I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this family run business for many years. I have bought a lovely single pearl that I have worn for years! I sent a family member for a replacement stone for her wedding ring and it was a complete success. This person is very particular and she was very happy with how the stone looked in her ring. I just recently had a very unusual stone given to me by a close friend that needed to have a meaningful way to wear it , the shop's two owners came up with an idea and it looks lovely in a setting that can be used as an enhancer and as a single stone if I want to! Their customer service is outstanding and they welcome any customer to just browse if that's all they want to do. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of jewelry that you receive.
