I really liked the monster jam show, the bad thing is that it doesn't have ventilation to combat the toxic gases emitted by vehicles in other events. seats are too narrow you can barely sit it would be great if there was a couple of fleas more space, I still recommend it in my personal opinion be prepared because you can't get out of the seating lines bring water and a good mask

Small arena so it feels cozy and itโ€™s easy to get around. Unfortunately they didnโ€™t check our vaccination cards and many people werenโ€™t wearing their masks. I tested positive for covid-19 shortly after this event.

Not a bad seat in the house. I love Allstate Arena. I bought 3 tickets to Trans-Siberian Orchestra for myself and kids and we are on the 2nd level (216) we had concession and restrooms right near us and had a great view of the stage. The restrooms were clean and the amount of concession stands open had me in and out of line in minutes. Great show, great sound, great time.

The arena isnโ€™t that big, but it was fun going there to watch the Wolves play. They had a lot of choices for food and the prices are not that expensive. It was a good experience and I would suggest you to go there.

indoor arena - mini-stadium. large in the middle. it is better not to buy tickets through intermediaries. parking is very expensive. you pay for a ticket to watch the show, so you still had to pay $25 for parking. I do not recommend leaving your car on the beach, where there is a Target. a towing tow truck will most likely pick up your car

Monster Truck Jam was cool!!!! Bring ear plugs!!!! A must!!! It was loud and cool ๐Ÿ˜Ž trucks doing jumps and flips. They had about 20 to 30 minutes of motor cross bikes. The trucks did a donut event and one truck was kicking the dirt in the audience. Don't get 1st or 2nd row seats we were hit by dirt. Although that was still cool. It was a sold out even. It took forever getting in the parking lot. It was worst than the games. Concerts are cool here to watch

The venue is quite large, while the inside of the bowl has quite of an intimate setting. If your favorite artist is performing here, do yourself a favor and go before they become too big for their britches and end up at soldier field. The security staff are old and rude. One security guard almost cursed me out for attempting to leave the building through an exit that isn't allowed. But there wasn't a sign to get out. Really upset me. But I didn't let it ruin my night. Just be aware that some of their staff can be rude.

I've been there only once for a concert and it was an amazing experience, obviously the artist I was watching is not being rated here . The accessibility is good and all the people working there were very helpful in finding our spot, no complaints there. However, the cost of the food/drinks inside was absurd, completely absurd so be prepared to spend some money ๐Ÿ’ฐ ๐Ÿ’ธ

We had floor seats. They're not plus size friendly since you're basically sardines right next to people. They do have a lot of snacks to choose from and alcoholic drinks But we were there more for the show and the comedians we saw than the building. The building was cold and so that was good with so many people packed in there.

This is the greatest place to go and see stuff. I've been going here since I was a little kid to see the Chicago wolves I also want to see them with my dad who's a Shriner him and his friends would always get a first student bus to drive us out to Allstate arena it was a huge traditionally used to do until the pandemic hit I am a boy scout and I remember going to see monster jam with my dad my cousin and my cousin's friend which was done through boy Scouts from selling popcorn and in I also remember coming here with my mom and stepdad to see the Chicago wolves and also I remember it was me my dad and my two older step Brothers came to see the wolves as well they had never been to a wolves game that was their first time in 2021 my stepdad and mom took me to my first-ever concert to see Trans-Siberian and once again they took me just before Christmas to see Trans-Siberian orchestra again cuz I loved it so much and just yesterday 2/15/23 I am in this program at my school called school where they take you and show you the ropes and skills you need to understand the the way it works in the working community and we do these field trips to see through the eyes of these companies that we've gone and seen what it's like to be in the employment but anyways we took a field trip to see Chicago wolves there was a whole bunch of other schools they're as well to see the wolves we went into a room across the street and we talk to the president of the Chicago wolves Courtney Mahoney and he explained their base of and what it's like through The eyes of running the Chicago wolves and one of the guys there who's in charge of setting up all the entertainment and stuff that the wolves provide his name is Tim he was there passing out Chicago wolves hats the way it worked was every question someone answered Tim would give you a hat afterwards we went across the street into Allstate to watch the game and let me be honest after sitting there for those hours and actually be able to be like oh this is what Courtney was talking about was so cool to see but anyways as you can see Allstate holds a special place in my heart always has and always will Allstate arena is the greatest type of arena even though the arena dates back to the 70s it is still one of the best-known out there.

We flew in from Denver to see Suga (from BTS) in his first solo tour. Staff, accessibility, grounds... all were fabulous. BTS ARMY bring a lot of greatness and kindness wherever we go. We're also a massive fan base with big expectations and loyalty to BTS. That can be intimidating for business. We've been to 7 BTS concerts and few venues have been as prepared and as friendly for such an event. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿซฐ

I came to Allstate arena a little over a year for the Bad Bunny show back in March 2022. And something I do have to say is everything from the staff/organization and payment methods has gotten waaaay better. Last year the staff was VERY aggressive, and it was very hard to get from the restroom to your seat. I also had to wait in line just to get cash out of the ATM. Today all of the stands were taking card which is great! I bought some merch before the show and I waited in line probably LESS than 10 minutes. It also took me less than 10 minutes to get to my car once the show was over which is always a nightmare after a sold out event here. Again Iโ€™m not sure if it was because of the staff, but todayโ€™s show was one of the best ones!!

