banana bread instead of toasting, I said that's fine. I then had to wait 15 minutes because the guy forgot, so I went an asked and the banana bread had been sitting there waiting for them to give it to me the whole time. Atmosphere was mid, a cop showed up.

    Usually go for Men's group so the use of the meeting room is what we are there for. Good sizeable restaurant with a lot of seating. Monitors for self service is available as you walk in and they also take orders at the counter. Food is fast and reliable bonus that McCafe is there too. Hot and cold bevvies right at your finger tips and something savoury if your not wanting a big feed.

    I've been ripped off today. I've been charged for a large mocha $9,60. and I've been waiting for a coffee around 1 hour. everybody left, and I'm still waiting there. when I asked the staff why I'm waiting that's long? The girl was so rude towards me. then she gave me a small coffee. unfortunately today I get ripped off and disrespected up there.
