Small shopping centre which houses Coles Supermarkets, the Post Office, pharmacy, charity shops, a cafe and restaurants and a few other specialty stores. It has the amenities and facilities of a small shopping centre, with a good sized covered car parks, clean toilets with wheelchair access. Except for Coles, not much interesting things to see or do here, really. The c a fe at the entrance is getting quite popular.

Plenty of parking. Gym, Coles and even an Amazon locker available. Be nice if a Austpos parcel locker is near by.

Marsden Home (as its now called) Is changing alot. Had not been here for ages and the newsagent is no longer in the main entry near Coles. Donut place on the corner at the front and restaurants to eat at with tables down towards where the banks used to be. Not sure if the chea shop or pet shop ar eint he complex any more.

A wonderful place to be. Coles and Aldi, around. Restaurants, Gym, Restrooms within the shopping center.Library and Australian Post Office, in there. Bus transportation and taxis accessible for anybody, with plenty of parking in shopping center.

Dirty amenities, shops always closed or don't stick to signed hours. Frequently shoppers there are feral. Common use of few disabled parking spaces by those without permit while security sit near them smoking (less than 5 meters from takaway food entries. Would prefer to visit one close by that has more to offer. Even Coles there never has stock compared to others close by. Parking layout is a nightmare. Partridge or Waterford West is much better.

That place suppose to be a shopping centre, but most of the shops are closed in there and now a big area is a gym. Is that a shopping center or a sport centre?

Coles isn't too good here; it's afterthought piled on in the name of renovations. The demi-mall is just fine.

Well haven't they've taken a mop to this place! 😃 glad they've spruced the place up. I notice that the cafe on the corner near entrance has closed (and turning Japanese). Thank heavens - that cafe staff were out of their depth, everybody wanting the right coffee within at least 1 hour of ordering. Coles especially looks better, cleaner, the bakery opposite Coles is a tad expensive but looks fresh. Don't buy hot chips from the corner (inside) hot food bar, they were yuk! Otherwise it's a little gem of a place. Lots of oldies with walkers, bless their hearts. Has a nice vibe to it. Don't know where the bogans went, maybe security have discouraged them, or it was too early. Good on you Marsden Park!

For the past ten years, this 'shopping* centre has really gone from okay to horrible. Most of the small independent shops have closed down. The only good thing is Coles- and even then it's a game of 'which shopper will be annoying today?'

  • 4/5 Tara 2 years ago on Google
Recently renovated and very spacious. Not all stores are open yet. Lots of op shops and places to eat. Car park now has plenty of shade sails. Still lacking something special.

Parked my electric bike at the door and my tyres where slashed. Not happy at all. Need more security and Why did they take away the bike rack from where it was?

Great to see a fitness center opening soon in this great little shopping center.

  • 5/5 Wendy S. 3 years ago on Google
You know what ? If you're looking for a mellow time, like a catch up at the Cafe with a friend or just a grocery shop with a relative, this place is spot on. As for the renovations happening, it's become more positive and just a nice place to chill.

Got told the store was shut with 5 minutes to close when I had to grab 2 items and would have taken me 30seconds to grab, now my cats have no food till 7am tomorrow. Just to add I waited around till the last customer Left at 9:12pm, what a joke

  • 5/5 Marilyn De L. 10 months ago on Google
Very big spacious Coles in there, plus a very cheap fruit and veggies shop. If I lived in the area, it's the shopping centre I would be going to.

  • 3/5 Keera E. 1 year ago on Google
It's okay, has what you need, nice inside, I avoid the place now. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have smooth outside tiles on an angle from the centre to the carpark doesn't have any difficulty using a heavy trolley, I have to fight gravity everytime I forget to not go there, terrible design. Entrance near Gym is bad visually for drivers, they have difficulty seeing pedestrians due to large collums and dip/angle of tiled pathway.

Post office has a very strong smell of mildew that has been there for a year. Informed ceo of centre management and his response was blocked pipes underneath 3 shops that they are working on. Well mate mildew is not from blocked pipes it's from moisture somewhere that's causing the mould pores to multiply. He wasn't really interested.

Been going to this shopping centre for over 30 years always good to see when they add new things

  • 3/5 Hayden R. 3 years ago on Google
Although it has definitely improved over the years, I would only recommend going here for a quick grocery shop or if you would like a coffee or bakery items. There is the convenience of having a Post Office and Chemist, but other than that It is simply not a shopping centre with a lot of variety.

Great for shopping at coles. Has ample ATMs, the barber shop there I have taken my children plenty of times for haircuts. Pharmacy is helpful and friendly. Fresh fruit and veggies too. You can get Japanese food. Stop for coffee. Get something great from the bakery. And a drink for the weekend bbq.

  • 3/5 Josie B. 3 years ago on Google
Not to bad as a whole, the people at the pharmacy are super helpful though and I would highly recommend asking questions they are more then happy to help

The cafe inside is great. Warm customer service. However parts of the shopping centre have cellular dead spots. Having to leave shops to get a data signal makes some business rather inconvenient.

I do not really like going to Marsden Park Shops. The car park is always dirty and the local shoppers have no idea what social distancing is.

  • 5/5 Sherry M. 3 years ago on Google
They are upgrading the shopping centre. It looks nicer. But I think they are trying to make it like the big shopping centres. I think they should keep these small centre's country style. Not everyone wants to go to big commercial shops. I like the layer back shop's peacefull ones. I helped the Park ridge shops as I was 1 of 12 normal people to have input and design it.

Chemist very expensive, I need a particular product, I can't get easily close by. This chemist must know it, as it has put the price up so high. From $23-$29 in only a few months. I will be going elsewhere to find this product.

  • 3/5 Steven L. 3 years ago on Google
Marsden Park Shopping Center does not have many specialty shops. Very limited food options and zero phone reception within the centre especially inside Coles Supermarket. I will give it kudos for a large variety of atm's for your choice of banks. And as far for an enjoyable shopping experience, it's more like grab what you need and get out. Many improvements could be made there.