Chairs were a little dingy looking but over all it was a very good experience. It was an easy in and out of parking lot. We were there for monster jam.

Concerts here get packed. Parking ranges from $20 to $25 and ONLY accept cash! There are 3 floors with each having their own bathrooms, bars and snacks areas to go get before the event or during events. My only issue is tickets ๐ŸŽŸ online can vary based on the performer and seats are too close and small to read the numbers to find your seat, especially when lights go out you need help finding your seat by the employees standing next to the entrance of the side. Bathroom needs to be checked or have someone available outside to clean up if there is spills or accidents. I miss where you can have room to dance. Now it is seats to watch a show too.

Had great Chicago Wolves tickets on the corner glass. The best action area on the ice. We even scored 2 pucks during warmups. Great team good times.

Good place to see a concert...I only gave a 4 star rating because sometimes the sound/vocals aren't the best. Trans Siberia Orchestra puts on a good show here. Most recent was for Ghost, Volbeat & Twin Temple. Again, great show, but if you didn't know the lyrics already then you probably wouldn't make out what they were saying. Even though there's usually 2 spots that you can get Merch at, the lines are still ridiculously long. If you're up in the 200's the lines for the bathroom and the bars are not that long at all. Pretty quick to get in and out of.

Great place for concerts and events except for the seating. You are too squished together to actually sit. The lady next to us kept putting her leg on my husband. The gentleman next to my daughter "spread eagled" and took her chair arm.Time to update seating so everyone can enjoy the concerts and seating. Other than that the food was fine, the concert was good. Parking is $25.00.

My experience with Allstate Arena was spectacular because when I didn't have accessible seats for my event, they were accommodating and when couldn't get a clear view, they were also very accommodating. Thank you to the staff for being accommodating and flexible and for allowing my family to stay due to the circumstances of my unique situation.

If have to see a concert in Chicago at a big venue, Allstate is the best. Itโ€™s an old school big venue without the bells and whistles, but there is not a bad seat in the house.

Came here for Disney on Ice. The show was great, and the views from my seat were acceptable. However the hallway was so narrow and jammed with folks. After the show, the crowd rushed out to the hallway and were pushing forward that almost caused a stampede No staff was there to direct the traffic. It's very dangerous.

MONSTER JAM! Been going here since 1985. Fun place to see concerts too. NOTE: The stairs are steep and a lot of them for toddlers to climb in a crowd.

Parking was easy and we had no issues getting out. The staff were friendly and we had a blast at the concert. The sound was more to my preference than United Center.

Came here for the Chicago Wolves season opener hockey game! It was super easy to get in and out, parking was $15 and very nicely organized. Make sure to know your ticketโ€™s seating so you park at the right entrance gate. We had a blast watching hockey game, everything just fun, fun fun!!!

This is the second time we've been here, first was for the Scorpions, and now Kiss, and we really like this venue and setup . We always stay by a nearby hotel, making it a breeze. Sound is good, seating could be better, but it is what it is. Friendly staff as well.

I just got home from the most wonderful concert experience EVER, and I want to thank Janette (forgive me on spelling) of Allstate Arena telephone call line, who answered the phone of a customer in need and provided above and beyond customer service, helping make this magical night 100x more special than it already was going to be. I was privileged to sit within a FEW FEET of my very favorite artist in the whole wide world singing straight into my soul and it was a magical and unforgettable night, all thanks to Janette (again sorry about spelling). Thank you so so so much for your compassion and assistance. I plan to pay it forward. I am so grateful!โค๏ธ Also, every staff member we encountered during our show was very helpful and pleasant. The concert and visuals and sound was AMAZING. An all around wonderful experience!!

What a fun time! Hockey game was absolutely so much fun that I am already planning the next game I want to attend. I have never seen such a cool game opener especially for hockey. It was absolutely awesome and Iโ€™m glad I got to bring all my friends. Lots of options on food and lots of seating around the arena and cool little booths with giveaways and treats.

Had a fantastic time at the 2Cellos concert. Great seating, up close to the stage. I've been there before for other venues. What I like is that no matter where you sit, you'll have a great view.

It was my first time at Allstate Arena thanks to a friend who gave me NKOTB tickets! ๐Ÿซข Needless to say, the whole experience was phenomenal, and my roommate and I had such a wonderful time at this venue. Although it is huge, getting access to our seats wasnโ€™t painful at all, and it was clean & comfortable while watching the concert. Even if itโ€™s a bit far from where we live, if thereโ€™s another concert happening we will definitely check this place out again! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŽผ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽซ
